Louis Tomlinson spotted giving Zara McDermott a cheeky bum squeeze in Costa Rica

To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video Louis Tomlinson and Zara McDermott were recently seen enjoying a fun and flirty getaway together in Costa Rica. Zara, 28, and Louis, 33, were caught sharing some affectionate moments as they explored the vibrant local scene. From strolling through charming neighborhoods and sharing warm embraces near the bustling Eat Street to revving up their excitement on an ATV ride, the duo's tropical vacation was clearly as hot as the weather. At one point, Louis was even spotted giving Zara a flirty squeeze on the bum. Zara looked effortlessly stylish in a crisp white tube top paired with a casual Miu Miu baseball cap, adding a sporty touch to her laid-back vacation look. Meanwhile, Louis kept things cool and casual, sporting a bright orange Burberry T-shirt complemented by sunglasses. Their chemistry is undeniable, and it seems like what once appeared to be casual dating has escalated into a full-fledged romance. The loved-up duo have been glued to each other since March – just three months after Zara's split from Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson. According to The Sun, Louis made sure Zara travelled in style, arranging for her to fly first class from London to join him in Costa Rica. The romantic gesture meant Zara missed out on attending the TV BAFTAs, but sources say she had no hesitation: 'She is keen to spend as much time with Louis as possible. He's been out in Costa Rica for a few weeks recording his album and is keen to show her the sights.' Zara has been documenting moments from their tropical retreat, recently posting a photo of a fiery orange sky tagged with the simple caption: 'beautiful.' Louis has been making it clear he's his new love's biggest fan, leaving a heartfelt 'Proud of you x' under another of Zara's posts, in which she celebrated her growing confidence as a documentary filmmaker. In March, the pair first sparked romance rumours when being spotted on a romantic getaway in Suffolk. Got a story? Made In Chelsea star engaged after surprise proposal on sun-kissed trip abroad

Made In Chelsea's Frankie Gaff has left fans completely blown away after sharing she has become engaged to her businessman fiancé Jamie on a sun-soaked getaway Made in Chelsea star Frankie Gaff has stunned fans with her engagement, after her partner Jamie Dickerson popped the question in a surprise proposal while on holiday. The couple, who share son Theodore, three, were enjoying a sun-soaked holiday in Portugal when Jamie got down on one knee. Former E4 star Frankie, 30, keeps her relationship mostly private, and it's not known exactly when she got together with businessman Jamie, but he first appeared on her Instagram in November 2020. The pair welcomed their baby in 2021, with Frankie sharing her motherhood journey with her 295,000 Instagram followers. ‌ To announce their engagement, the former reality star posted a series of adorable images from their trip to the continent. She wrote: "The biggest surprise on our holiday." ‌ The first snap showed the blonde content creator beaming on the beach, holding up her ring finger to showcase her stunning diamond ring. The sun-kissed photo saw her wear a striped red and white frilled dress, while another showed her still amazed at the shock proposal - she held her ring up while cuddling her toddler. A black and white photo showed the pair basking in their engagement, Frankie draping an arm lovingly over her new fiancé. A third showed her partner holding her hand while sticking his tongue out. ‌ Her comments section was flooded with well-wishes from friends and followers. Former co-star Tiffany Watson wrote: "Yay so happy for you." Tiffany's sister and another Made in Chelsea alumnus added: "Awww, congratulations." Vikings actress Georgia Hirst commented: "So happy for you both." ‌ Although Frankie has finally found her happily-ever-after, her love life hasn't always been so smooth, with her tumultuous relationship with Jamie Laing documented on Made in Chelsea. Frankie, who is now a property developer, was involved in an on-off fling with Jamie, and first joined the MiC cast in 2016. Their relationship experienced many ups and downs before they called it quits in 2017, with Frankie never returning to the show. Jamie has also moved on with Radio 1 host Sophie Habboo - the couple got married in April 2023. Frankie had been ready to leave the show, it seemed, with the star tweeting during an episode of Made in Chelsea: "Wow, how boring are we, sitting in various cafes over London talking about boring boy bulls***, as if that's all there is to us!" ‌ After ditching reality TV, Frankie focused on her home design and development company, explaining on a social media Q&A: 'I decided to start the group because I like interiors and am currently doing a joint first project and I wanted to document the whole process.' In November 2020, Frankie showed fans her first house renovation in London. She posted a snap of her and Jamie in hard hats outside the property, captioned: "TODAY is move-in day. The house isn't quite finished. "We still have the front of house to do, the garden needs finishing, the kitchen is still awaiting some parts to arrive, the worktops have been templated and due to arrive early next week and then all the snagging will be done. Excited to show you the finish. We will also go through everything that went right and everything that went wrong and what we would have done differently as this has been hugely requested. "Once this project is completed, we will be on the hunt for the next, so stay tuned for that. We also have some exciting next steps for Theo Home Group to grow as a business which we will share with you soon."

Millie Mackintosh's £60 Chelsea Flower Show dress is perfect for summer events

Millie Mackintosh wore a floral maxi dress from her Friends Like These collection with Next, and it's the perfect occasionwear dress that'll see you through all your summer events When she attended last week's Chelsea Flower Show, Millie Mackintosh not only nailed the floral theme in her maxi dress, but she also gave us some instant inspo on how to dress for summer occasions, too. The former Made in Chelsea star wore the Cream Chiffon Occasion Ruffle Maxi Dress from her Friends Like These collection, and it was everything we were looking for when it came to even dressing. The dress is available at Next for £59 and is part of Millie's latest spring/summer collection with the brand, and was designed to be the perfect elevated evening or occasion look. It's currently available in all sizes from 8 to 22, although the 8 is currently sold out. The maxi dress features a flattering V-neckline and has frill detailing along the neckline as well as along the underbust seam. This combined with the tie bow in the centre and fluttering short sleeves also give it a breezy, romantic feel. It's made from lightweight chiffon which makes it comfortable to wear and perfect for warmer weather, and gives it a floaty look that nails this season's boho trend. The two-tiered hemline also adds a little volume and drama that makes it more evening appropriate. Although the colourful floral print makes it perfect for the summer, if you've got a wedding coming up and think it might be too predominantly white to wear, we've found some other great high street options to shop, too. This ASOS DESIGN Petite Flutter Sleeve Maxi Dress With Ruffle Godets in Pink Floral Print is £70 and has a similar silhouette to Milly's gorgeous dress. It has short flutter sleeves that help cover your upper arms and a sweetheart neckline, and is more fitted in the bodice than Milly's flowing maxi dress. However the skirt features vertical ruffle details that give it plenty of movement and flow, whilst the pink floral print makes sure you don't end up wearing too much white to a wedding. Meanwhile River Island's limited edition Blue Floral Ruffle Slip Maxi Dress is £85 and features a bold blue background with an oversized white floral print that's perfect for making an impact. It has asymmetrical straps and a simple ruffle detail on the shoulder, whilst the dress itself has a classic bias cut slip style that's flattering and chic. However if you want to copy Millie's style, you can snap up her Cream Chiffon Occasion Ruffle Maxi Dress in sizes 10 to 22 for £59 at Next now.

Made in Chelsea star Sam Vanderpump has health anxiety after sepsis ordeal

Made in Chelsea star Sam Vanderpump has said he is dealing with anxiety about his health after a bout of sepsis. Made In Chelsea star Sam Vanderpump nearly died after suffering liver and kidney failure due to sepsis. Sam highlights the signs of sepsis that people should be aware of. — Good Morning Britain (@GMB) May 30, 2025 The TV personality and businessman previously revealed he was taken to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in December 2024 with sepsis, which was caused by the flu and led to liver and kidney failure. He said he lost around 15kg - and the experience inspired him to propose in March to his girlfriend, the model Alice Yaxley. Vanderpump told ITV's Good Morning Britain that when he first went to hospital in December, "they discharged me, and then I got an asthma attack, and they said I had this back pain due to the asthma attack", but the doctors could not figure out his illness. The reality star said he was shopping in London when he started becoming "dehydrated", and the next day it "got so bad, I had crusty lips. I was being delirious... she (his fiancée) went, 'I've got to get you into hospital'." Vanderpump went "from 24 hours before I was shopping in Selfridges, to 24 hours later, where the doctors were telling me I was going into liver and kidney failure". "I mean, physically, on the outside, I believe I'm back to normality. I lost 15 kilos - around that sort of mark - when I was ill, and I've managed to put on... nearly 10kg," he said. "I think [the] mental terms are very, very hard to deal with, the mental side of post-sepsis and being able to get back into normality, because you look fine on the outside, everyone else's lives go back to normal. "But [you are] dealing with [a] kind of health anxiety." Vanderpump - who has the rare conditions congenital hepatic fibrosis of the liver and polycystic kidney disease, which can lead to kidney failure - also said that knowing that the main sepsis symptom for him was the high temperature, meant he became concerned about Yaxley when she was recently ill. "My girlfriend, fiancée, got an infection recently where she's got a high temperature, and I'm rushing her to go see a doctor, because I just want to get her treated," he said. He added that if people are concerned about "normal symptoms like the flu, breathlessness, just a little bit of aches and pains, high temperature", they should see a GP and urge them to consider sepsis. Vanderpump has become an ambassador at the charity UK Sepsis Trust, which says the condition causes "nearly 80,000 people each year [to] suffer life-changing after-effects in the UK, with 82% of sepsis survivors experiencing post-sepsis syndrome more than a year after hospital discharge, and 18% left permanently unable to work". The reality star, who began appearing on the Channel 4 reality show Made in Chelsea last year, runs finance companies in the UK and Dubai and was previously a racing driver. He is the nephew of Lisa Vanderpump, known for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and her own spin-off programmes such as Vanderpump Rules.

GMB star called 111 over bowel cancer fears ahead of emergency surgery

Good Morning Britain star Ranvir Singh has returned to the ITV daytime show following her emergency appendix surgery. Good Morning Britain's Ranvir Singh has opened up about her recent health scare and emergency surgery on Friday's episode of the show. While chatting with Made in Chelsea's Sam Vanderpump, who recently faced a life-threatening battle with liver and kidney failure leading to sepsis, Ranvir shared her own brush with a medical emergency. ‌ The 27-year-old reality star emphasised the importance of seeking medical advice for sepsis symptoms, prompting Ranvir to recount her experience when her appendix ruptured just weeks ago. ‌ Ranvir recalled the moment she decided to call 111 after enduring pain all day post-work, saying: "It's interesting, you know when I had my appendix ruptured a couple of weeks ago, about three weeks ago, the thing that made me call 111, I had sort of been writhing around all day straight after work." She linked her decision to Lorraine's team raising awareness about bowel cancer, stating: "It was eight o'clock at night, and I thought, 'Let's check it's not bowel cancer'. I don't know, it's because Lorraine's team have been doing a bowel cancer thing." ‌ Highlighting the impact of health campaigns, she added: "So, raising awareness genuinely works in the moment when you're in pain, you go, 'What could it be?'. So just planting a seed in the mind of someone." Co-host Rob Rinder then chimed in, revealing that initially, doctors dismissed Ranvir's severe pain, asking: "They told you it was nothing, I think, at first?" to which Ranvir confirmed: "Yeah." ‌ Earlier in May, Ranvir took to Instagram to tell her followers that she had to undergo urgent surgery after her appendix burst, despite having presented Lorraine just the day before, reports Bristol Live. After feeling drained and foggy and thinking a coffee could sort it, TV star Ranvir Singh was struck by a sudden stomach ache. She shared her ordeal on social media, saying: "I stay in bed all day. Turns out I had a ruptured appendix and had urgent surgery at midnight on Thursday! ‌ "Woke up 5am on Friday morning, high on anaesthetic and certain I could get into work to host the show as normal [laughing emoji]. "Pretty nasty few days, the bacteria had spread and infected my blood etc and told to take this week off by @jadeens I'm sore and shuffling around, can't drive for a week, and no exercise for 4 weeks (! ) so really it's the boredom that will kill me!" With 'horrendous' shoulder pain also afflicting her, well-wishers flooded in with supportive messages for Ranvir. Despite the health scare, the resilient presenter returned to hosting duties on ITV alongside Rob Rinder on Friday.
