2025 is about to see a bunch of highly anticipated K-pop debuts. One of the groups that fans have been waiting for is P NATION's girl group, nicknamed P Girls (피걸즈). As the first girl group under South Korean hitmaker PSY's (싸이) wing, it's no surprise the group is already making waves amongst K-pop fans. While there's no exact debut date yet, recent updates indicate that P Girls will be debuting very soon. While we wait for news on their long-awaited debut, here are some things to know about the group: I-dle Member Soyeon Is In Charge Of Creative Direction And Song Production If i-dle (아이들) leader Soyeon (소연) is taking part in the production, there's no doubt that P Girls' debut will be epic! In a recent 'Knowing Bros' episode, the songwriter confirmed she will be P Girls' main producer and has produced their debut song. As the group's producer, Soyeon is also in charge of their creative direction. PSY Has Already Hinted At The Debuting Members In April 2025, PSY had netizens excited when he dropped a video of P Girls on his Instagram. The video, titled 'The Future Of 'P Girls'', showed four female trainees dancing to a powerful choreography to Beyonce's 'PURE/HONEY'. In the comments, some said the group gave off similar vibes to BLACKPINK in their pre-debut days. One Of The Members Has Appeared In A Kids' Singing Competition Following the release of the pre-debut dance clip, netizens quickly recognised one of the trainees as former 'WE KID' contestant Jo Yi-Hyun (조이현). 21 May - BTS' J-Hope recently became the first South Korean male solo artiste to grace the front cover of the Billboard magazine since PSY. On 20 May, Billboard posted the cover, which has the singer sitting by the window overlooking a city, and the words "J-Hope: From BTS to Solo Stadium Stardom" written as the cover lines. "With his groundbreaking solo tour and new singles, [J-Hope] is forging a deeper connection with fans, expanding his own path beyond BTS and looking toward even bigger milestones ahead," the caption read. A sneak peek into the interview had J-Hope speaking about his music, saying, "I believe my music should evolve as I grow. Before my enlistment, I leaned into my roots in dance, experimenting with a variety of sounds to express different facets of myself," he says. "This is just the start - I have plenty more musical experiments in store."⁠ It is noted that BTS themselves have made the cover twice, in the special 2018 edition as well as the August 2021 edition. J-Hope is currently on his solo tour "Hope on the Stage" that has begun back in February in Seoul. BTS leader, rapper, and singer RM recently showed support to Coldplay and attended one of their concerts held in South Korea for their international world tour. Their concert amassed a lot of fans, and amongst them were many Korean celebrities as well. RM visited the concert along with his family and also went backstage to greet the artist as well. RM attends Coldplay concert with family The 'Forever Rain' singer recently attended Coldplay's last concert in South Korea and took his family with him to watch the band live. RM's sister shared photos and videos from the event on her social media accounts, which caught the fans' hearts and attention. The idol attended the concert on the last day and showed support for the band, as well as fellow bandmate Jin's performance as well. Not only that, but renowned singer PSY also joined hands with Chris Martin and Coldplay to put out a special performance as well. Fans share videos of RM online. Many BTS ARMY that attended the concert also spotted RM swaying and jumping to the music in the concert venue. Quickly catching the heart-melting moments on camera, fans took to social media platforms to share the clips and show their reactions as well. RM joins Chris Martin and PSY backstage Even though the idol is currently serving in the military, he still made some time to join the concert and even go backstage to meet up with Chris Martin and PSY. The trio also posed for a quick photo which was shared online and garnered a lot of reactions from fans. Many shared that they're happy that the idol looks well and that they cannot wait for him to come back. Currently, RM is serving the end term of his mandatory military enlistment. He, along with 4 other members of BTS, will all be released from duty by the end of June, making this appearance of the idol even more special.
