Shocking moment Spanish cop slaps tourist 'who swore at him after complaining about police treatment of African beach sellers' in Marbella

Shocking footage captured the moment a Spanish cop slapped a tourist 'who swore at him after complaining about police treatment of African beach sellers' in Marbella. The incident took place at Faro Beach located at the popular holiday resort Playa del Faro on Saturday afternoon. The Marbella-based officer, who was seen in the clip wearing a helmet to protect his head, slapped the elderly man twice around the face despite the fact there seemed to be prior physical provocation. The unidentified holidaymaker appeared to yell 'hijo de puta', which translates in English to 'son of a b****', before being hit. Local reports have claimed the tourist had been voicing his discontent at the cop over his aggressive attitude towards the African beach sellers who gather on Marbella's seafront in the summer and sell counterfeit goods like sunglasses and bags in breach of municipal regulations. Police officers were reportedly seen pushing one of them before the holidaymaker assault as other chased fellow street sellers trying to run away with their belongings. Despite the clip appearing to identify the police officer as the aggressor, the elderly tourist is understood to have been arrested. Another tourist donning a pair of swimming trunks, filmed being surrounded by seven officers and pinned to the ground following a shouting match, attempted to intervene but also ended up being arrested. The unidentified holidaymaker appeared to yell 'hijo de puta', which translates in English to 'son of a b****', before being hit Sources claimed today, as the video footage now going viral was being looked at by local authorities to determine whether any officers should face disciplinary action, that one of the detainees threw a bottle at cops. He is reportedly denying the allegation. The beachfront drama occurred around a fortnight after another African street vendor was filmed punching a policeman in the face as he tried to stop him confiscating the counterfeit goods he was selling at a Marbella beach bar. The vendors, known locally as 'looky looky men', were seen pummelling one cop after taking him down. In a separate video, one vendor appeared to have broken part of the officer's helmet while punching him in the face. As one man repeatedly punched and kicked the police officer, the other took a moment to pick up his fallen wares. The two vendors then quickly escape, and the beaten officer was joined by a backup cop, all while tourists vacated the area. The astonishing scene unfolded in front of British tourists, with one forced to jump out of the way as the violence flared yelling: 'What the f***! That was mental.' Another was heard exclaiming: 'That was the most insane thing I've ever seen.' Police later claimed the 'looky looky' men they have to deal with on a regular basis are getting more and more aggressive and don't think twice about employing violence when cops try to stop them and seize their merchandise because they know the courts will let them off with little more than a fine if they can be tracked down and identified. Marbella Town Hall has not yet commented on the actions of the police officer seen slapping the tourist filmed insulting him at the weekend. They said the incident had happened during a routine police inspection against itinerant street trading. Police officers on quads are carrying out more regular inspections during the summer in Marbella.

The 50-year-old brunette was dressed for a workout as she added a beige visor and black sunglasses with a black fanny pack around her waist. The Land Of Women star had on her chunky sneakers as she went on a power walk with a group of female friends. Their exercise session took place on the scenic streets of Puerto Banus in Marbella, Spain, where the star has been living in recent months. The group took a break to explore the vibrant artisanal market, browsing through handmade goods, local delicacies, and boutique treasures. She is married to José Antonio Bastón and they have a son named Santiago but they were not seen on Monday. Eva has managed to stay an impressive size two even into her 50s. The Desperate Housewives actress showed off her toned form during the walk. The star, who has been seen on her CNN docuseries Eva Longoria: Searching For Spain, showed off her sculpted arms while wearing gold bracelets. The Texas native a flashed a fresh pale pink manicure. Eva had her long brown hair with flirty highlights in a high ponytail. At one of the booths, Eva looked at beaded jewelry while with her three friends. Eva has been spending time in the Mediterranean sun in the Andalusia region of southern Spain, a place she has called home for the past year. This comes after the mother-of-one shared her top three diet hacks last year. Longoria's three diet tips are intermittent fasting, clean eating, and moderation. She follows a 16:8 fasting window (eating between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.) and focuses on protein, leafy greens, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. The Hollywood veteran's three friends were all dressed in leggings The red carpet fixture also avoids processed carbs, sugar, and fried foods, particularly during the early postpartum stage. She generally eats within an eight-hour window, typically between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., according to Women's Health. Longoria prioritizes whole, unprocessed foods like lean protein (chicken, fish, eggs), leafy greens, healthy fats (avocados, olive oil), and complex carbohydrates (quinoa, brown rice). The workout enthusiast cuts out processed carbs, sugar, and fried foods, especially after pregnancy, and incorporates protein into every meal and snack. She uses healthy fats like avocado in her meals and chooses complex carbs like quinoa and brown rice over refined grains. The cover girl believes in moderation and avoids restrictive diets, according to Celebwell, but generally gravitates towards healthy options. Eva emphasizes staying hydrated, says Prevention, which is a crucial part of any healthy lifestyle. Snacking includes almonds, yogurt, and fruit. Eva's travel docuseries Eva Longoria: Searching for Spain continues to perform strongly for CNN. After the success of Searching for Mexico, the Spanish edition led to yet another installment—this time taking the actress to France. 'France has long been a cornerstone of global cuisine, and I'm thrilled to be partnering with CNN for this next chapter in our culinary and cultural journey,' Longoria said in a statement, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter. In May Longoria said she always thought she'd become a success in Hollywood. The versatile actress has enjoyed a hugely successful career, starring in shows such as Only Murders in the Building, and Eva has now revealed that she never doubted her own talent. Eva has managed to stay an impressive size two even into her 50s. The Desperate Housewives actress showed off her toned form while on the beach in Marbella, Spain The actress told Byrdie: 'When I look at the longevity I've had in this industry, it makes sense to me. 'Of course, I'm going to work as hard as I can at whatever I do, and it just happens to be in this industry. 'I knew I'd be successful because I was surrounded by successful women - my mother, sisters, and aunts were independent, strong, smart, and charitable. 'They were everything I wanted to be.' Eva's self-belief has helped her to navigate the pitfalls of Hollywood. She explained: 'I remember the first time I was on a billboard and somebody said to me, "Oh my god, who would have thought?" 'And I said, "Me. I thought it. I dreamt it." If you don't champion yourself, who else is going to? That unwavering belief in yourself will take you so far.' Despite this, Eva admits that her priorities have changed in recent years. Eva had her long brown hair with flirty highlights in a high ponytail The brunette beauty shared: 'When you're young, you should say yes to every opportunity, so you can decide what you want to do in life. 'Now that I'm 50, I'm prioritizing differently,' explained the close friend of ER star George Clooney. 'I'm curating my life to be very specific to what I want the next 50 years to look like. I'm spending more time with my family, working less, and doing more of what I love. 'Being financially secure helps with those decisions, but I feel I've worked hard enough to say 'no' now.' Eva has also confessed to becoming more health-conscious in recent years. The actress said: 'I don't mind ageing. I just want to age well. I'm grateful to be able to move my body and work out, hike up a mountain, and play with my son. I'm trying to be as mobile as possible for as long as possible.'

The thief was seen creeping around in a tracksuit with his face covered as he looked to raid the couple as they were fast asleep. At one point, he flashes his torch over the pair who were in bed before focusing in on Pilar. The traumatised mom was sleeping naked on her front with the majority of her body uncovered by the duvet due to the Spanish heat. In a blood-curdling moment the sordid burglar bent over and moved closer to Pilar to shine the torch on her body further. After watching back the sickening footage - which lasted for 32 minutes - Pilar told local media: "He entered our bedroom eight times to look at my private parts." The brave victim released the video shortly after taking it to the police as she said it was the only way to get justice and catch the "sick predator". Pilar and Alex said they first knew something was wrong when they woke up to see 300 euros had been taken from their home. Their valuables and expensive goods were all exactly where they left them including in the couple's 18-year-old son's room next door. This has led Pilar to fear that the man wasn't simply looking to burgle the home but had much more sinister plans. Pilar says the terrifying ordeal has left her traumatised and she now faces recurring nightmares when trying to sleep. Chilling moment intruder inspects naked woman with his torch as she slept next to her partner in Marbella home as brave victim who released video describes 'recurring nightmares'

This is the chilling moment a home intruder spent over half an hour watching a woman as she slept naked in her Costa del Sol home. Homeowners Pilar and Alex found that they had been burgled after 300 euros went missing from their home in Marbella on June 2. But while the couple reviewed their CCTV, they made an even more disturbing discovery after footage showed how a masked thief stood over their bed as they slept. In the sinister clip, the burglar was seen returning multiple times to the couple's room throughout a 32 minute period. But the thief appeared to fixate on Pilar, with the video showing him repeatedly flashing his torch over Pilar's body. 'He entered our bedroom eight times to look at my private parts', she told local media. The thief is said to have taken 300 euros from the couple's home, but did not steal any other valuables, leading Pilar to believe that his intentions were not to rob the couple's home, but rather to prey on her as she slept. Pilar's 18-year-old son was also sleeping in the room next door at the time of the incident. 'That man didn't come to my house to steal, he came to do something to me', she told local media. 'I was alone the night before. What if he'd come then?'. Her partner Alex expressed how Pilar 'felt violated' and called the thief a 'sick predator'. Pilar has also told of how the terrifying ordeal has affected her psychologically, and described how she now suffers from recurring nightmares and has to sleep with all of her doors and windows closed. She is also undergoing psychological treatment to cope with the trauma she has suffered, she said. Local police are now investigating the case and are analysing the security footage to identify the suspect, but no arrests have been made yet. It is believed he entered the house through a terrace door. The horrifying incident in the Spanish resort comes as British expats have been warned to beef up their security systems after falling prey to a 'terrifying' burglar who remains at large. Chilling footage shows the moment a man in a mask and a grey hoodie breaks into a series of villas between San Pedro de Alcantara in Marbella and Benahavis. The brazen thief, dubbed the San Pedro Prowler, is seen picking locks with a sharp implement, which locals said he could use as 'a weapon if he needs it to be'. The menacing figure then calmly walks off with his hands filled with goods, including luxury handbags and jewellery. Among the recent stolen items include €10,000 in cash and a €30,000 watch. The robber appears to be wearing no shoes and just have socks on during his raids, seemingly to avoid alerting anyone inside the house to his presence. Neighbourhoods he has targeted include Guadalmina, and La Quinta, in upmarket Benahavis.
