Police probe continues into man's Rednal crash death
The family of a man whose death is being probed by police have said he was "loved by everyone". Lee Baker was struck by a car on Ormscliffe Road in Rednal, Birmingham, just before 17:10 BST on Monday. The 28-year-old suffered serious injuries and died later in hospital.A statement released by his family said: "Lee was a loving son, father, brother and nephew. He was everything to us and will be sadly missed." Two men, both aged 28, were arrested and taken into custody on suspicion of murder. A West Midlands Police spokesperson said the force had been given additional time to question them.A third man, aged 29, has also been arrested and taken into custody on suspicion of murder. Three murder arrests after man hit by car in Rednal
Three men are being questioned on suspicion of murder following the death of a man who was struck by a car in injured man, in his twenties, was hurt on Ormscliffe Road, Rednal, shortly before 17:10 BST on Monday, and died in hospital.A 28-year-old was arrested shortly after the car hit the man and a house on the street, West Midlands Police inquiries, another two men, also aged 28, were arrested, with all three in custody. West Midland Police said officers were supporting the dead man's with information and footage that could help the investigation was urged to contact the force, as officers continued to work at the scene.
