The British brand, celebrated for its colourful espadrilles and sleek riding boots, has become a staple among the royals. Fans include the Princess of Wales, the Duchess of Edinburgh, and Princess Eugenie - not to mention Peter Phillips ' partner, Harriet Sperling, who has worn the brand to recent events like Royal Ascot and the Royal Charity Polo Cup. It was back in 2004 that Kate first catapulted Penelope Chilvers into the spotlight. Then Prince William 's university girlfriend, she famously stepped out in the now-iconic Long Tassel Boots, a style she continues to favour for country outings and engagements. I had the pleasure of interviewing Penelope herself, and her humble, down-to-earth nature really stood out. She spoke warmly about her gratitude for royal support and the loyal following her brand has built over the years. Prince Harry's 'brutal' question to Eugenie at event without Meghan

Prince Harry has laid bare his desperation to mend his shattered relationship with King Charles and the wider Royal Family, though a private confession to a Royal confidant could potentially return to trouble him. A clandestine peace meeting last week between top officials representing Charles and his alienated son sent ripples through Royal circles as the duo appeared to inch towards reconciliation. The discussions occurred just months after an explosive BBC interview in which the Duke revealed that his father "won't speak to him". READ MORE: Sam Allardyce reacts to orange chips mural and has message for 'whoever did it' Reflecting on the prolonged rift with his relatives, Harry declared: "There is no point in continuing to fight anymore, life is precious." In what undoubtedly stunned Buckingham Palace, the Duke remarked: "I don't know how much longer my father has," alluding to Charles's cancer battle." The prince acknowledged that "some members of my family will never forgive me" for penning his tell-all autobiography Spare, before continuing: "It would be nice to have that reconciliation part now. If they don't want that, that's entirely up to them." Whilst Harry claims he is "ready to forgive," his fury appeared evident during his father's Coronation, according to a lip-reading expert who has revealed a distressing conversation between Harry and his cousin and long-standing Royal supporter, Princess Eugenie. A new Channel 5 programme, Lip-Reading The Royals: The Secret Conversations, set to air tonight, has revealed a host of Royal exchanges at key events, with Prince Harry among those featured. Harry appeared isolated on the steps of Westminster Abbey during his father's Coronation ceremony in 2023, having returned to British soil without Meghan and their children. As the Royal family congregated at the close of the event, it was evident that tensions were still running high. The Duke then approached Eugenie, one of the few royals he's maintained a close relationship with, and reportedly vented: "I've spent five hours with my dad in his office and not a friendly text from either", as interpreted by a lip reader. It remains uncertain who failed to message Harry – whether it was Charles and Camilla, or William and Kate – but it appears the Duke has been out of touch with his brother for years. According to the lip reader, Harry is seen asking "Why hasn't anybody contacted me?" to which Eugenie offers a sympathetic yet reserved smile. This revelation comes alongside another conversation disclosed in the new television series, this time between Harry and Meghan. This particular exchange took place at a Service of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey in 2018, a mere six months following their lavish wedding at Windsor Castle. The Sussexes were present at the Abbey alongside the entire Royal family, including the late Queen Elizabeth II, to pay tribute to fallen servicemen and women and commemorate the Centenary of the Armistice. The documentary delves into a moment where Harry and Meghan, seated and awaiting the start of a ceremony, engaged in a deep conversation, with Meghan posing a significant question to Harry. Lip reading specialist Nicola Hickling analysed their exchange for the show, claiming that Meghan urged Harry to "take advantage of the situation", as she glanced around at the assembly of royals encircling them. According to Hickling, Harry's reaction to Meghan's suggestion was one of surprise, as he queried: "Today?", to which Meghan pressed: "Do it tonight." Following this, Harry is said to have asked Meghan a poignant question: "You do realise that this is the end?" with Meghan acknowledging: "Yeah, I do know". Royal historian Dr Tessa Dunlop then posits that these intimate remarks exchanged by the Sussexes might indicate that they had been contemplating their sensational departure from Royal duties long before they publicly announced their decision.

Sarah Ferguson shares heartfelt message of support - following devastating Texas floods that have claimed at least 91 lives

The Duchess of York has shared a message of support with Texans experiencing devastating flooding - which has already claimed the lives of at least 91 people. Taking to Instagram, Sarah Ferguson said the situation in the US is 'heartbreaking beyond words'. 'My heart breaks as we see that harrowing images and witness the toll on these local communities,' she added. 'To the brave search teams and volunteers - you are heroes. Please, if you're able, support the relief efforts and local community funds by clicking on the next slide and reading the attached post. 'Together, we must lift them up in this darkest hour.' The mother of Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie then shared a post collating resources through which people can show their support. Sorrow still plagues the Guadalupe River region, three days after the watercourse burst its banks and flooded the small nearby towns of Ingram, Kerrville, Center Point, and Hunt early on Independence Day in the US. Authorities fear the death toll may reach upwards of 100 people, while 41 people are still missing including 10 young girls from a Christian summer camp. Most of the victims were swept away in the early hours of Friday morning after the river rose 23ft in a matter of minutes. Alerts that should have woken them to the impending danger never arrived, with many in areas with no signal or with alarms that didn't sound. Relatives of the missing have started arriving in the Kerrville area from across the Lone Star State to provide investigators with DNA samples. More is emerging about the victims, including those lost at Camp Mystic. The all-girl's Christian camp hosted 700 campers, including Lila Bonner and Eloise Peck of Dallas. Their parents were told the devastating news that their girls, described as 'best friends,' had died in the flood waters. Some of those who are missing or died at Camp Mystic are connected to wealthy families in Highland Park. Known as the Beverly Hills of Dallas, Highland Park and neighboring Park Cities are home to many of missing girls who belong to prominent families. The mother of Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie then shared a post collating resources through which people can show their support Some have ties to Highland Park United Methodist Church - whose most famous member is former President George W. Bush. 'This crisis affects many our HPUMC family and our local Park Cities community, including generations of women and families touched by Camp Mystic,' wrote Highland Park United Methodist Church head pastor Paul Rasmussen. 'One of the girls unaccounted for, Hadley Hanna, is a part of our church family. Please pray for her safety and for her parents, Doug and Carrie, along with her two sisters.' More than 300 people attended a prayer vigil at the church Saturday in support of the flood victims. A hotline has been established for anyone who is looking for loved ones. Relatives are asked to call 830-258-1111 with information of the missing, including their last known location. Elsewhere, homes are ripped up, including in River's Edge – a small leafy row of trailer homes just a few feet from the Guadalupe in Ingram. It was there that dad-of-two Julian Ryan, 27, died a hero after punching through a window so his family could escape – at the cost of almost severing his arm. Speaking to CBS affiliate KHOU in the aftermath, his devastated widow Christine Wilson said: 'It severed his artery in his arm and almost cut it clean off.' Heartbreakingly, despite repeated 911 calls, Ryan could not be saved – telling his family, 'I'm sorry, I'm not going to make it. I love y'all.' Daily Mail photos of the trailer home show the catastrophic damage it suffered, with flood marks almost reaching the ceiling while the family's furniture was tossed around like toys. Mud is splattered up the inside walls while one side of the property was cracked and bent, with bits of the corrugated iron exterior ripped off. Other trailers in the neighborhood had been shifted off their foundations – with some landing three streets away. 'It's just total devastation,' said neighbor Ray Lackey. Like Ryan's, his trailer home was wrecked in the flood and is now filled with mud that has destroyed most of his possessions – including irreplaceable photographs of his late father and sister. 'There are families that lost their lives, people who were killed that I know. It's hard. I lost everything and everybody here – and I mean everybody here – lost everything.' Lackey, a carpenter, was out of town when the flood hit but, with no insurance, he now faces an uphill battle to get his life back on track. 'Hopefully somebody will help us out somehow. I wish I would have had insurance, really, right?' he said. 'I never would have thought anything like this would have happened. The river has never come up. That's why I don't, and I've lived here for a good amount of time.' On nearby streets, houses still stood but were packed with smelly river mud while another property – which had been named Paradise by its distraught owner – was playing host to a phalanx of police vehicles. Meanwhile, the usually serene TX-39 highway that cuts through town had been turned into a snarl of cop cars and big rigs hauling specialist gear, such as air boats and cherry pickers equipped with tracks. 'Before this, this was just a beautiful, peaceful, lovely place,' said Lackey. 'It was very quiet. Nobody messed with nobody. 'Everybody helped out around here. And now everybody is kind of coming together. It helps having people like them around and now they're coming out to help.'

Gold button also featured prominently running down the front placket of the frock. As for the rest of her attire, Princess Eugenie wore a pair of neutral stain mules courtesy of Staud. She accessorized with earrings by Sophie Lis, a London jeweler, and added a pop of color with her small Chanel bag in red. Self-Portrait, founded by Han Chong in 2013, is a popular label among prominent members of the British royal family. Kate Middleton recently wore a Self-Portrait design on two recent occasions. The Princess of Wales styled the tailored bouclé and chiffon midi dress in cream courtesy of Self-Portrait for both the concert celebrating the 80th Anniversary of VE Day on May 8 and for the Garter Service in Windsor on June 16. Princess Eugenie and Middleton are not the only British royal family members who favor Self-Portrait's designs. Eugenie's sister, Princess Beatrice, has also worn the London-based label in the past. During her first pregnancy, Princess Beatrice wore a black-and-white polka-dot dress courtesy of the label when she attended Wimbledon in July 2021 alongside her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Self-Portrait's pre-fall campaign, which debuted in May with star Jisoo, took inspiration from retro glam, highlighting vintage-inspired pieces with a contemporary sensibility. I helped Princess Eugenie with her summer glow up – the salty water trick which ensured she looked so good at Ascot

PRINCESS Eugenie was the picture of elegance at Royal Ascot, despite the sweltering heat. The woman behind her glowing and radiant appearance is society nutritionist Gabriela Peacock, who also counts Princess Beatrice, Jodie Kidd and Billie Piper, among her A-list clients. 9 9 9 9 9 Fans were quick to comment on the royal's impeccable Ascot looks, with one saying: " Princess Eugenie looks so lovely", and another added: "Absolutely beautiful." With summer upon us, many people want to look and feel their best for the beach, weddings or holidays. Gabriela has revealed there are some easy steps everyone from royalty to the public can take to achieve this. Gabriela, 45, who is godmother to Beatrice's three-year-old daughter Sienna, told Fabulous: 'As a nutritionist working with everyone from royalty to red carpet regulars, my philosophy is all about realistic wellness. 'That means supporting your skin, energy, and mood through smart nutrition, simple lifestyle tweaks, and a little science-backed supplementation. 'No crash diets, no overtraining — just small changes that create long-term glow. 'Here's how I help my clients achieve their ultimate summer glow-up — and how you can too…' 1. NUTRITION Gabriela shared an example summer menu which will help you feel your best… Breakfast Glow Bowl: Try Greek yoghurt or kefir with mixed berries (especially blueberries + strawberries), a tablespoon of chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and a drizzle of manuka honey. Gabriela explained: 'Why? Antioxidants for skin protection, probiotics for gut health, and omega-3s for a dewy, hydrated glow. Princess Beatrice is pregnant with her second child and shares sweet picture with husband Edoardo 'Hydrating foods such as watermelon, cucumbers and coconut water is the way to really help support the skin health to keep it plump and moisturised.' Lunch Salmon & Avocado Salad: Grilled salmon on a bed of spinach, rocket, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and a lemon-olive oil dressing. The nutritionist explained: 'This is rich in collagen-boosting protein, healthy fats, and vitamin C for skin elasticity and radiance.' Dinner Grilled Chicken with Quinoa & Roasted Veg: Courgette, peppers, and carrots with garlic and turmeric. She added: 'This has lean protein for hair and nail health, fibre for detoxification, and turmeric to reduce inflammation.' 9 9 2. FOOD TO AVOID It can be hard to turn down sweet treats in hot weather, but Gabriela said if possible you should avoid excess sugar during the summer. She explained: 'It can contribute to dull skin and breakouts particularly when the weather is hotter like it is now.' Too much caffeine was also a no go as this can 'really dehydrate the skin and as a result reduce that glowy dewy skin.' And finally highly processed foods should be ditched as they are often 'low in nutrients and high in inflammatory oils.' 3. UNPLUG FROM STRESS Feeling good and looking good go hand in hand and Gabriela said she advises her royal clients to make it a priority to unplug from screens where possible. She explained: 'Get outside every day, even if it's just for 10 minutes, and stick to a regular sleep routine. 'These simple habits help regulate your nervous system, which in turn supports everything from hormone balance to skin clarity. 'Stress can easily show up on your face, whether through dullness, breakouts or sensitivity, so I always encourage my clients to create space in their day for proper rest and mental recovery. 'Whether it's reading, meditating, or just having a quiet cup of tea, finding moments of peace amidst the chaos is essential for glowing-up.' 9 4. ADD SALT TO WATER Most people underestimate how quickly dehydration can affect their energy, skin and focus - but it can be easy to fix. Gabriela shared: 'My trick is to add a pinch of sea salt or electrolytes to my water for better absorption. 'Electrolyte sachets are super convenient to travel with too. I also switch out one coffee for herbal tea or fruit-infused water. Small changes, big difference.' 5. PICK FUN FITNESS You don't need to spend hours in the gym to feel fit and strong, according to the royal nutritionist. She shared: 'I always recommend my clients to opt for a physical activity that they enjoy, so that it doesn't feel like a chore or punishment. 'Whether that's Pilates, yoga, strength training or a brisk walk - keep it short and effective. 'The goal is consistency, not exhaustion. 'It's also so hot in London at the moment so anything quick, easy and light you can do is enough! 'I try to walk after meals, take the stairs when I can, stretch while watching TV, or even use small hand weights when sat in long car journeys.' 6. TAKE SUPPLEMENTS Gabriela advised boosting your health with supplements like RadiantMe - which is a daily sachet formulated to support healthy skin, energy and vitality. She shared: 'It supports healthy skin, hair, and nails, and is such a simple way to get those essential skin-loving vitamins and minerals in one quick daily drink. 'It's my secret weapon for staying consistent when life is full on - plus it tastes amazing too!'
