Margaux is and will remain a pure play in the self storage space. It owns and operates three self-storage facilities in Quebec. The storage facilities are located in Cowansville, Roxton Pond and Drummondville, Quebec. The Drummondville facility is currently comprised of 100,000 square feet of land on which there are 48 self-storage units, with the construction of additional facilities expected to be completed in the coming months. The Cowansville facility comprises approximately 500,000 square feet of land on which there are two buildings housing 90 self-storage units. The Cowansville facility also includes a parking space which can accommodate up to 70 RVs as well as an additional parking lot which is leased to a nearby hospital on a long-term basis. The Roxton Pond facility is comprised of approximately 100,000 square feet of land divided in two lots and on which there are presently five buildings housing 181 self-storage units. The Trust has started work on a 85 000 square feet facility in Laval. It is presently at the permitting stage. Hi, friends! Margaux filling in for Emily today. Tickled to be here. If you're a parent, you might be in the thick of Maycember, that end-of-spring flurry of activities that requires SEAL-Team-Six-level logistics and planning: school concerts, graduations, sports tournaments, dance recitals, field trips, themed dress-up days, classroom parties, teacher conferences, summer child-care planning. (What am I forgetting? Definitely something I'll remember at 3 a.m.) I personally love the hustle and bustle of the almost-summer season, but I'd be lying if I didn't admit that the idea of cooking dinner every night on top of it all is little overwhelming. My first tip is this: Don't. Schedule one or two (or three!) days for takeout, or something incredibly simple like store-bought frozen dumplings or burritos with a pile of cut up fruit and vegetables. For the rest, choose the most low-effort recipes in all the land, like those below. Many of them can be made in 30 minutes or less, are wonderful warm or at room temperature and can be tucked into a Thermos and eaten on the way to your kid's 87th activity. Ali Slagle's all-in-one dinner comes together in 20 minutes, thanks to clever use of the broiler. Serve with rice or tuck everything into a pita. Make-ahead tip: Toss everything together on the sheet pan, cover with plastic wrap and slide into the fridge until you're ready to cook. Make the two-ingredient sauce in a resealable container. Claudia Winkleman uses chunky shoes and oversized bags to help her "feel powerful". 'The Traitors' presenter has revealed she uses large accessories help her feel "a bit more in charge" in her daily life - admitting they give her little "boosts of power" that make her feel more confident. In a column for The Times newspaper, she wrote: "Sometimes (not often) I like to feel just a little bit powerful. I'm not a total turd, so please don't roll your eyes ... "What I'm talking about is tiny, incremental, life-affirming boosts of power. When we need to feel strong, a touch 'warrior' and a bit more in charge ... " Claudia went on to reveal that although she does like a stiletto heel, she's happier in a chunky shoe, adding: "If it's a stable and forceful look we're after, then we're going to need some heft in our heel." She listed Saint Laurent's Bianca platform shoes - which retail for £815 - as a favourite along with the Hoof boots by Alexander McQueen, which cost just under £2,000. Claudia also likes to keep her bags oversized, adding: "It goes without saying that your bag has to be big and confident. "It's saying: 'I've got stuff in here that might save the world/I've been to an extraordinary conference/Does your kid need stickers, an organic olive or pastel hair chalk?' "We need to feel pretty Mary Poppins if we are going to have swagger. What's in here? Oh, just a few Booker prizewinning novels, a live otter and a lampshade." Claudia's favourites are The Row's Margaux - which sells for around £5,000 - and Chloe's Camera Bag. She added of her jewellery choices: "Jewellery-wise, your look has to be equally forthright. It must be heavy (if it weighs less than a meerkat, it's a no from me). "And it always, always has to be gold. Think the A-Team's BA Baracus rather than dainty, and preferably without diamonds (diamonds are suddenly naff — sorry about that)." Claudia confessed her favourite Burberry necklace "weighs more than my kitchen" but insisted a chunky gold piece looks great with a white shirt or a black top with a round neck.
