New episode of 'Behind The Grind' shows how special the Rams' trip to Maui really was
The Los Angeles Rams rarely take the unconventional route, whether it's their unique draft HQ locations or the way they build their roster each year. They really went off-script of a typical offseason this year when they moved minicamp from L.A. to Maui. It allowed the entire team to get away for a few days and spend some time together, making the trip more about bonding and community efforts than football. Based on the latest episode of 'Behind The Grind', it's safe to say they accomplished what they set out to do. The video features highlights from the O-line boating trip, led by the unflappable Kevin Dotson, as well as a rebuilding event with Habitat For Humanity. The video is capped off by the team hitting the golf course, which is where players' personalities really came out. Even the typically stoic Joshua Karty was having a blast, celebrating a long putt by flapping his imaginary wings.

NFC West RG rankings: Cardinals' Isaiah Adams just misses being in last place
The Rams have the best right guard in the division entering 2025. We are in the final stretch of the NFL offseason as the Arizona Cardinals open training camp on July 22. Leading up to then, as we have for several offseasons, go through the players and position groups in the NFC West and rank them. Next up, we look at the starting right guards for the Arizona Cardinals, Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks and rank them. 1. Kevin Dotson, Los Angeles Rams Dotson is the easy choice here. He was fantastic in 2023 and earned a massive contract worth $48 million over three seasons. He missed one game, sitting out the Rams' Week 18 in which they rested many starters. This was an easy call. 2. Dominick Puni, San Francisco 49ers Puni was a very good find for the Niners last season, securing the right guard starting job as a rookie. He was a third-round draft pick, started every game and played every snap of the season. 3. Isaiah Adams, Arizona Cardinals Adams was another third-round pick in the division but only started five games down the stretch after Will Hernandez tore his ACL and Trystan Colon played poorly enough that Adams deserved a shot. While he struggled, he did start five games, which is better than the last-place guy in the division. 4. Christian Haynes, Seattle Seahawks Haynes was another 2024 third-round pick. He played in 16 games but had no starts and 167 total snaps on offense, while Adams played over 400. Until he proves otherwise, he falls in last place here. Look: Kevin Dotson shared incredible photos and videos from his trip to South Africa
Kevin Dotson turned in another strong season for the Los Angeles Rams in 2024, playing every snap in the team's first 16 games before resting in Week 18 when Los Angeles kept most of its starters on the sidelines. Less than a month after the Rams' season ended, Dotson headed out of the country and took a trip to South Africa, enjoying some well-deserved time off after a long campaign that stretched into the second round of the playoffs. Dotson shared some photos and videos from his trip and it looks like he had an incredible time. He went to the top of Table Mountain, which overlooks Cape Town in South Africa, and the views were stunning. He also saw African penguins and a baboon, while also sharing another photo of a breathtaking cliffside view. In addition to going to the top of Table Mountain, Dotson went on a safari where he got some amazing up-close photos and videos of the wildlife in South Africa. He even saw a cheetah carrying an antelope that it caught, which can be seen in the fourth video below. On Instagram, he posted more photos and videos from the safari, including shots of the zebras, giraffe, hippos and buffaloes that he saw. Safe to say it was a pretty special experience for the Rams guard.
