Jungkook returns after military discharge, thanks fans and promises live broadcast
BTS member Jungkook officially completed his mandatory military service on June 11, 2025, and greeted fans for the first time since his enlistment. Alongside fellow BTS member Jimin, Jungkook was discharged from the South Korean army after serving 18 months as an active duty soldier in the 5th Infantry Division's artillery brigade.
