Notre Dame football single-game home tickets go on sale Thursday, May 29

Notre Dame football single-game home tickets go on sale Thursday, May 29 Single-game tickets to Notre Dame home football games in 2025 will be going on sale. Almost time for us to be back inside Notre Dame Stadium ☘️ Single game tickets go on sale this Thursday, May 29 at 6 PM ET 🔗 #GoIrish☘️ — Notre Dame Football (@NDFootball) May 27, 2025 It's getting closer and closer to kickoff of the 2025 college football season, as single-game tickets for Notre Dame home football games go on sale Thursday, May 29 at 6:00 p.m. ET. The Fighting Irish are coming off a 14-2 season, which featured a 13-game winning streak and an appearance in the College Football Playoff national championship game, where the Irish fell to Ohio State 34-23. Notre Dame has six home games during the 2025 season: Texas A&M (September 13), Purdue (September 20), Boise State (October 4), NC State (October 11), USC (October 18), and Syracuse (November 22). Last season Marcus Freeman and the Irish failed to end the program's championship drought, which has lasted since 1988, but the Irish seem well-positioned to remain in the College Football Playoff mix for the foreseeable future. This fall the Irish will have the luxury of a backfield featuring Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price to lead the offense, while new coordinator Chris Ash will look to retool the defense to keep the Irish a national contender. All the information to buy tickets later today is below.

NOTRE DAME TO FACE WISCONSIN AT LAMBEAU FIELD IN SHAMROCK SERIES ON SEPTEMBER 6, 2026

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Notre Dame Football's 2026 Shamrock Series game presented by Credit Union 1 will now be played on Sunday, Sept. 6, 2026 vs. Wisconsin at Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. The game will be broadcast on NBC and Peacock. The game was originally scheduled to be played in 2020 and was rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic for Sept. 5, 2026. It has now been scheduled for a Sunday matchup. The game is the second installment of the two-game series with Wisconsin, the first of which was played at Soldier Field in 2021, a 41-13 Notre Dame win. Notre Dame will serve as the home team in this Shamrock Series game, the first game the Irish have played at Lambeau Field. The historic stadium has hosted just two college football games in history: St. Norbert vs. Fordham in 1983 and Wisconsin vs. LSU in 2016. Lambeau Field is named for Curly Lambeau, a former Notre Dame Football player (1918) and founder of the Green Bay Packers. The Shamrock Series began in 2009 when Notre Dame started to 'take a home game on the road' in San Antonio. The Irish defeated Washington State, 40-14, in the Alamodome and have hosted 12 Shamrock Series games across the country, including Landover, Md; Chicago, Ill.; Arlington, Texas; Indianapolis, Ind., Las Vegas, Nev. and Bronx, N.Y.. Shamrock Series game weekends feature more than just the game, as the University will plan a number of educational, service and fan-centric events in the area leading up to the game. —NOTRE DAME FOOTBALL—

Steve Angeli penned a heartfelt thank you and goodbye to Notre Dame Football

Steve Angeli penned a heartfelt thank you and goodbye to Notre Dame Football It was not the way that Steve Angeli wanted to see his Notre Dame football career go, but there will always be fond memories of what he accomplished in South Bend. Not many will forget when he filled in as the starter in the 2023 Sun Bowl, guiding Notre Dame to an impressive 40-8 victory over Oregon State, while throwing three touchdown passes. How about when Angeli filled in for an injured Riley Leonard during the Orange Bowl against Penn State in the College Football Playoff, guiding the Irish to a field goal which would ultimately be the winning margin. On Saturday evening, Angeli went to social media and thanked Notre Dame Nation for an amazing three years with the program, which you can see below. He cherished his 'incredible journey' with the team, and will leave as a graduate of the university. Angeli stood for everything that Notre Dame football is about, and while we all wanted him to stay, he had to do what we best for this career. We wish nothing but that best for Steve at his next football home.

NOTRE DAME FOOTBALL BLUE-GOLD GAME STREAMS LIVE EXCLUSIVELY ON PEACOCK THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 12, AT 2 P.M. ET

Tony Simeone (Play-By-Play), Jason Garrett (Analyst), and Caroline Pineda (Reporter) to Call Game from Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Ind. Notre Dame Head Coach Marcus Freeman Will be Mic'd Up During Saturday's Matchup STAMFORD, Conn. – April 10, 2025 – Notre Dame Football's 2025 Blue-Gold Game from Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Ind., will stream live exclusively on Peacock this Saturday, April 12, at 2 p.m. ET. This will be the 94th edition of the annual scrimmage. Coming off a 2024 season that saw them advance to the National Championship Game for the first time since 2012, the Fighting Irish aim to keep the momentum heading into the 2025 campaign. The Fighting Irish had a season for the ages, beginning with their Week 1 win against then-No. 20 Texas A&M, their Week 2 loss to Northern Illinois, and the subsequent resiliency and camaraderie displayed after that setback, resulting in ten consecutive wins to end the regular season, including decisive victories over No. 15 Louisville, No. 24 Navy, and No. 18 Army. Expected to take part in Saturday's Blue-Gold Game is star running back Jeremiyah Love, who was recently named the best RB in the country by ESPN's college football reporters, as well as the quarterback trio of senior Steve Angeli, sophomore Kenny Minchey, and freshman CJ Carr. Fourth-year Notre Dame head coach Marcus Freeman will be mic'd up for a portion of Saturday's game. Freeman was the recipient of the 2024 Paul 'Bear' Bryant Award, which recognizes the nation's best head coach both on and off the field. This year's Blue-Gold Game will have a different format than in years past. Instead of the traditional two full teams playing against one another, it will simply be the offense against the defense with a revamped scoring system that awards points for plays such as a first down by the offense or a tackle for a loss by the defense. Play-by-play commentator Tony Simeone will call the action from Notre Dame Stadium alongside analyst and former Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett. Caroline Pineda will report from the sideline. Notre Dame's 2024 season was captured in the exclusive Peacock documentary series, Here Come the Irish. The docuseries provided an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the iconic program as it reached its first National Championship Game in over a decade and notched huge wins against Penn State, Georgia, and in-state rival Indiana in the inaugural 12-team College Football Playoff. The current agreement runs through the 2029 season. HOW TO WATCH – SATURDAY, APRIL 12 Streaming on Peacock: 2-4 p.m. ET (LIVE) –NBC SPORTS–

Notre Dame football loses a potential offensive line starter for the rest of the spring

Notre Dame football loses a potential offensive line starter for the rest of the spring Watch LIVE as Coach Marcus Freeman steps to the podium just a week away from the Blue-Gold game. #GoIrish☘️ — Notre Dame Football (@NDFootball) April 5, 2025 For the most part, Notre Dame football has stayed injury free during its spring practices, with the only major injury occurring to wide receiver Micah Gilbert, however, that changed on Saturday. Irish head coach Marcus Freeman had another disappointing injury update, as he shared that offensive tackle Guerby Lambert will miss the rest of the spring after having shoulder surgery to correct a lorn labrum. The rising sophomore played in a few games during his first year, but mostly on special teams. Lambert was expected to compete for one of the five starting positions, but that won't be the case this spring. The good news is that his season isn't in jeopardy, as Freeman did also mention that he should be full-go when fall camps rolls around. That is great news, as Notre Dame will hopefully have the former top-50 prospect according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings ready to contribute in another College Football Playoff run.
