Ruben Dias and Maya Jama take their romance to next level with big admission
After a few month of dating Maya Jama, it appears Ruben Dias has dropped the 'L bomb' as her showed off his summer so far with a collection of snaps on social media Smitten Ruben Dias has dropped a huge hint that it's love already between him and Maya Jama. The Love Island host, 30, made things official with the Manchester City star, 28, during a sun-soaked trip to the Amalfi Coast just days before her return to ITV2 for the new series of the dating show on June 9. Things seem to be moving a quite a pace if the centre-back's remarks are anything to go by. The footballer took to social media to show off his summer so far. With snaps of holidays, animals, photo shoots and of course his girlfriend, the telling description told fans all they need to know. 'Sun, love, crocodiles, some fits and one advice,' he captioned the fun-filled collection. Maya was quick to notice, a responded with a series of love heart and fire emoji. Her fans noted the response, and one told the television presenter: "you two! Love to see my girl so happy!" It's a sure sign that things are ramping up between the couple after a number of lavish trips together. Maya and Ruben are believed to have first met at the European Music Awards (EMAs) in Manchester in November 2024. After the event, they followed each other on Instagram. By the end of the year, the pair were reportedly spotted ringing in New Year 's Eve together. Things only escalated from there, as Maya was seen attending one of Ruben's football matches in Portugal in March 2025. A month later, the pair were photographed kissing and cuddling at KSI's Baller League football event at London's Copper Box Arena - and it was only just getting started. According to reports, the relationship has become more serious in recent weeks. Maya is said to have introduced Ruben to her mum, Bernadette, and has been making an effort to learn her partner's native language by taking Portuguese lessons. Dias joined Manchester City in 2020 for a reported £57 million, and is one of the most respected defenders in the world. Before dating Maya he was in a relationship with Portuguese singer April Ivy, and has also previously been linked to former Love Island contestant Arabella Chi. Maya's love life has been in the spotlight ever since she dated Stormzy. The couple split up in 2019, which the rapper later called his "biggest regret", and they reunited in 2023 to give things another try. However, they broke up again for good last summer, citing differences in what they wanted from their lives and for the future. In an interview with the Evening Standard last November, which is around the time she met Ruben, Maya opened up about what she is currently looking for from a relationship. She shared: "'I am so happy right now but the next person I meet I want to marry and have kids with, so obviously I'm feeling fussy. "I've created such a nice life for myself alone and I don't want anyone who's not going to add to that. I'm in this lovely bubble and I don't want you unless you make me happy. If you're not, I kind of don't need you." Maya had quite the weekend, jetting to America after seeing Iga Swiatek make history with her 6-0, 6-0 demolition of Amanda Anisimova in 57 minutes at Wimbledon. Ruben has a few more weeks before he is due to return to pre-season, with City having a very different summer having participated in the FIFA Club World Cup. They can unwind with the squad not reporting for duty until the end of July as they gear up for the Premier League season.

KUALA LUMPUR: The 2025 World Women Economic and Business Summit (WWEBS) convened over 200 distinguished participants including policymakers, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders and changemakers from across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond at the Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Held under the theme 'Transforming Tomorrow: Women Leading in a Digital, Sustainable and Inclusive Future,' the summit celebrated women's leadership in driving inclusive, sustainable and digitally empowered progress. Now in its fourth edition since its launch in 2022, WWEBS has firmly established itself as the premier platform in the region dedicated to advancing women's roles in economic and business leadership. The 2025 summit featured a dynamic mix of plenary discussions, interactive workshops, a fireside chat with women ambassadors and leaders and a special awards ceremony honouring outstanding women in business. The summit opened with welcoming remarks from WWEBS organising committee chair Datuk Halimah Mohd Said, followed by virtual addresses from United Nations under-secretary-general and United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) executive secretary Armida Salsiah Alisjahbana and Thailand Foreign Affairs Vice Minister Dr Lalivan Karnchanachari. Both underscored the critical role of women in steering sustainable development and inclusive innovation. A series of high-impact plenary sessions examined women's influence in some of the most pressing global domains. These included: • AI and Digital Leadership, featuring voices such as Dr H.C. Cristina Amor Maclang and Oranuch Lerdsuwankij, which explored how women are shaping the future of technology and responsible digital governance. • Climate Action and the Green Economy, spotlighting the leadership of women in ESG, green business models and renewable energy. • Global Health Security and Crisis Leadership, where speakers like Datuk Zunaidah Idris and Dr Revati Phalkey discussed women's critical roles in responding to global disruptions while maintaining economic resilience. In addition, an interactive session titled 'The Power of Arts in Business', led by Brian Cracknell, encouraged participants to think boldly and creatively about women's leadership across sectors. The afternoon Fireside Chat brought together Nineta Barbulescu, Dr Mariyam Shabeena Ahmed and Chong Chye Neo, offering powerful reflections on diplomacy, business innovation and inclusive policy-making. Moderated by Josephine Romero, the session highlighted the importance of international collaboration and gender-responsive economic ecosystems. A key highlight of the summit was the presentation of the Women Excellence Awards, recognising trailblazing women who have made outstanding contributions to business, entrepreneurship and community development. During the keynote session, Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri delivered an inspiring address titled 'Transforming Tomorrow: The Power of Women's Leadership', reaffirming the government's commitment to advancing gender parity in leadership and entrepreneurship. Earlier, Education Ministry deputy director-general (policy and curriculum sector) Dr Rusmini Ku Ahmad, representing the Education Minister, delivered a special luncheon address highlighting the importance of educational pathways for women's economic empowerment. The second address was delivered by PKR deputy president and former special advisor to the Finance Minister Nurul Izzah Anwar, who shared valuable insights on empowering women in the national development agenda. 'This summit is not just a gathering. It is a movement. A movement to amplify women's voices, celebrate their leadership and reimagine a world where innovation, sustainability and inclusivity are driven by the vision of women leaders. 'We must invest more in education, mentorship and opportunities for women across all sectors to ensure that the future we build is fairer, greener and digitally empowered.' said KSI president Tan Sri Michael Yeoh.

Bruno Tonioli 'leaving Britain's Got Talent', reports say
The Italian-British TV star has been a part of the ITV talent show for two series, but is now going to quit. He missed some episodes in the latest series of the show and was replaced by guest judge KSI. With his exit rumoured to be coming, here's who is lined up to be the new judge, and who fans want to see. Last series was not short of scares, and this lot certainly kept us in suspense with their danger-filled auditions! Check out our most dangerous acts from #BGT Series 18: Do not try these acts at home! — BGT (@BGT) July 11, 2025 Bruno Tonioli 'leaving Britain's Got Talent' An insider told The Sun that Tonioli would not be able to film the show due to prior commitments in the US for Dancing with the Stars. They said: "The filming schedule in 2024 meant that Bruno could get away with not being present for filming one week of auditions. 'But it would be virtually impossible for him to miss two weeks, because in the final edit, that equates to half the episodes in the new three-month run of BGT, which will air from February of 2026. 'There is absolutely no ill feeling about the situation, it's simply down to changes in the schedule making it incredibly difficult to remain as a full-time judge. 'The only hope is if his long-time friend and fellow panellist Simon Cowell steps in to make it clear that he has to be a part of the show, no matter how difficult it proves to be.' Who will replace Bruno Tonioli on Britain's Got Talent? According to the report from the publisher, the frontrunners are KSI and Alan Carr. KSI, being the guest judge on the last series, could make for an obvious choice, with many enjoying his brief appearances on the show. Alan was one of the previous favourites to replace former judge David Walliams before Tonioli was chosen. Reacting to the news online, fans of the show have had their say on who they would like to fill the soon-to-be-vacant judging chair. One said: "Alan Carr would be the right choice." Another said: "I beg BGT bring in Alan Carr. KSI didn't work, I might actually watch this abysmal show if Alan Carr was on it." "Alan Carr every single day," said a third. Some, however, backed internet personality KSI to take on the role fully. Recommended reading: "No KSI no party," one joked. A second said: "Alan Carr would be good but I've gotta go with my guy KSI to be the next judge." Other names that were thrown in the hat by fans included Harry Hill, Sam Thompson or Pete Wicks, or bringing back David Walliams.
