It said farmers are advised to rely on official sources for information related to the PM Kisan scheme. 'Dear farmer brothers and sisters, beware of false information being spread on social media in the name of PM-KISAN. Trust only the official website: and X handle: @pmkisanofficial. Stay away from fake links, calls, and messages," the official X account of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, under the Department of Agriculture, said in a post on Friday, July 18. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to release the 20th installment of the PM Kisan scheme soon. However, no official date or the place of the event has been announced yet. The date will be announced on the official website of the PM Kisan scheme. The 19th Installment of the PM Kisan scheme was released in February. As the installment is generally released every four month, farmers were expecting it in June. However, the tranche has not been released yet till July 18, and no official reason has been given for the delay. Last year, the June installment was released before the month ended. Though the installment will be released soon, farmers are advised to complete these tasks to avoid missing the next installment of Rs 2,000.
