DXC and ServiceNow partner on AI-driven insurance solutions
DXC Technology has joined forces with ServiceNow to provide new offerings aimed at accelerating digital transformation in the insurance industry. The partnership aims to modernise insurance operations by leveraging AI and automated workflows. As part of the partnership, DXC will launch DXC Assure BPM (Business Process Management) powered by ServiceNow. The solution integrates DXC's expertise with ServiceNow's AI capabilities and workflows to improve operational efficiency within the insurance sector. Available for deployment immediately, DXC Assure BPM combines DXC's scale and domain knowledge with ServiceNow's unified platform and data model to streamline processes, reduce manual workload and enhance overall business performance. The solution supports end-to-end insurance operations including policy administration, billing and payments, underwriting and claims management. DXC Assure BPM is said to have the potential to lower operational costs by up to 40% through lowering reliance on manual processing. It also has several key features such as preconfigured workflows built on DXC's insurance industry experience and ServiceNow's AI and workflow technology; seamless integration with the DXC Assure Platform; and an AI-powered self-service portal for policyholders. The solution can also automate policy administration through AI-driven tools that reduce manual back-office tasks.
