AHA Heart Walk & Run to raise awareness of heart disease, stroke

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – The American Heart Association will be hosting the annual Rochester Heart Walk & Run to raise awareness and support those who have experienced heart attacks and strokes. The event will be held Saturday morning at Monroe Community College with an opening ceremony beginning at 9:45 a.m. and the walk will take place at 10 a.m. Participants include heart disease and stroke survivors as well as runners, walkers, and businesses in the community.
