Luke Combs Makes a Career Announcement That Has Fans Saying 'Thank God' originally appeared on Parade. Country singer posted a series of photos of himself in a recording studio to Instagram yesterday with the caption "Back in the Saddle." Fans are thrilled at the prospect of a new album by the "When It Rains It Pours" singer. The series of photos shows Luke singing his heart out, playing guitar, and poring over the sound board with intense concentration. In several of the photos his Creative Director Zack Massey is tagged. Fans are ecstatic to see Luke back in the studio. "YES YES YES 🔥🔥🔥 surely dropping sooner than we'd think 🤞🏾" wrote one hopeful fan. "YAS FINALLY we need this to drop before all hell breaks loose 😂" commented another fan in desperate need for some good vibes.A few other fans chimed in that they'll be listening no matter the content of the album. They're just devout fans of Luke's voice. "One of the best! He could sing a phone book and I would listen," wrote one. "This could be a lullaby album about beer and I'd buy it 😮💨😮💨" commented another. Luke has been talking about his sixth album for a while now. In an interview with the MeatEater podcast, he said he'd already written forty to fifty songs that could appear on the forthcoming album. At the time, he said he was anxious to get back to the studio to start recording. This Instagram post seems to signal that.
