Made In Chelsea's Sophie Habboo has opened up about her journey to motherhood after announcing she was expecting her first child on Tuesday Sophie Habboo has opened up about the 'realities of being a mum' after announcing her pregnancy yesterday. The Made In Chelsea alum, 30, who is married to fellow reality star, Jamie Laing, 36, revealed her happy news on Tuesday when her husband shared a clip of her having an ultrasound. Sophie has now reflected on the journey ahead of her as she spoke to her pal, Melissa Tatam, on their podcast, Wednesdays. Explaining she had just returned from a trip to Portugal with her sister, Georgia, baby niece, Bella, and the siblings' mum she said: "I really got an insight into the baby world. Georgia's never had any help and the level of respect I have for mums not a joke." She continued: "The amount of stuff! You're packing up a planet every time you move. Even carrying the baby is quite heavy. I was like: 'Ow, my arm hurts do you want her back?'" Despite admitting that Bella was the 'most hyperactive child ever', Sophie said she was 'in love with her', adding that her family had "a really sweet, wholesome time". However, she did say that she was 'unable to switch off' during the holiday, adding: "Me and mum were so tired". Today, Sophie revealed a snap of her blossoming baby bump taken at a friend's wedding with husband, Jamie. As she poses for a selfie with her husband at the nuptials, sporting a floor length emerald green sleeveless dress, she wrote in the caption: "Last weekend I celebrated one of my friends of 24 years getting married and it was everything and more." In another snap featured in the carousel, Sophie and Jamie take a bathroom selfie in which the reality star's bump can clearly be seen. Jamie shared their exciting baby news on Tuesday when he posted a video of his wife having an ultrasound scan. As the couple's baby pops up on the screen, Jamie excitedly exclaims: "Are you kidding me?! He then panned the camera around the hospital room as Sophie comes into shot with the biggest smile on her face as the couple hear the baby's heartbeat for the first time.
