Controversial Podcaster Rarely Seen Outside the Studio Spotted on Yacht with Wife and Kids

Controversial Podcaster Rarely Seen Outside the Studio Spotted on Yacht with Wife and Kids originally appeared on Parade. Joe Rogan may be the most famous podcaster in the world, but it's not every day he's spotted out and about. Page Six caught up with the host of The Joe Rogan Experience, 57, as he sailed on a mega-yacht off the coast of Italy with his wife, Jessica Ditzel, and two of their two daughters, Lola, 16, and Rosy, 14. Dressed in a t-shirt for the luxury vacation, Rogan was spotted snacking and hanging out with his family, who enjoyed the luxurious accommodations. He even went on to endorse Trump in the 2024 election. But when Rogan spoke out recently on the podcast against Trump's policy of conducting ICE raids on workplaces, he received criticism from actor Mark Ruffalo, who chalked it up to being too little too late. "Dear Joe Rogan. It's a little late now to pretend like Project 2025 didn't exist and wasn't the playbook all along. You are either not that smart or not that dumb. It's hard to tell at this point," Ruffalo wrote on Instagram Threads. On the July 2 episode of his podcast, Rogan told his listeners the following, according to Fox News: "We were told there would be no — well, there's two things that are insane," Rogan said. "One is the targeting of migrant workers. Not cartel members, not gang members, not drug dealers. Just construction workers. Showing up in construction sites, raiding them. Gardeners. Lena Dunham Credits Taylor Swift for Connecting Her With Rom-Com Icon Meg Ryan: ‘She Brings Everyone Together'

Lena Dunham's latest film project stars one of rom-com's biggest icons — but without Taylor Swift's Eras Tour, the casting of Meg Ryan might not have been possible. In a Variety cover story published this week, the Girls creator opened up about securing the Sleepless in Seattle actress for Good Sex, Dunham's upcoming Netflix film about a couple's therapist played by Natalie Portman who re-enters the dating scene after getting out of a decadelong relationship. Ryan will co-star in the film alongside Mark Ruffalo and Tucker Pillsbury, aka alt-pop musician Role Model. 'I decided, it's now or never, and I'm going to shoot my shot,' the screenwriter told the publication. 'She couldn't be a lovelier person.' 'Shout-out Taylor — thank you for that,' Dunham added. 'She brings everyone together; she makes the world go 'round.' Dunham and the pop star have long been close friends. The former co-starred in Swift's 2015 'Bad Blood' music video, and in 2021, Swift was a bridesmaid in Dunham's wedding to musician Luis Felber. In an interview with The New Yorker last year, Dunham — who also caught Eras Tour shows in Boston and Pittsburgh — opened up about feeling 'protective' of her famous friend. 'Probably the two things I get asked most in life are 'What is Taylor like?' and 'Can I have tickets to the Eras Tour?' And usually my answer to both things is no, but I will say that she's everything that you would want her to be,' she said at the time. 'She's kind, she's devoted, she's introspective, she's emotional, she's funny as f—,' she added at the time 'I guess my feeling sometimes is, 'Isn't she giving us enough, guys?'' Scarlett Johansson Reveals ‘Full Circle Moment' With Her Brother At Her J World Premiere, And I Love When She Reminds Us She's A Twin

Scarlett Johansson once said that for 'like 15 years,' she's wanted to be in a Jurassic Park movie. As luck would have it, her wish was granted, as she's now the lead ofJurassic World Rebirth. The prospect of getting to lead such a massive film seems cool enough on its own. However, during a premiere for the 2025 movie release, Johansson had a 'full circle moment' she had with her twin brother, and this is yet another sweet sibling story from the actress. The Lost in Translation alum is a birthday twin to longtime co-star Mark Ruffalo and even has a Black Widow look-alike on TikTok. However, Scarlett Johansson has a real twin brother of her own named Hunter, who's apparently a huge Jurassic Park fan. While at Rebirth's New York premiere, Scarlett told E! News just how much of a fan her twin bro is of the sci-fi thriller franchise: He was the loudest audience member. I knew that would be the case because he loves Jurassic so much and was like, there for it. It's incredibly sweet to hear that Scarlett Johansson has such immense support for her. Also, how cool must it be for Hunter to know that his sibling is now part of such an immense franchise? Of course, made the event a truly special moment for both of the siblings, however, was the fact that both siblings grew up loving the blockbuster dinosaur franchise. As Scarlett later said: He would've been there either way because he's a fan and the movie is so explosive. He was literally orchestrating the John Williams music and was just like, so loud. That was really fun because we saw the movie together when we were 9 or 10 in the theater, and here we are in this full circle moment. It's kind of crazy. While I definitely love this affection and shared fandom between siblings, I'm always delighted when Scarlett Johansson reminds us that she's a twin. It's a little celebrity tidbit that's easy to forget and still amuses a person when they're reminded of it. While we've seen celebrity siblings working side-by-side like the Olsen Twins or Tia and Tamera Mowry, some stars have twins who aren't in the entertainment business. For instance, Rami Malek's twin brother or Jon Heder's brother aren't working actors. I think it'd be cool if Scarlett and Hunter Johansson were to appear on screen together. However, given Scarlett's career, I'm glad that they can still share a moment like the one they had at the premiere. I also love the notion of Hunter orchestrating the great John Williams' music. Honestly, I'm sure plenty of fans would probably have a somewhat similarly visceral reaction to hearing that iconic Jurassic Park theme song. Scarlett Johansson may not bring up the fact that she's a twin all that often. However, her anecdotes about her sibling never disappoint whenever they come into play. I'm hopeful that both of the Johanssons will hold onto the memory of that cool-sounding New York premiere for years to come. At present, though, fans can check out Jurassic World Rebirth for themselves, as it's currently playing in theaters nationwide.

Mark Ruffalo slams Joe Rogan as 'a little late' after podcast host calls Trump ICE raids 'insane'

Actor Mark Ruffalo knocked Joe Rogan for being "late" to criticize President Donald Trump's immigration enforcement policies in a social media post Sunday. The "Avengers" star called out the popular podcast host after Rogan described ICE raids on workplaces as "insane" during a recent episode of "The Joe Rogan Experience." "Dear Joe Rogan. It's a little late now to pretend like Project 2025 didn't exist and wasn't the play book all along. You are either not that smart or not that dumb. It's hard to tell at this point," Ruffalo wrote on Instagram Threads. Rogan, who endorsed Trump on the eve of the 2024 election and interviewed him during the campaign, criticized the president's immigration raids at construction sites and other workplaces, during a conversation with Replit CEO Amjad Masad. "We were told there would be no — well, there's two things that are insane," Rogan said on the July 2 episode. "One is the targeting of migrant workers. Not cartel members, not gang members, not drug dealers. Just construction workers. Showing up in construction sites, raiding them. Gardeners. Like, really?" Rogan did not return Fox News Digital's request for comment on Ruffalo's remarks. Trump announced last week that his administration was "working on" exemptions for laborers in the farming and hotel industries in response to concerns raised by farmers and hospital operators about losing valuable members of their workforce in the sweeping immigration raids. Trump said workers who have spent years in the U.S. labor force, particularly in the agriculture and hospitality industries, may be eligible for a new type of work permit that would allow them to remain in the country legally, pay taxes and continue working but without receiving citizenship. "We're going to take care of our farmers and hotel workers, but we're working on it right now. And Ron [DeSantis is] going to be involved," Trump said last Tuesday during a tour of a new immigration detention camp in Florida's Everglades that is surrounded by alligators, "Alligator Alcatraz." "They can be here legally. They can pay taxes and everything. They're not getting citizenship, but they get other things. And the farmers need them to do the work," Trump said. "Without those people, you're not going to be able to run your farm." Ruffalo, an outspoken progressive activist born in the U.S., rallied against the administration's immigration policies at a "No Kings" protest in New York City on June 14, where he wore a hat with the word "immigrant" emblazoned on it and made various statements about the value of immigrants to America. The actor claimed that Trump and conservatives are scapegoating migrants for the problems created by America's majority population and billionaires. "Well, we're seeing what's happening. First of all, we're understanding that the immigrants aren't the criminals. If you look at the statistics, most of the crimes committed in this country are by White people — non-immigrants," he told activist group New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC) at the rally. He also called on people to come together to "take our country back" from billionaires.

Mark Ruffalo Slams Joe Rogan Over Response to ICE Immigration Raids: 'It's a Little Late Now'

Mark Ruffalo is calling out podcaster and prominent Trump supporter Joe Rogan for being late to the game in his criticism of ICE immigration raids. 'Dear @joerogan. It's a little late now to pretend like project 2025 didn't exist and wasn't the play book all along. You are either not that smart or not that dumb. It's hard to tell at this point,' Ruffalo, who campaigned heavily for Democrat Kamala Harris during the 2024 presidential campaign, wrote on Threads. More from The Hollywood Reporter Producer Paul Zaentz Bashes Trump as "Malignant Narcissist, Wannabe Dictator" and His Bill Targeting People in Need Trump Signs Republican Tax and Spending Cut Bill at White House July 4th Picnic Trump Says the UFC Will Host a Championship Fight at the White House He added Rogan should have known about Trump's immigration policies when he supported his 2024 reelection campaign. Ruffalo was reacting to a July 2 episode of the Joe Rogan Experience where the podcaster hit out at ICE raids on workplaces where undocumented migrant workers were targeted. 'It's insane. We were told there would be no — well, there are two things that are insane. One is the targeting of migrant workers — not cartel members, not gang members, not drug dealers — just construction workers, showing up in construction sites, raiding them. Gardeners. Like, really?' Rogan said during a conversation with Replit CEO Amjad Masad. During his second administration, Trump has stepped up the arrest of people accused of immigration violations. The ongoing immigration raids have sparked protests, including in Los Angeles, against what critics call unlawful ICE raids. In response to the L.A. protests, Trump deployed National Guard troops over California Governor Gavin Newsom's opposition, leading to a legal dispute between the president and the state leader. Late last month, an appeals court ruling that Trump could retain control of the National Guard troops he deployed to L.A.
