Three arrested for allegedly supporting proscribed terrorist organisation
Three men have been arrested in connection with terror offences for allegedly showing support for a proscribed terrorist organisation. On Monday at around 1.30pm, a 58-year-old man was arrested outside the Scottish Parliament for waving a sign that expressed support for such an organisation. On Saturday, two men, aged 78 and 60, were arrested during a protest, where the two allegedly showed support for a proscribed organisation. The three were arrested in connection with the Terrorism Act 2000. Police Scotland says a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

Inverness farmer, 83, died after being trampled by cow
A farmer died after being crushed and trampled by a cow at his Inverness farm, a sheriff has Johnstone, 83, was feeding a calf milk when he was attacked on 3 June last cow pinned him against a wall before he fell to the ground and was trampled. He later died in a fatal accident inquiry (FAI), sheriff Eilidh Macdonald said there were no precautions Mr Johnstone could have taken to avoid the accident. In her determination, the sheriff said Mr Johnstone suffered organ failure and crush said: "I am conscious that this determination is being issued just after the anniversary of Mr Johnstone's death which I am sure is a painful time for the family."This was a tragic accident for which I extend my condolences to Mr Johnstone's family for their loss."The Crown and Procurator Fiscal Service said an inquiry was held because the accident happened during the course of the farmer's for the FAI were held at Inverness Sheriff Court.

Man dies after being found injured on Inverclyde street
A man has died after he was found injured on a street in were called to Steel Street in Gourock at about 03:45.A force spokesperson said: "Emergency services attended and the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The death is being treated as unexplained."Officers are investigating the death and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.

Owners reported after two dogs die locked in hot car
Police have reported a man and a woman to prosecutors over the death of two dogs that were left locked in a hot Maltese and Alsatian Lurcher Cross were spotted in distress by members of the public on Thursday afternoon, in a car parked in Linwood, gained access to the vehicle and took the dogs to a vet, but both were found to be dead on Scotland said the owners, a 53-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman, are the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with the incident.
