Fox announces Week 1 commentators for Broncos vs. Titans game

The Denver Broncos are set to play in five nationally televised games this season, but they certainly aren't getting special coverage each week. Fox Sports announced its Week 1 commentators last week, and the Broncos and Tennessee Titans have been assigned the network's sixth-string crew for their showdown on Sept. 7. Adam Amin (play-by-play) and Mark Sanchez (analyst) will call the Broncos-Titans game for Fox with Kristina Pink reporting from the sideline. The game should have some national intrigue because it is expected to mark rookie quarterback Cam Ward's NFL debut, but Tennessee has the second-lowest over/under projected win total (5.5) this fall. So the Titans probably aren't much of a draw, at least not yet. Denver's getting more national attention after going 10-7 and reaching the NFL playoffs last year, so they might have a game with the No. 1 Fox crew of Kevin Burkhardt, Tom Brady and Erin Andrews later this season. After the Tennessee game, the Broncos have two more Fox games on their 2025 schedule. Social: Follow Broncos Wire on Facebook and Twitter/X! Did you know: These 25 celebrities are Broncos fans.

How Florida Home Prices Compare to Mexico, Canada and China

Comparing home prices in different countries often feels like apples and oranges, given the different local home sizes, land acreage and income variations. It's also hard to find single data sources. Learn More: Trending Now: Fortunately, Numbeo provided consistent data for the average housing price per square foot and local monthly incomes. And where Numbeo's numbers end, real estate experts can help fill in more color and texture. Here is how Florida's home prices compare with Mexico, Canada and China. Florida Average Price/SF (city center): $313.50 Average Price/SF (outside urban centers): $262.40 Average Monthly Salary: $4,105.08 (ZipRecruiter) Numbeo doesn't provide state-specific data — just country- and city-level data. But the average home price in Florida ($384,811 per Zillow) is 4.2% higher than the U.S. as a whole ($369,147), so by boosting Numbeo's average U.S. home price per square foot by 4.2%, we can keep the numbers consistent based on Numbeo data. Of course, even at the state level, there are wild variations in home prices. 'In the outer suburbs and more rural areas, you can buy houses for around $200,000,' noted Mark Sanchez, Senior Real Estate Manager at Florida brokerage Gator Rated. 'Buyers can expect to pay over $1 million in desirable neighborhoods in cities like Miami and Orlando, however.' Florida Alternatives: Canada Average Price/SF (city center): $582.52 (all prices in USD) Average Price/SF (outside urban centers): $423.81 Average Monthly Salary: $2,877.64 Much of Canada has an affordable housing problem that makes the one in the U.S. look trivial. Despite salaries in Canada being 33.4% lower than those in the U.S., home prices are significantly higher. Jeremy Savory founded Millionaire Migrant to help Americans move to more affordable and lower-tax countries. He warned Americans to beware of Canada's housing markets, however. 'Property prices have become unaffordable in some cities, especially in Vancouver where they're incredibly elevated.' Mexico Average Price/SF (city center): $186.34 Average Price/SF (outside urban centers): $132.64 Average Monthly Salary: $727.66 Mexico homes cost less per square foot than those in Florida — but local incomes are disproportionately lower still. That makes housing in Mexico less affordable for locals than in Florida, or the U.S. at large. Mariana Lange helps Americans and Canadians move south of the border with Mexico Relocation Guide. The average American transplant pays far more for housing than the average Mexican, since American expats tend to cluster in more expensive pockets of the country. She lists Rosarito, La Paz, Puerto Vallarta, Playa del Carmen and Costalegre as the top five destinations. 'In Rosarito for example, you can find nice two-bedroom oceanfront condos in the $200,000 to $400,000 price range,' she said. 'If you'd rather live in town and forego an ocean view, you can find homes starting at $150,000 USD.' China Average Price/SF (city center): $582.13 Average Price/SF (outside urban centers): $277.39 Average Monthly Salary: $919.71 In China, home affordability remains even more skewed, even after a real estate bubble burst. Urban homes cost 93.6% more than their U.S. counterparts, while Chinese incomes average 78.7% less than Americans'. 'In first-tier cities like Shanghai or Beijing, prices per square foot easily reach $800 to $900 USD,' explained real estate expert Ben Mizes with Clever Offers. 'Affordability in major Chinese cities is a significant concern, to put it mildly.' Savory added that the real estate crisis in China — and perhaps the political regime — has driven many wealthier Chinese to leave. 'China is now experiencing the second largest exodus of wealth behind the U.K.' For Floridians looking for more affordable housing and pleasant climes, look south to Mexico rather than north to Canada or east to China. Jets 2025 draft needs, picks, best fits, history

Back with the Jets as a first-time head coach, Aaron Glenn understands the monumental task at hand. New York ended an inglorious two-year partnership with quarterback Aaron Rodgers that netted 12 wins in two seasons and signed Justin Fields as the presumptive starter in the latest reboot of the offense. Glenn, hailed for his development of defensive players during his time as coordinator of the Detroit Lions, inherited a team stocked with talent on that side of the ball. Along with first-year GM Darren Mougey, Glenn sets out to chart a new course for the Jets with a few tired questions. Solving the QB conundrum is nothing new to this franchise. Glenn asserts there's no time to languish about the past and believes Fields, who gave the Lions fits during his time with the Bears, can help New York get back to the playoffs for the first time since the 2010 season. Mark Sanchez started the AFC Championship game loss to the Steelers, and set off a parade of misfortune at the position. Geno Smith, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Josh McCown, Sam Darnold, Zach Wilson and Rodgers all tried their hand at the primary QB1 role over the ensuing dozen years and only Fitzpatrick (10-6 in 2015) delivered a record above .500. Will this finally be the year the Jets clear the runway? --Team needs Offensive tackle: Morgan Moses helped stabilize the Jets' offensive line, but he left for the Patriots in free agency. Arguably the best right tackle in the draft, Missouri's Armand Membou, is expected to be available when New York is on the clock with the seventh overall pick. The Lions thrived behind a mauling offensive line for much of Glenn's time in Detroit. Membou is a fine athlete, even if he comes a pace or two short of Penei Sewell. Tight end: Penn State tight end Tyler Warren is another option at No. 7. He could fill a pressing need and also qualify as the best talent available with only six prospects off the board. Left tackle Olu Fashanu, drafted 11th in 2024 by the Jets, is a former Warren teammate with the Nittany Lions. Defensive line: Nobody can block defensive tackle Quinnen Williams one-on-one, which begs the question: How lethal could the Jets' front four become with another unblockable star in the picture? --Best prospect fits DT Mason Graham, Michigan OLB Jalon Walker, Georgia TE Tyler Warren, Penn State CB Will Johnson, Michigan DE Mykel Williams, Georgia OG Armand Membou, Missouri ILB Jihaad Campbell, Alabama WR Matthew Golden, Texas CB Jahdae Barron, Texas --2025 draft picks by round Total picks: 8 By round (pick in round, overall pick) 1: 7, 7 2: 10, 42 3: 9, 73 4: 8, 110 5: 7, 145 5: 24, 162 (from Los Angeles Rams via Pittsburgh Steelers) 6: 10, 186 6: 31, 207 (from Kansas City Chiefs) --History Lesson --The Jets drafted Glenn with the 12th overall pick in 1994. --The Jets have never drafted a player No. 7 overall. --Since drafting QB Mark Sanchez (USC) fifth in 2009, the Jets have selected a defensive player with their first pick 11 times. --Field Level Media Field Level Media 2025 - All Rights Reserved
