Zara Larsson announces Dublin date in the 3Arena
This comes as Larsson announced the release of her fifth studio album Midnight Sun, set for release on September 26. The Clean Bandit singer said: 'In thinking about this album, I thought, 'What do I want to say? What do I want this to be?'. I really am proud of my Swedish pop heritage, so I wanted to write about a Swedish summer where the sun never goes down. 'And it doesn't matter if it's December: the summer night will be there for you. It's waiting for you, it will come back for you, and you will come back for it.' The album was created over the last year with frequent collaborator MNEK, alongside producer Margo XS and songwriter Helena Gao. The European arena tour will kick off in Munich, Germany on October 28 at Zenith Arena, after which Zara will go on to perform in Dublin's 3Arena on November 7 and Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome on the 12, followed by a run of Nordic arenas culminating in a homecoming show at Avicii Arena in Stockholm, Sweden on November 28. Larsson's run of live shows in support of Midnight Sun officially kicks off with her opening slot on Tate McRae's Miss Possessive Tour across North America, which begins on August 4 in Vancouver, BC, with stops along the way at major arenas like New York's Madison Square Garden culminating in back-to-back shows at The Forum in Los Angeles on September 26 and 27, in line with the album release. The singer has also released her first-ever live dates in Australia and New Zealand for February 2026 supporting American pop rock band OneRepublic. Tickets for the 3Areana will go on sale on Ticketmaster at 10 am June 13 with pricing from €41.20 - €61.85, with an artist presale running at 10am June 11.

Tate McRae, Glasgow review: 'all the right poses'

Tate McRae, Hydro, Glasgow ★★★ The audience decibel level was high in the Hydro for Canadian pop star Tate McRae, the 21-year-old singer/songwriter/dancer making a play as the next Dua Lipa with music which makes all the right noises, a performance which struck all the right poses and a stage set with all the right moving parts. What was missing through all the hair tossing and pouty attitude was any great sense of warmth or sincerity in her delivery and any originality or personality in her turbo-charged electro pop. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad But for her target market of teenage girls, screaming in recognition to every song at what could well be their first arena concert experience, this Miss Possessive Tour was a year zero epiphany. The entire set-up was austere, with McRae and her eight dancers strutting in mechanically sexy mode on hydraulic platforms illuminated by banks of simple but dramatic spot lighting. At least her live drummer and guitarist provided some propulsive clatter and costume change-covering shredding. McRae is a better dancer than singer. Her vocals were shrouded in effects but there was nowhere to hide with the moves and she hit her mark on every occasion, whether wielding a walking cane in a wind tunnel or staying cool while all around her descended into a writhing group lapdance. Much of the early part of her show comprised sultry electro R&B, with Guilty Conscience standing out as the strongest pop hook. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad Tate McRae PIC:

Zara Larsson 'is in awe of Tate McRae's work ethic'
Zara Larsson is "in awe" of Tate McRae. The 27-year-old singer is set to open for Tate, 21, on the Miss Possessive Tour, and Zara has admitted to being a huge fan of the 'Greedy' hitmaker. Zara told People: "She's so sweet. Beautiful. "I just can't believe she's 21 because she seems so mature, like she's been doing this for a really long time, kind of like I have. Maybe that's what people thought about me when I was 21. Now, I'm old. "I'm so in awe of her work ethic and how hard she goes at it. She has not stopped for years. But I think she loves what she's doing, and she's so passionate." Zara also admitted to feeling "inspired" by Tate's dance skills. She said: "I feel really inspired by the way she really has embraced her dancing side. I would love to dance more." Earlier this year, Tate described herself as a "very goal-driven person". The pop star revealed that she has a number of career ambitions that she really wants to achieve, including performing at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs). Tate told Pride: "I always have things that I'm setting my sights on. I'm a very goal-driven person. Sometimes, I think I'm a little clairvoyant. I'm really good at manifesting! "I would die to perform at the VMA's. That's something I've watched all my idols do for so many years. For some reason, that specific performance is something I've always wanted. "My ideal performance is a perfect balance of dance, outfit, singing, and musical arrangement. When they're all balanced perfectly, that's my ideal performance." Tate also confessed to being amazed by her recent rise. The 'Sports Car' hitmaker still has vivid memories of performing in front of relatively small crowds. Tate said: "I can't believe this is my job. "Four years ago, I played my first ever show at The Moroccan Lounge in front of 100 people in Los Angeles. It was the size of a shoebox, like it's so small. I could see my grandma, my mom, and everybody that I knew. Now, we're performing three nights at the Kia Forum. It's the biggest dream of my life. It's insane!"
