This nostalgic M&M's launch with 'Suite Life' star Kim Rhodes is the sweetest drop of the summer
Daily Mail journalists select and curate the products that feature on our site. If you make a purchase via links on this page we will earn commission - learn more There are two things that really got me through my childhood — candy, and the Disney Channel. In a twist of fate, it seems my childhood is making a comeback with M&M's new collaboration with Kim Rhodes, best known for her role as Carey Martin (the twins' mom) in 'The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.' Just in time for the show's 20th anniversary, M&M's is coming out with nostalgic PB&J Packed Lunch Specials (available in select cities), each featuring a special handwritten note from your favorite TV mom herself. M&Ms PB&J Packed Lunch Specials There's just a limited amount of these lunch specials so place your orders at 12 p.m. on July 29 to get your own lunch box soon. If you miss out, or if it isn't available in your city, you can make your own at home — featuring your favorite M&Ms. Free! Shop ' M&M's is so much about fun, and this campaign is about nostalgia and mom love—and that's me. That's the message I put out into the world: You deserve treats. You deserve connection. You deserve to feel loved,' says Rhodes about the campaign. In each limited edition box, you'll find: a classic PB&J sandwich, a fruit cup, carrots, pretzels, sparkling water, M&M's PB&J as a dessert, and a note from Rhodes. 'And this is my handwriting—I wrote you a note. Just to remind you that you're doing a good job, and I'm proud of you,' says Rhodes. It really is a quintessential lunch box, the kind you carried all through middle school and sat with in the cafeteria to share with your friends. It's a reminder of simpler times, and a reminder to step back and enjoy your lunch while taking that time for yourself. 'Any time you get the chance to connect, to give yourself compassion through a treat—whatever that means to you—you deserve to take it,' adds Rhodes. Rhodes specially partnered with M&M's on this, as she feels very often adults forget to take time for themselves, and many of us forego our lunches and instead take them at our desks. This campaign is made to remind you to take a beat, connect, enjoy your moment, and most of all, take time for yourselves. 'I love the idea of harkening back to when we'd trade snacks with friends. Lunch was time to connect with our besties,' she says. 'The idea that you can share a pack of M&M's PB&Js with your friends at a table again? I love that. I love that people can experience that again—and remember it's still available to them.' On July 29th at noon ET, you can head to the M&M's website and place your order to see this limited edition creation for yourself. There are only a few lunch boxes up for grabs, so you'll want to make sure you act quickly. If, for some reason, you don't make it, fret not. You can still purchase your favorite M&M's and make your own lunch box to indulge in. You can even try Rhodes' favorite flavor. 'I feel like I'm cheating on peanut M&M's. I may need to apologize! But that PB&J combo—it's creamy, nutty, and the jelly gives it a whole other layer. It's just delightful,' she says about PB&J M&M's, her new favorite flavor. You can enjoy them just like she does too — straight out of the bag! Or, feel free to add them to your cereal or oatmeal for an added crunch. I personally love them in milkshakes. There are endless ways to enjoy M&M's and endless ways to revisit your childhood with them. You can play an old episode of 'The Suite Life of Zack & Cody' to truly experience the early 2000s and give yourself an opportunity to reconnect with the past. Carey, aka Kim Rhodes, will be right there with you every step of the way! Oh, and if you're wondering where to see her next, Rhodes has found a new passion after taking a step back from acting. 'I moved to the middle of nowhere and now I volunteer at an animal sanctuary,' she says. 'I water goats now. That's what I do! I pick up eggs, I rescue beat-up chickens... that's my life. I'm out there 4–5 days a week. I handle the chickens, ducks, pigs, goats, sheep, alpacas, and llamas.' Could she get any more motherly? While Rhodes hasn't discounted acting completely, she says she needs the right role to make her comeback. In the meantime, you have 'The Suite Life of Zack & Cody' to binge over and over again, now with a special M&M's PB&J Packed Lunch Special filled with all your favorite snacks. Remember, there are only 500 lunch specials to give out, so sign up soon before you miss your chance!

This "American Mind Can't Comprehend" Tweet Spiraled Out Of Control
Let's talk about those "European mind can't comprehend" and "American mind can't comprehend" tweets we've been posting for literal years now. They're about the size of our sodas. They're about our wild temperature changes. And there's a ton about our beloved PB&J sandwiches <3<3 Welllllll, a new one kind of spiraled out of control. It all started with @EdisonCarterN23 posting a picture of a tiny Fiat with the caption: "The American mind can't comprehend that 80% of car trips could be taken in a car like this." Then @FetusberryJam clapped back with: "the european mind cannot comprehend driving four hours and still being in the same state." That's when people from around the world got involved. This Canadian posted that you can drive for 23 hours in the province of Ontario: This Australian pointed out that you can drive for 29 hours without leaving the same state: This person pointed out you can drive for days and still be in Norway: Another person said you drive for 16 hours in Finland: Another from Australia: We have New Zealand clocking in at just over a day: 2 days for India: 2 hours to cross continets from Europe to Africa: It's almost 8 hours for Portugal: 20 hours in Sweden! Over two days for Chile: And here's one of the Roman Empire: Then, there are the jokes: "You can fly 16.5hrs in France and still be in France. The American mind cannot comprehend this," one person said. "Dude, you can drive 4 hours and still be stuck in London," another person said. And we have: "You can drive for 5 years in Scotland and still hit the same potholes." Lastly, it wouldn't be one of these posts without a bit of light American shade: "The American mind cannot comprehend not needing a car to do literally fucking anything." "American mind cannot comprehend fuel efficiency, safety, and making their cars not the size of a small house," another person chimed in. And laaastly: "'The european mind cannot comprehend-' i don't want to. i never want to comprehend anything american. thank god i was born in europe."

Walmart puts a healthy spin on a guilty pleasure
Is there any food that is more satisfying than a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? Hear me out. A PB&J combines savory and sweet in a way that few other foods do. It's packed with a serving of protein - at least 8 grams per 2 tablespoons - and the fat in peanut butter is mostly healthy. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are infinitely customizable. You can add slices of banana or strawberry, honey or chocolate chips, even brie or another kind of cheese if you're feeling adventurous - a charcuterie board between slices of bread if you will Don't miss the move: Subscribe to TheStreet's free daily newsletter Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches travel well, no refrigeration required, which is why they have been a staple in kids' lunchboxes for generations. All the above is also why Uncrustables have become such an iconic snack, stashed in freezers across America. J.M. Smuckers, which makes Uncrustables, will sell around $1 billion worth of the snack this year. Uncrustables are popular, but no one ever claimed they were healthy. Each sandwich is 210 calories and contains 6 grams of protein and 10 grams of sugar. Related: Kroger adds new Coca-Cola flavor Target, Walmart can't carry Still, it seems like professional athletes, including NFL players, can't get enough of them. The NFL reportedly goes through around 80,000 Uncrustables per season (that's 47 sandwiches per player in case you're counting). So it makes sense that other companies might look for ways to take a bite out of that dominance. TheJams, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich described as a "health-forward snack," is now available exclusively at 3000 Walmart stores nationwide. Jams are made by Nashville-based The DropOut Companies, which promised in a statement that the snack is "everything you love about a PB&J without the weird ingredients" and that the product does not taste like artificial garbage." Jams are available in strawberry or berry flavors and each 260-calorie serving contains 10 grams of protein with 6 grams of sugar. Jams don't contain seed oils, high-fructose corn syrup, or dyes, and jelly is made with real fruit. (It's worth noting that Smucker's Uncrustables don't contain artificial ingredients either.) Related: Trader Joe's shares recall on popular snack that can make you sick Like Uncrustables, Jams should be stored in the freezer, and they can be eaten frozen, thawed, or toasted. Investors in the new product include Allison and Stephen Ellsworth, founders of the healthy soda company Poppi, and professional soccer player Alex Morgan. Jams cost $5.87 for a four-pack while Uncrustables are $4.34 for a 4-pack. The partnership with athletes is smart because athletes are always looking for convenient, high-protein snacks, and Jams are another option. A couple of NFL stars, C.J. Stroud and Micah Parsons, are also in on the launch. The brand's first Instagram post features Stroud and Parsons as astronauts, though their spaceship is an Airstream camper. Fans of both the athletes and the snack were already raving. "@vikforvendetta wrote, "As I was searching for the ingredients I saw that you guys use clean ingredients! Which makes me 10 times more likely to try now! Thank you!!" And @Jammy wrote "someone please tell houston we already ate the boxes they packed - jammy needs more berry." Mom, 2 kids rescued by jet skiers on Lake Erie
LAKESIDE, Ohio (WJW) – A mother and her two children are safe after their sailboat capsized on Lake Erie on Saturday, thanks to two men on jet skis who happened to be in the right place at the right time. The family was sailing when sudden weather changes caused their small sailboat to overturn, sending all three into the water. Jerry Jacobiak of Toledo and his son-in-law, Jackson Michalak, were riding jet skis near Marblehead with Michalak's son, Tucker, when they spotted the overturned boat. 'Out in the lake, probably a half-mile, we saw a sailboat that was turned over,' Jacobiak said. 8 'Superman' filming locations you can walk to in downtown Cleveland The group had been enjoying the day, stopping at Cedar Point Beach and Kelley's Island for lunch. But around 1 p.m., lake conditions quickly worsened. 'There were probably three- or four-foot waves out there,' Michalak said. As they headed toward the dock at Lakeside Chautauqua, a private waterfront community where people swim and rent sailboats or paddleboards, they noticed the capsized sailboat. 'I yelled over to Jerry, I said, 'Hey man, there's a baby in the water,'' Michalak said. Jacobiak saw an orange life jacket and then realized it was a young woman floating on her back with two children. 'She looked up at me, I looked down at her and I could see the panic in her face,' Jacobiak said. 'The baby was screaming because the waves were kind of washing over the baby's face. Every wave was rolling over the baby, and she was yelling for someone to throw her a rope.' Jacobiak acted quickly. After several attempts, he was able to grab the mother's hand by the fingertips and pull her toward the jet ski. 'I reached down and grabbed the small baby by the center of its life jacket and pulled it up and put it between my legs,' he said. 'Then I reached for the second child and held that child up by the neck of the life jacket. While I was securing them, the mother jumped on the back of the jet ski.' Walmart selling Cleveland-natives' new take on PB&J Despite the dramatic rescue, both Jacobiak and Michalak said they don't consider themselves heroes. 'We think the mom is the hero because she kept her and her two kids afloat until help arrived,' Michalak said. 'I believe in things like that — that we're put in places where we're needed, even if it means getting put in harm's way to possibly protect or rescue others,' Jacobiak added. Lakeside Chautauqua President and CEO Charles Allen released a statement following the incident. 'Lakeside Chautauqua is committed to maintaining a safe environment at our waterfront,' Allen said. 'Our trained staff and brig boat are equipped to assist with kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and Sunfish sailboats on Lake Erie. When the incident occurred on Saturday, our team was headed to the capsized boat from the shoreline in the brig craft. We are thankful that a passing jet skier was close to the capsized boat and able to assist.' Allen added that Lakeside staff ensure all individuals have sailing experience and keep close watch over the waterfront. 'The Lakeside brig is a key part of our rescue and response efforts,' he said. Jacobiak and Michalak said they're just happy everyone is OK. They also hope their actions set a positive example for young Tucker and encourage others to act when someone's in need.
