Ridiculous' Butlin's hack for bagging super thrifty four-night stay
If you are looking to book yourself a bargain holiday, then the Coupon King - Jordan Cox - has revealed just the deal for your family that could see you all spending time at Butlins for a fraction of the cost For a long time, Butlins has been the home of unforgettable summer holidays for families across the UK. But as more and more people are trying to tightly budget amid the ongoing cost of living crisis, a lot of us are on the hunt for bargains before taking the plunge and booking a holiday. This deal, revealed by the Coupon King himself - Jordan Cox - on This Morning could see you score a four-night visit to the seaside resorts at a fraction of the cost - but you can only knab this deal on certain dates, and sadly it does exclude school holidays. The offer can be used for up to four people sharing accommodation, but couples can make the most of this one too - and it will set you back from just £72 per night. From 26 to 30 May, you can grab a comfort room for just £288 for four nights in Skegness, or if you have a little bit more cash to play with you could opt for a comfort apartment at £399. A stay at Bognor Regis will set you back £87 per night during the same dates, and Minehead £123 - coming in at the most expensive. Jordan previously explained on This Morning about the last-minute deals that you can sometimes find rooms for just £45, so it's definitely worth keeping an eye on their website throughout the year for a good offer. He said: "These are last-minute breaks at Butlin's. These are four-night stays, starting on a Monday, leaving on a Friday, now these are in term times you can't get these on school holidays but these are for last-minute breaks at places like Bognor Regis, Skegness and Minehead - £45, four nights, which is ridiculous." Jordan advised viewers to check the Butlin's website for availability, saying: "There's a tab that says "last minute stays" you can have a look on there, just look for last-minute availabilities." With this incredible deal, savers can enjoy a fantastic break at Butlins without breaking the bank. For those wanting to snap up a Butlin's last-minute breaks deal, full details can be found by following the provided link. This opportunity follows the recent opening of a £15 million activity centre at Butlin's Bognor Regis location, creating a new go-to spot for birthday celebrations and evenings out. The PLAYXPERIENCE attraction spans over 50,000 square feet across two levels, offering visitors the option to engage in entertaining activities like Laser Tag and mini-golf, even if they are not staying for a Butlin's holiday or a day trip. The facility is set to start welcoming guests from 4pm onwards on select Thursdays during the year. From Butlin's, a spokesperson shared: "There's no better place for kids to celebrate their birthday than at Butlin's. On selected Thursdays, new PLAYXPERIENCE birthday parties will be the talk of the class."

Essex seamer Sam Cook set for England debut in Zimbabwe Test
England have named two uncapped players in a 13-man squad to play Zimbabwe in a one-off Test later this month. The Essex duo of seamer Sam Cook and batsman Jordan Cox could both make their Test debuts in the four-day match, which will be played at Trent Bridge from May 22. Cook is expected to start, with the 27-year-old benefiting from the injury-enforced absences of Mark Wood, Olly Stone, Dillon Pennington, Chris Woakes and Brydon Carse. Jofra Archer is also unavailable as he is playing in the IPL. Cox may have to wait a little longer for his England debut and is unlikely to be in the playing XI unless there is an injury. The Durham opener Ben McKinney was discussed at the Test selection

Jordan Cox suffers another untimely injury before England summer
Jordan Cox faces an anxious wait to discover if his Test cricket dream has once again been derailed by injury after the Essex all-rounder had to retire hurt having scored a century against Somerset on Sunday. The 24-year-old was named in England's squad to face Zimbabwe in a one-off Test this month, although there was only an outside chance of him playing with England's top seven largely settled. However, with five Tests against India starting in June and an Ashes series at the end of the year, his chances of featuring at some point over the next ten Tests were strong and this could be another major disappointment for Cox, who has already been plagued with bad injury luck. Poised to make his Test debut

Meet James Rew, England's ruthless, history-making new star - and why he's been tipped for the top since he was 17
Meet James Rew, England's ruthless, history-making new star - and why he's been tipped for the top since he was 17 Rew, 21, has a key characteristic that makes him perfect for Test cricket Sign up to Mail+ today to get access to the best cricket coverage throughout the domestic and international season - for just £1.99 a month plus 80% fewer ads James Rew is the most prolific young centurion this country has produced since the Second World War - and England rewarded him for his exploits yesterday with a maiden Test call-up. Hours after becoming the youngest Englishman to score 10 first-class hundreds since the legendary Denis Compton in 1939, the 21-year-old was named as an injury replacement for the unfortunate Jordan Cox. Such is the conversion rate of the Somerset left-hander in turning half-centuries into hundreds, he really ought to be re-named Rewthless. On only eight occasions has he failed to double up once reaching 50. Rew's fourth-innings 116 against Essex at Taunton, the cornerstone of Monday's stunning three-wicket chase of a 321-run target, took his average to 54.21 in the County Championship this season. County enthusiasts will no doubt be cheered that England appear to be responding to domestic form in picking their first squad of the summer, for the one-off Test match versus Zimbabwe at Trent Bridge later this month. Cox, himself uncapped, averages 77. However, in truth, it owes as much to consistency of selection. Cox was a member of the Test squad last winter, while Rew was first identified as a future international as far back as 2021 when, as an unknown 17-year-old, he was plunged into a first-class debut for a county representative XI against India. James Rew is the most prolific young centurion this country has produced for nearly a century The Somerset left-hander really ought to be re-named Rewthless The following summer, days after marking his third Championship appearance for Somerset with a maiden hundred, he was promoted to an England Lions squad for the first time. He didn't feature in the four-day fixture against a South Africa XI at Canterbury, but it might have been significant that head coach Brendon McCullum spent time around the group that week. Rew was also a key member of the England team that finished as runners-up in the Under 19s World Cup of that year, top-scoring in the final with 95. A first senior call-up is primarily as cover for the top six, but he is nevertheless just a last-minute niggle or illness away from becoming England's 719th Test cap and the 16th of the Bazball era. 'It's going to be a case of me enjoying my time and learning as much as I can. I'll be trying to soak up as much knowledge and information as I can from these top players and coaches,' he said. 'If the opportunity to play presents itself then obviously I'll try and take it with both hands. Whatever happens, it's going to be an incredible experience.' One man's joy is another's woe, however. Ironically, it was in Essex's defeat at Taunton that Cox suffered a side injury in the process of sweeping, moments before bringing up his own century. Scans later revealed a 4mm tear in an abdominal muscle, ruling him out of the four-day Test against the Zimbabweans, starting on May 22. Rew (left) was keeping wicket when Jordan Cox tore an abdominal muscle batting for Essex Rew top-scored in the final of the Under 19s World Cup of 2022 as England finished runners-up The damage does not require surgery, but will sideline him for several weeks and he discussed his rehabilitation plan with ECB men's director of cricket Rob Key on Wednesday evening. An early June comeback in the Vitality T20 Blast now on the cards. This latest misfortune for the 24-year-old follows a broken thumb six months ago that cost him a debut in New Zealand, after he had been chosen to replace Jamie Smith as England's wicketkeeper for the three-match series. Rew, who toured Australia with England Lions last winter, also keeps wicket, but like Cox has been chosen for his batting. He will join up with the rest of the 13-man squad plus recovering fast bowler Brydon Carse in London this weekend ahead of a short training camp at Loughborough next week to prepare the Test team for a summer that also comprises a five-match blockbuster against India.
