VIJAYAWADA: Chief Secretary K Vijayanand on Tuesday announced that the State government is making arrangements to credit the combined Annadata Sukhibhava and PM-Kisan financial assistance into the accounts of eligible farmers on August 2. During a review meeting at the Secretariat, Vijayanand stated that the Rs 20,000 annual assistance under the joint scheme is part of the government's key poll promises—Super Six. He urged farmers who have not completed their e-KYC and NCPI mapping to do so at their nearest Rythu Seva Kendras (RSKs), with just three days left before the disbursement. The RTGS CEO was instructed to send SMS alerts to farmers yet to complete the process. Agriculture officials were also told to clearly explain the reasons for rejection to ineligible farmers through the RSKs. Vijayanand asked officials to re-examine rejected applications by August 1 and include any newly eligible farmers. Acknowledging issues like pending land mutations, unlinked Aadhaar, and outdated records due to landholder deaths, he directed the Revenue Department to address them promptly. These matters will also be reviewed in a video conference with district Collectors on Thursday.

Vijayawada: Chief secretary K Vijayanand announced that the government will disburse Annadata Sukhibhava-PM Kisan funds to eligible farmers on August 2. During a review with officials on Tuesday, he outlined measures to ensure smooth implementation. Under the Super Six progra -mme, eligible farmers will receive Rs 20,000 annually to bolster financial support. The chief secretary urged farmers yet to complete e-KYC and NCPI mapping to visit their nearest Rythu Seva Kendra immediately, with three days remaining before the scheme's rollout. He also directed the RTGS CEO to send SMS reminders to farmers pending e-KYC and NCPI mapping. Vijayanand instructed agricu lture department officials to inform ineligible farmers about the reasons for their rejection via Rythu Seva Kendras. He emphasised that the list of rejected farmers will be re-evaluated by August 1, and any eligible farmers identified will be promptly included. Addressing complaints about issues like incomplete land mutation, improper Aadhaar seeding, and unresolved revenue department matters concerning deceased farmers, he ordered immediate action. Agriculture director S Delhi Rao presented a detailed overview, stressing that e-Panta registration and e-KYC are mandatory for scheme benefits. Farmers can check their status via the Annadata Sukhibhava portal, the Manamitra WhatsApp governance app, or by calling the toll-free Integrated Call Center at 155251.

Guntur: Chief Secretary K Vijayanand directed officials to prioritise regular electrical maintenance work and meticulous record-keeping during a review of feeder modernisation projects in Nidubrolu village, Ponnuru Assembly constituency on Tuesday. Accompanied by Guntur district collector S Nagalakshmi, Central Power Distribution Company Ltd (CPDCL) chairman Pulla Reddy, Ponnuru MLA D Narendra Kumar, and Tenali Sub-collector Sanjana Sinha, Vijayanand inspected the ongoing modernisation works, which are being undertaken at a cost of Rs 58.2 lakh under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS). The Chief Secretary enquired about the agricultural and non-agricultural connections within the feeder limits. CPDCL Chairman Pulla Reddy explained the scope of works under RDSS, including the bifurcation of agricultural and non-agricultural feeders in Guntur and Bapatla assured that these bifurcation works would be completed by the end of September, enabling 24x7 uninterrupted three-phase power supply. Reddy said that Vaddemukkala village currently receives three-phase power, with nine hours of uninterrupted supply. APCPDCL CGM HRD Linga Murthy, Project Director TVSN Murthy, Technical Director Murali Krishna Yadav, and Executive Engineer Bhaskara Rao were also present.

Amaravati, Jul 29 (PTI) Andhra Pradesh chief secretary K Vijayanand on Tuesday said the Annadhata Sukhibhava – PM Kishan funds for farmers are expected to be disbursed on August 2. Annadata Sukhibhava is an electoral promise made by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to provide an assistance of Rs 20,000 per annum to eligible farmers. 'The government is making arrangements to deposit Annadhata Sukhibhava PM Kishan funds to all eligible farmers on August 2," said Vijayanand in a release. According to the top official, Rs 20,000 per year is being provided to every eligible farmer under Annadhata Sukhibhava-PM Kishan as part of poll promises (Super Six Programme). Amaravati, July 29 (PTI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary K Vijayanand on Tuesday directed officials of Andhra Pradesh Central Power Distribution Corporation Limited (APCPDCL) to accelerate the implementation of major power sector schemes. Vijayanand chaired a meeting at the Bapatla collector office with APCPDCL, Energy Department and district officials to review the status of centrally sponsored schemes. 'APCPDCL officials should work towards accelerating the implementation of major power sector schemes," said Vijayanand in an official press release. The Chief Secratary instructed officials to focus on the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS), PM-Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (rooftop solar power scheme), PM-KUSUM (ensures energy security for farmers) Component-C and smart metering initiatives. Timely execution of sanctioned works and visible outcomes in the field are essential for improving reliability and consumer satisfaction, said Vijayanand. Progress under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana was examined and the Chief Secretary directed officials to expedite rooftop solar installations, proper synchronization and timely subsidy disbursal to beneficiaries. He also reviewed PM-KUSUM Component-C, instructing teams to resolve land issues and fast-track feeder-level solarisation across the districts.
