London Grammar at All Together Now 2025: A surprise duet and a rapturous ending from Saturday's headliners
London Grammar Main stage, Saturday ★★★★☆ London Grammar 's dreamy electropop has the quality of a lullaby performed at a rave, a combination of gently blissful melodies and blitzing beats that proves the perfect mix on night two of All Together Now . A lot has changed for the band since their last Irish festival performance, three years ago. Most notably, Hannah Reid , the band's singer, and her Irish partner have had a son, an experience that informed London Grammar's 2024 LP, The Greatest Love. That album was a not wholly successful attempt to push into new territory: the songs were slower and leaned more on Reid's powerful voice. There was lots to admire, but it lacked the rush of feeling that characterised formative hits such as the harrowing Wasting My Young Years. Tasteful and sometimes tedious, the record was not the stuff of thrilling festival sets, and in their Saturday headline slot London Grammar wisely focus on their older songs, beginning with the woozy double whammy of Hey Now and Californian Soil. READ MORE Reid, who has experienced stage fright, isn't a natural attention seeker. But she has a slowly fizzing charisma on the urgent How Does It Feel, a meditation from 2021 on the dark side of the music business. A charge sometimes directed at London Grammar is that their music is mannered to a fault. But no such accusation could be made against this gripping set. As well as their cover of Nightcall, by the noirish French producer Kavinsky – a hypnotic banger made to be listened to cruising down a motorway at 3am, and perhaps best known for soundtracking the opening credits to Nicolas Winding Refn's film Drive – the night features a surprise and moving duet between Reid and the Co Kildare singer Gemma Cox. It ends with the rapturous fade out of Lose Your Head, a chunk of sublime electronica that the band work into a techno belter. It's lapped up by an enthusiastic main-stage crowd. As the second night of All Together Now draws to a close, it's clear that London Grammar are speaking the audience's language.

All Together Now: Everything you need to know as Storm Floris set to bring wet end to festival
All Together Now, one of Ireland's biggest music festivals, is taking place this August bank holiday weekend. However, Met Éireann has issued an advisory for Storm Floris on Sunday night and Monday morning, potentially impacting festivalgoers as they prepare to leave the site in Co Waterford. The festival is on from Friday, August 1st, to Sunday, August 3rd, at the Curraghmore Estate in Co Waterford. Who's performing at All Together Now? Festivalgoers are spoiled for choice at All Together Now, with a whole host of international and Irish acts taking to stages across Curraghmore Estate this weekend. Headliners this year include Fontaines DC, London Grammar, CMAT, Wet Leg, Bob Vylan, and Primal Scream. Michael Kiwanuka was due to play the festival, but his performance has been cancelled on the advice of doctors due to illness. Advertisement On Thursday, Zaska, Marcus O'Laoire and Le Boom will play the Bandstand Arena. Friday will see the Trinity Orchestra take to the main stage at 5pm, followed by Lisa O'Neill at 7pm, Wet Leg at 8.45pm and Fontaines D.C. at 10.30pm. On Saturday, Sing Along Social will kick off the festivities at the main stage at 4pm, followed by Seun Kuti & Egypt 80 at 6.15pm, CMAT at 8.30pm, London Grammar at 10.15pm and BICEP at midnight. Sunday will see Buena Vista All Stars take to the main stage at 4.15pm, followed by BIIRD at 6.30pm, Primal Scream at 8.15pm and Nelly Furtado at 10.15pm. Like most music festivals, All Together Now's website has a section advertising the various 'experiences' on offer. As well as music scheduled each day festivalgoers will have access to panel discussions, monologues, spoken word, comedy, storytelling, yoga, saunas, hot tubs, live food demos, arcade games, magic shows, circus and craft workshops, sensory play areas for kids, football competitions, music bingo and more. Advertisement At the Greencrafts Village, an 'eco-conscious crafting hub', you can take part in craft-making activities and, most importantly, you get to take what you make home to show off. And what about the weather? The weather will be mixed over the weekend but mostly settled. Friday night will stay dry under broken cloud. Saturday will remain dry with warm spells of sunshine, according to Met Éireann, with highest temperatures of 20 degrees. Advertisement There will also be a good amount of dry weather on Sunday but it will turn more unsettled on Sunday night and Monday morning, with a spell of wet and unseasonably windy weather in store. The UK Met Office has named the weather system Storm Floris. What do we know about Storm Floris? On Friday afternoon, Met Éireann issued a weather advisory ahead of Storm Floris, which it says will bring 'unseasonably impactful weather' from Sunday night into Monday. The forecaster described the storm as a 'deepening low-pressure system' likely to track to the northwest, bringing a spell of 'heavy rain and very strong winds.' The storm is expected to cause: Dangerous travel conditions Fallen trees, debris, and loose objects Structural damage Knock-on impacts for outdoor events Power outages Wave overtopping Localised flooding due to leaves and debris Co Waterford may escape the worst of the storm, though Met Éireann said additional updates would be issued on Saturday. Forecaster Andrew Doran-Sherlock noted that the full impacts of Storm Floris cannot yet be fully determined. "By Saturday though, the event will be within the range of our high-resolution DINI forecasting model and warnings will be issued," he said. "As this is a public holiday weekend with a large number of outdoor events and with many people going camping, etc, and with an increased usage of temporary structures such as tents, more people will be at a greater risk of exposure than would normally be the case." Mr Doran-Sherlock added that while neap tides will bring the lowest tidal ranges of the cycle on Sunday and Monday, strong onshore winds and high waves may cause wave overtopping in low-lying coastal areas of the northwest and west. "Our advice would be to pay attention to the weather forecasts and warnings issued over the weekend and take them into consideration with any plans you have. And as always, please heed the advice of local authorities," he added.

All tickets and campervan passes for All Together Now are completely sold out and there are no day tickets available. Organisers have advised people to avoid purchasing tickets or campervan passes from unauthorised sellers. Festival opening times Early entry to the site is open to all ticketholders, and festivalgoers are encouraged to beat the rush by arriving on Thursday evening. The car park will open from 2pm, the campsite will open from 4pm and last entry will be 10pm. From Friday to Sunday, the car park and campsites will open from 9am daily. The site will close at 12 noon on Monday. Céilí fun at All Together Now 2024 in Co Waterford. Getting there Bus Éireann are running services to and from the festival site, leaving from Custom House Quay in Dublin, Parnell Place Bus Station in Cork and Waterford Bus Station. There is also the option of the train for any routes that stop in Waterford Plunkett. The festival is in a rural area serviced by country roads and has had issues in the past with major traffic jams, so organisers are urging those driving to follow recommended routes. They urge attendees not to follow Sat Nav or Google Maps directions, and to follow signs for All Together Now instead. If travelling by road, no matter where you're coming from, these directions should get you to where you need to be: From Cork & Southwest via N25 east: Motorists coming from the southwest will be directed left off the N25 at Lemybrien. Motorists will use the R676 road, traveling north, then joining the event traffic at Crehana Junction of R676 - R677, then entering to event via Gate 5. From Dublin & North & East via M9 and N25 West: Travel the M9 to its end at Grannagh. Proceed towards the N25 (west towards Cork) via the N25 Interchange. At the N25 Kilmeaden Interchange (Carrick Road Roundabout) motorists will be directed right at the roundabout towards the R680 through the town of Portlaw. In Portlaw, you will be directed out the Clonegam Road and enter via Gate 6 for access to the car park. From Waterford City via N25 West: Travel the M9 to its end at Grannagh. Proceed towards the N25 (west towards Cork) via the N25 Interchange. At the N25 Kilmeaden Interchange (Carrick Road roundabout) motorists will be directed right at the roundabout towards the R680 through the town of Portlaw. In Portlaw, you will be directed out the Clonegam Road and enter via Gate 6 for access to the car park. From the West & Midlands via M7/M8/N24: Travel East along the N24. You will then continue along this regional road and be directed left to the R677 towards Gate 5 (General). There are no drop-offs permitted on the event site on Thursday, Friday, and Monday. There will be a designated drop-off zone in Highfield Business Park, Portlaw, which is accessed from the N25 Kilmeaden Interchange. Organisers have said: 'Ticket holders arriving to the festival on Thursday and Friday by taxi or getting dropped off by private vehicles will be directed to the designated drop-off zone in Highfield Business Park, Portlaw; accessed from the N25 Kilmeaden Interchange. 'Ticket holders will then get the free shuttle bus to the festival – operating Thursday (3pm to 9pm), Friday (9am to 9.30pm) and returning Monday (8am to 1pm only).' Overall, it's looking like festivalgoers could be in for a weekend of mild weather and relatively high temperatures. Thursday is forecast to bring scattered showers and sunny spells, which will turn to sunshine by evening with temperatures of 16 to 21 degrees. A good deal of dry weather is expected on Friday, with sunny spells, isolated showers and highest temperatures of 15 to 19 degrees. Saturday will start as a dry day with sunny spells and isolated showers, and cloud will build through the day with patches of light rain and drizzle developing. Highest temperatures of 18 to 22 degrees are forecast. A wet start is expected on Sunday with widespread rain. The rain will clear to the east in the afternoon, followed by sunny spells and isolated showers with highest temperatures of 16 to 22 degrees. What can I bring? What many people will probably be most concerned about is how much alcohol they can bring with them. All Together Now has a limit of either 24 cans, one litre of spirits or 1.5 litre of wine for personal consumption. Pre-packaged and precooked food is allowed on-site. The festival organisers strongly recommend bringing necessities for any weather event - think waterproofs, wellies, hats, scarves, sun cream and sunglasses. Most importantly, you will need to bring your ticket, as well as photo ID, a reusable water bottle, a sleeping bag, tent, toilet roll, bank card and toiletries. What can I not bring? No glass bottles are permitted, with the All Together Now team also asking festival-goers to leave any single-use plastic bottles behind and to decant their alcohol into reusable containers. Festival-goers are not permitted to cook onsite or bring any BBQ or gas cookers. Organisers have warned that gazebos are banned and will be removed by staff. Professional photography equipment is also not permitted. The festival is a fully cashless event, so don't bring coins or notes with you as they will not be accepted. There will be phone charging facilities available on site throughout the weekend, but a powerbank is often an essential item. Toilets will be located throughout the campsites and festival arenas, and showers will be located in the campsites. A varied selection of food stalls will be on-site, as well as a supermarket.

Everything you need to know about All Together Now 2025
The sixth chapter of All Together Now returns to the beautiful Curraghmore Estate in Waterford on the August bank holiday weekend and it's shaping up to be a good one. All Together Now, Ireland's largest independent festival, promises to be a bumper weekend of music, art, food and wellness. About 30,000 are revellers expected to descend on the Co Waterford estate for this year's festival - here's everything you need to know. When and where The festival takes place from Thursday 31 July, to Sunday, 3 August, at Curraghmore Estate in Co Waterford. Access to the campsite will be open from 4pm on Thursday. The last entry is at 10pm each night. Line-up Festival goers are set to be treated to a deliciously eclectic array of acts over the three nights of All Together Now. Grammy-nominated post-punk Irish rock band Fontaines D.C., Canadian singer-songwriter Nelly Furtado, Belfast duo Bicep presenting their CHROMA AV DJ set and English indie pop band London Grammar are headlining the festival. Dublin superstar CMAT, London singer-songwriter Michael Kiwanuka, Isle of Wight indie rock band Wet Leg, iconic rockers Primal Scream, electronic legends Leftfield, acclaimed German DJ Ben Bohmer and English electronic star Bonobo are also among the high-profile acts set to perform over the weekend. Other acts taking to the stage include Seun Kuti & Egypt 80, Le Boom, The Voidz, Buena Vista All Stars, Lisa O'Neill, Arc De Soleil, Darren Kiely, The Boomtown Rats, Infinity Song, John Grant and Shee. There will also be DJ sets from Flight Facilities and Groove Armada. Getting there It's recommended that festival goers use public transport or car share to All Together Now. Festival organisers previously advised people not to follow directions on Google Maps or a sat nav as they will not get you all the way to the festival site. For those driving - do not travel to the festival via Carrick-on-Suir. Bus Éireann's Expressway will run return bus services from Dublin, Cork and Waterford to the festival site. Irish Rail operates regular service to Waterford Plunkett Station. Waterford Plunkett Station is under 5 minutes walking distance to Bus Éireann Terminus, which will be running a regular festival shuttle to the festival. Festival opening and closing times Access to the campsite will be open from 4pm on Thursday, 31 July. Festival gates are open from 9am until 10pm each day. Can I still buy tickets? All Together Now 2025 is sold out. Festival goers are strongly advised to avoid buying tickets or campervan passes from unauthorised sellers. Those who missed out on tickets or campervan passes can register their interest here. Age restrictions You must be aged 21 or over to gain access to All Together Now with the exception of children aged 12 or below who must be accompanied by a paying adult. There is a maximum limit of two 12 and under children per adult. Those wishing to stay in designated family camping must have a Family Weekend ticket and be accompanied by their children aged 12 and under. Persons aged 13-20 are not allowed entry to the festival site. Festival check-list Entry Ticket and ID. Medication, if required. Please keep it in its original container. Clothing for all weather and comfortable footwear. Camping equipment including a sleeping bag and ground mat. An empty reusable bottle of any size. Refuse sacks for rubbish, recycling and any wet/dirty clothing. Alcohol: Each person on a weekend camping ticket is allowed to bring 24 cans OR 1 litre of spirits OR 1.5 litres of wine for personal consumption subject to initial entry only. These can be brought into the campsite and main arena. No glass bottles are allowed. Food: You can bring food provided that it is pre-packaged/precooked. You are not permitted to cook onsite or bring any BBQ or gas cookers. There will be a wide and varied selection of food stalls for festival goers. Phone Charging: There will be phone charging facilities on site. It would be wise to ensure phones are fully charged before going to the festival. Banned Items: Stringent searches will be conducted upon entry to the festival. Items not allowed include: fireworks, Chinese Lanterns, flares, high power torches, illicit drugs, glass, animals (except guide dogs), gas cylinders, petrol generators, BBQs, gazebos, flag poles, garden furniture, laser pens, professional photographic equipment, selfie sticks, drones, umbrellas, spray canisters, megaphones and high vis clothing. Toilets and Showers: Toilets will be located around the festival site. Showers will be available in the campsites. They will open at 7am - 2pm and 4pm - 7pm. Cashless Event: The festival's bars and traders will be cashless and accept cards and contactless payments only. Disabled Access: Everyone attending All Together Now Festival needs to purchase a general weekend camping ticket. Once you have purchased your weekend camping ticket, you will then need to apply for access/mobility impaired campsite and facilities on site.

Furious Lana Del Rey fans have same complaint after singer brings tour to UK
Lana Del Rey is in the UK playing shows for her highly-anticipated tour. However, as the tour kicked off last night in Cardiff, many fans shared their disappointment Fans were bursting with excitement as singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey - who rarely performs in the UK - kicked off her UK and Ireland tour last night. The Born to Die singer, who headlined at Coachella last year, is performing in Glasgow tomorrow, Liverpool on Saturday, at Wembley Stadium in London on July 3 and 4, with tickets still available. She will also be performing in Dublin on June 30. Band London Grammar and singer Banks are supporting her on much of the tour. Plus, TikTok star turned recording artist, Addison Rae, will join her for the London shows. However, many were left confused by her performance at Cardiff's Principality Stadium last night (Tuesday, June 24). Following the highly-anticipated performance, they rushed to social media to share their thoughts. Many complained about the songs and length of her set list, while others noted her lateness, and some were unimpressed by the staging and "hologram performance". 'Very disappointing' One individual shared clips from the concert and asked: "Anyone else left the Lana Del Rey concert in Cardiff high key underwhelmed? The ticket cost way too much for how short her setlist was." Sharing their experience, one commented on the post and said: "Very disappointed indeed. £290 for two tickets to have her on for an hour ish... and 15 mins of that it was a hologram type video of her! Shocking." One other wrote: "100%. My fist time seeing her and it was meant to be the pinnacle of concerts for me and my partner. I felt underwhelmed and a bit dissatisfied. She is a ledge though so still think she's amazing." Another shared: "I saw her in a O2 academy in 2013 and it was one of the best concerts I've been to. Last night was so disappointing and 100% agree with you." Another viral video showed her performing and the concert goer said: "Lana Del Rey kicked her UK&Ireland Stadium Tour. Unfortunately she was not ready for a stadium tour and it became a disappointing concert.." 'No attention to detail' In another video, one individual said: "Lana came on at 8.53pm till 10.16pm. Snogged her husband. Sang Salvatore but read the lyrics from an iPhone!". Commenting on this post, one individual sarcastically wrote: "Our favourite part was when she performed three songs as a hologram in the window…" One other shared: "We paid nearly £500 for 2 tickets on the side 12 rows from front. Unfortunately the staging is not built for visibility, it's a box where you can only really see directly from the front and half the show she is way back in this box." They also noted: "The staging although atmospheric was just not visible. When you pay that much you expect to see. Also 3 songs not live just like watching a TV. The easing platform was a highlight but again saw all the mechanisms, no attention to detail." 'It was absolutely beautiful' However, there were many who enjoyed the show. One gushed: "I went, thought it was wonderful." Another supporter who had a great time added: "I don't know what you all saw but it was amazing. She was supposed to finish at 10 but kept the show going later because she was late on stage. "Her vocals were amazing and you all saying she wasn't good or it was disappointing are just sad she didn't sing Summertime Sadness 10 times." One other insisted the show was a "cinematic masterpiece". They added: "It is so rare for concerts to have a story for the show. The stage set was absolutely beautiful. She did perform most of her hits as well as some fan favourites." Another fan said: "I thought the stage was absolutely stunning I loved the house, lighting and use of green screen. I feel like not everyone understands what to expect at a Lana show. I found it super emotional and beautiful." And another agreed: "I also went last night and it was a dream come true for me, I don't know why everyone's being a negative Nancy."
