Man United learn price of goalkeeper target Marco Carnesecchi
Manchester United have reportedly learnt that it would cost them between €45-50 million to land Atalanta goalkeeper Marco Carnesecchi. It was reported yesterday that Ruben Amorim considers current number one Andre Onana a key player at the club. Advertisement Nonetheless, there have also been significant reports suggesting the Portuguese coach is keen to replace the Cameroonian keeper after another less than convincing season between the posts. The Red Devils have recently been linked to experienced keepers like Emiliano Martinez and Marc-André ter Stegen to replace Onana in goal. Recent reports indicate that the club also have Italian Carnesecchi on their radar after his impressive displays in Italy. TuttoAtalanta now report that the Serie A club would expect between €45-50 million to sell their number one this summer. The Italian site claims that United are fed up with Onana's inconsistencies and see the Atalanta star as 'the first choice' to begin a new era at the club. Advertisement 'Carnesecchi is considered a pillar of the Bergamo team' but a significant offer could certainly change Atalanta's resistance to hold onto him. It is reported that were United to make a 'concrete offer' in the previously mentioned ballpark figure, Atalanta would seriously consider doing a deal. What's more, as Carnesecchi is a product of their youth team, a €45 million fee would be a huge financial gain for La Dea. Another factor that could help move the deal along is 'the excellent harmony between Atalanta and Manchester United'. The two sides have built up strong ties after United's purchases of Amad and Rasmus Hojlund in recent years. Revealed – Inter Milan List Of Potential Goalkeeper Signing: From Atalanta To PSG Star
Inter Milan have set their sights on Gianluigi Donnarumma, Alex Meret, and Marco Carnesecchi to replace Yann Sommer in the summer. According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, Donnarumma would be a dream signing for the Nerazzurri. With the 26-year-old seemingly out of reach, the reigning Serie A champions have compiled a backup list. Indeed, Simone Inzaghi wants to add another quality shot-stopper to his squad at the end of the season. Even though Josep Martinez impressed in all three appearances for Inter, Inzaghi's still in the market for a new keeper. Atalanta's Marco Carnesecchi has emerged as a potential option for the Nerazzurri. Meanwhile, Alex Meret could be another solution. Indeed, his contract at Napoli is about to expire. Despite the club's effort to tie him down to a new deal, negotiations have hit a standstill. Therefore, Inter could seize the opportunity to lure the Italian star to Giuseppe Meazza.
