Monochrome Monday: The Mandarin Oriental (Celadon Green) Edition

Because one of the world's most luxurious hotels decided its Celadon Green season, we had to make sure everyone can dress for the occasion. Monochromatic of course. There's a new shade on the grid, and it's come with credentials. Mandarin Oriental has teamed up with Pantone to develop its own colour - Celadon Green - rolled out as part of the hotel group's brand refresh. It now appears across everything from uniforms and stationery to signage and silkscreened walls. According to Pantone, it's 'elevated, balanced, and calming' - but it's also versatile, modern, and precise enough to hold its own in fashion. Which is where this week's edit comes in. A palette that sits somewhere between mineral and mist, celadon green works best when the texture does the talking: beading, fishnet, metallic leather, and soft-edged resin. The pieces below share tone, but not mood - some are sculptural, some fluid, all tightly considered. Think less matchy-matchy, more tonal choreography. Below, a sharp little wardrobe study in pale green, featuring everything from Elie Saab runway gowns to Sapfira rings and barely-there sunglasses by Karen Wazen. Celadon might have been made for a hotel brand - but it translates just fine off the clock. Elie Saab | Bead Embroidered Dress With Butterfly Sleeves Crystalline embroidery catches in the light like seafoam on silk. Butterfly sleeves and a column shape ground the detail in ease. Bottega Veneta | Knot Clutch Iconic shape, softened by tone. The celadon-mint leather gives this archival clutch a cooler temperature and a cleaner read. The Shore Thing | Aqua Marine Fishnet Dress Fishnet reworked with calm intent. Celadon netting over bare skin or tonal slips reads both undone and editorial. Sapfira Jewelry | Sultry 01 Sculptural, irregular, and glassy. This ring moves like a mineral—quiet but hard to ignore. Lurline | Collection 7 Sheer paneling, sheer attitude. Lurline's layered knitwork keeps it coastal without tipping into cliché. Aquazzura | Summer Sun 85 Metallic Leather Sandals Metallic celadon leather, shaped into a summer heel that balances structure with flash. Elevates linen. Disarms sequins. Eterna | Mariposa Top Airy and asymmetrical. The Mariposa top folds and drapes with just enough drama to break a flat palette. Amouage | Existence This scent wears like celadon looks: cool, barely floral, and lightly mineral. Notes sit close to the skin without fading. Karen Wazen | Ciara Green Tea Sunglasses Semi-translucent and softly angular. These sunglasses tint the world celadon without going full retro.

Lode Gold Engages Strategic Advisors to Advance Development of the Fremont Mine in Gold County- Mariposa, California

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - June 24, 2025) - Lode Gold Resources Inc. (TSXV: LOD) (OTCQB: LODFF) ('Lode Gold' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that it has engaged experienced capital markets and strategic advisors to support the advancement of its Fremont Mine in Mariposa, California. These advisors will assist in securing strategic investors and partners as the Company moves into the next phase of development. As part of its current development strategy, Lode Gold is also engaging with mining contractors and progressing with engineering evaluations aimed at optimizing the mine plan and initiating permitting. The Company's evaluation is focused on three key priorities: 'Our objective is to take a disciplined and scalable approach to developing the Fremont Project,' said Wendy T. Chan, CEO and Director at Lode Gold. 'By securing the right strategic partnership, we will focus on various technical initiatives to optimize project economics, expedite permitting and get to production in near term. Being in a jurisdiction that is now increasingly aligned with domestic resource development, Fremont presents an interesting investment opportunity.' The Fremont Mine is an advanced-stage exploration and development asset, on 100% private and patented land. It is located in Mariposa, an Opportunity Zone designated to attract investments with tax incentives provided by Trump's Administration. The 2023 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) outlined positive project economics at a gold price of USD $1,750, based on an annual production rate of approximately 130,000 ounces. More recently, an NI 43 -101 compliant mineral resource estimate ( MRE 2025 ) was completed with a new geological model that separately evaluated vein and stockwork mineralization. Only 8% of the total mineral resource, filed at SEDAR+ (April 2025) has been extracted, mostly in the first 250 m. At a 1 g/t cut-off, the average true width is 53 m (at 3 g/t cut-off, the width is 16.8 m). Upcoming Near Term 2025-2026 Catalysts: About Lode Gold Lode Gold (TSXV: LOD) is an exploration and development company with projects in highly prospective and safe mining jurisdictions in Canada and the United States. In Canada, its assets in Yukon sit on the southern portion of the prolific Tombstone Belt. It covers 99.5 km 2 across a 27 km strike. Over 4,500 m have been drilled with confirmed gold endowment and economic drill intercepts over 50 m. There are four reduced-intrusive targets (RIRGS), in addition to sedimentary-hosted orogenic exploration gold. In New Brunswick, Lode Gold, through its subsidiary 1475039 B.C. Ltd. (soon to be spun out into Gold Orogen), has created one of the largest land packages with its Acadian Gold Joint Venture, consisting of an area that spans 445 km 2 with a 44 km strike. It has confirmed gold endowment with mineralized rhyolites. In preparation for the spin-out, NI 43 101 technical reports have been prepared for all assets in Yukon and New Brunswick in 2024. In the United States, the Company is focused on its advanced exploration and development asset, the Fremont Mine in Mariposa, California. According to the NI 43- 101 Compliant 2025 MRE, the asset contains 1.3 Moz at 4.4 g/t (3 g/t cut-off) with an average true width: 16.8 m. Fremont was previously mined at 10.7 g/t. During gold mining prohibition in WWII, its mining license was suspended. Only 8% of the resource identified in the 2025 MRE has been extracted. This asset has exploration upside and is open at depth (three step-out holes at 1,300 m hit structure and were mineralized) and on strike. This is a brownfield project with over 43,000 m drilled, 23 km of underground workings and 14 adits. The project has excellent infrastructure and is close to electricity, water, roads, railhead and port. Recently, the Company completed an internal scoping study, with a strategic pivot to 100% underground mining. Previously, in March 2023, the Company completed an NI 43-101 Preliminary Economic Assessment ('PEA') with an open pit and underground combination mine. The NI 43-101 technical reports are available on the Company's profile on SEDAR+ ( ) and the Company's website ( ). Protests lead to nearly 2 dozen arrested outside immigration court in Lower Manhattan

Protests lead to nearly 2 dozen arrested outside immigration court in Lower Manhattan Protests lead to nearly 2 dozen arrested outside immigration court in Lower Manhattan Protests lead to nearly 2 dozen arrested outside immigration court in Lower Manhattan Nearly two dozen people were arrested outside immigration court in Lower Manhattan on Wednesday night, a week after a Bronx high school student was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Protests erupted into chaos as officers and members of the crowd clashed over barricades. The protesters were taken into custody for charges that include obstruction of government administration. "People say, 'Oh, let them come in legally,' and when they try to come in legally and follow court proceedings they're being kidnapped," a woman named Mariposa said. The demonstrations happened hours after witnesses reported several people were taken into custody inside the ICE field office in SoHo. "I've never seen anything like this. I've been working here for a couple years and I've never seen this many agents, let alone agents dressed in plain clothes, wearing masks, pulling people out of line. It's totally out of the ordinary," a man named Ben said. Tensions still high following arrest of Bronx high school student Under the Trump administration, advocates say it is becoming increasingly common for ICE to arrest and detain migrants at their immigration court hearings. It's what happened to a 20-year-old Bronx high school student last week. "It's a catch-22. You don't show up for your court hearing then you could also be ordered removed from the country and deported," said Murad Awawdeh, president and CEO of the New York Immigration Coalition. The Venezuelan student, identified as Dylan, was arrested by ICE at the federal immigration court in Lower Manhattan, where he showed up for a hearing on his asylum request. "They messed with the wrong people in messing with New York City kids,' said Naveed Hasan, of the New York City Panel for Educational Policy. Hasan, a parent, said he's been fielding calls from worried immigrant parents. "The school is actively working to try to figure out how to get him back. We're working with the guidance counselor of the school. Mom is deeply involved in working together," Hasan said. "Our schools remain safe" A spokesperson for New York City Public Schools said the city does not ask families to disclose, nor does it track, students' immigration status and staff did not provide any information on Dylan with federal authorities. "Our schools remain safe and we encourage families to continue to send their children to school," Schools Chancellor Melissa Aviles-Ramos said. City policy requires ICE to provide a signed judicial warrant before entering school property, which City Hall says has not ever happened under this administration. ICE did not respond to CBS News New York's questions about how many people were detained by the agency and why.
