A decorated U.S. Army Green Beret and investor, Archuleta brings mission-driven leadership, deep strategic insight and a proven track record of scaling operations. Archuleta joins Parallel Works from Connecticut Innovations, where he served as a senior investment associate, managing venture capital investments across AI, cybersecurity, fintech, and defense tech. He held board observer seats at several early and growth-stage startups. "Matthew's unique blend of combat-tested leadership, business acumen, and innovation-focused investing makes him the ideal choice to lead our operations through our next phase of growth," said Matthew Shaxted, founder and CEO of Parallel Works.
