Citi: Markets Unsurprised by French Budget Announcement
The market reaction to the recent French budget has been muted so far as most announcements were expected, says Fabio Lisanti, Head of European Markets at Citi. Indeed, France's debt levels are quite 'healthy' in comparison to countries such as the US and UK says Lisanti.
