Actors Nithya Menen and Vijay Sethupathi's film with director Pandiraaj has been titled 'Thalaivan Thalaivii'. The title teaser of the movie was unveiled today, featuring the actors as a couple.'Thalaivan Thalaivii' marks Nithya and Vijay's second collaboration following their Malayalam film '19(1))a)'. The title teaser kicks off with shots of food being prepped fill the screen. Enter Nithya Menen and Vijay Sethupathi, mid-cooking and mid-banter, which quickly snowballs into a full-blown kitchen escalate fast, and just when you think it can't get more chaotic, Yogi Babu drops a line about how they're not like normal people. The teaser wraps with Vijay Sethupathi dramatically firing a bullet, setting the tone for the madness to come. It's official — Dhanush's much-awaited film Idly Kadai has wrapped up filming! Wunderbar Films announced that the final schedule concluded in the vibrant streets of Bangkok, Thailand. Fans can now mark their calendars for the global release on October 1, 2025. Idly Kadai is written, directed, and co-produced by Dhanush under his banner Wunderbar Films, alongside Dawn Pictures. The film features Dhanush and Nithya Menen in the lead roles, with a powerhouse supporting cast including Arun Vijay, Shalini Pandey, Prakash Raj, Sathyaraj, Parthiban, P. Samuthirakani, and Rajkiran. Originally planned for an April 2025 release, the film faced delays due to extended production schedules. Dhanush's Idly Kadai set catches fire in Tamil Nadu, no injuries reported
A massive fire broke out on the set of actor Dhanush's upcoming Tamil film 'Idly Kadhai' in Anupapatti village in Tamil Nadu's Theni district. The cause of the incident is currently unknown. The film, directed and co-produced by Dhanush, who also stars in it, is scheduled to release later this to ANI, no injuries have been reported, though the shoot was disrupted.
