Milford man faces murder charge in shooting of 32-year-old Philadelphia man
A Milford man has been charged with first-degree murder and other offenses in relation to a July 10 shooting. Around 10:20 that night, the Milford Police Department responded to a report of a shooting in the 7500 block of Wickersham Lane in the Windward Grove development. Inside a residence, they found 32-year-old Kyle Tribble of Philadelphia, suffering from a gunshot wound, police said in a news release. Witnesses at the scene performed CPR, and EMS continued lifesaving measures, police said, but Tribble succumbed to his injury and was pronounced dead. Police called the shooting "domestic-related" and said it was the result of an argument between the victim and the suspect. He was charged with first-degree murder, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Milford police arrest 42-year-old man in homicide investigation
A suspect in the homicide of a 32-year-old man who was shot during a domestic argument has been taken into custody, Milford police said. The 42-year-old Milford man is expected to be charged with first-degree murder in the death of 32-year-old Kyle Tribble of Philadelphia. Delaware Online/The News Journal is withholding the suspect's name until he is charged. The suspect was arrested in Bear with the assistance of the U.S. Marshal's Task Force and Delaware State Police at 6:45 p.m. on July 11. At around 10:20 p.m. on July 10, Milford police responded to a shooting in the 7500 block of Wickersham Lane in the Windward Grove development. Police found Tribble suffering from a single gunshot wound, with witnesses already giving CPR. Emergency medical services arrived and continued their efforts, but Tribble died.
