Luschar draw bases-loaded walk in 10th inning to give Oregon a 6-5 win over Ole Miss in Women's CWS
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Kedre Luschar walked with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 10th inning to send Presley Lawton home and give Oregon a 6-5 win over Mississippi in a Women's College World Series elimination game on Friday night. Oregon (54-9) scored three times in the fifth inning to take a 5-2 lead, but Ole Miss responded with three runs in the seventh to tie the score against starter Lyndsey Grein. Advertisement Pinch hitter Jamie Mackay knocked in two runs with a double to make it 5-5. Oregon (54-9) advances to play on Sunday against the loser of Saturday's game between Oklahoma and Texas. Kedre Luschar and her sister Kai combined for five hits and three runs for the Ducks. Aliyah Binford took the loss in relief for the Rebels Persy Llamas had two hits and drove in a pair of runs for Ole Miss (42-21), making its first World Series appearance. Dezianna Patmon's 2nd straight walk-off hit helps Oregon beat Liberty 3-2 in 8 innings in Game 1

(AP) — Kai Luschar had three hits and an RBI, Dezianna Patmon hit a walk-off RBI single in the eighth inning and Oregon beat Liberty 3-2 in Game 1 at the best-of-three Eugene Super Regional on Friday night. No. 16 seed Oregon (52-8) can clinch a berth in the Women's College World Series with a win in Game 2 on Saturday. Advertisement Staci Chambers (3-0) pitched 2 1/3 innings of scoreless one-hit relief for the Ducks. Kendre Luschar led off the eighth with a single, stole second base and then advanced to third when Stefini Ma'ake flied out. Paige Sinicki walked and stole second to set up Patmon's second consecutive walk-off, after her three-run home run against Stanford lifted the Ducks in the clinching game at the Eugene Regional. Elena Escobar (25-4) pitched a complete game for Liberty (50-14), allowing three runs — one earned — on seven hits with five walks over 7 1/3 innings. KK Madrey singled and then Paige Doerr followed with an RBI single to cut Liberty's deficit to 2-1 in the fourth. Patmon's walk-off 3-run HR helps Oregon beat Stanford 10-7, win Eugene Regional
EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Dezianna Patmon hit a walk-off three-run home run, Emma Cox and Katie Flannery also hit homers and Oregon beat Stanford 10-7 on Sunday night to win the Eugene Regional. No. 16 seed Oregon (50-8) will play host to Liberty, which beat top-seeded and No. 1 Texas A&M in the Bryan-College Station Regional, in the super regionals next weekend. Advertisement Paige Sinicki hit a one-out single in the seventh, stole second base and advanced to third on a throwing error and Emma Cox was intentionally walked before Patmon hit the next pitch over the wall left field to give the Ducks their first lead. Patmon hit a lead-off triple in the sixth and scored on a two-out single by Kai Luschar to make it 7-7. Joie Economides hit a grand slam in the first inning and added a three-run shot in the third for Stanford (42-12). Elise Sokolsky (18-4) came on with two out and runners on the corners and got Economides to groundout to end the game. Rylie McCoy and Kedre Luschar blasted three-run home runs as the Ducks routed the Cardinals 15-5 to force the second game. Kai Luschar went 3 for 3 and scored three runs, Kedre Luschar had four RBIs and Paige Sinicki had three RBIs. Lyndsey Grein (28-2) went three innings for the win, giving up three earned runs.
