Zac Efron shows off his latest look on the set of his new movie as fans say he's sharper than ever
Zac Efron's fans have praised his latest look as he posed on the set of his new movie Judgement Day this week. The actor, 37, is currently filming alongside Will Ferrell, Regina Hall, Jimmy Tatro, and Priyanka Chopra. The film follows a reality television judge who is taken hostage on air by a disgruntled man who blames him for his life spiraling into incarceration. Zac posed backstage with a e member of the crew as he wore a white vest top spattered with fake blood and flashed his guns and fake tattoos. He also showed off a more mature hairstyle, with visible salt and pepper color on the temples. Fans were quick to point out that his jaw looked more chiseled and that he looked 'happier and healthier' as the pic circulated on social media. Taking to Reddit, one said: 'He looks so much better here than he did around the time Iron Claw was out, whenever he had to get his jaw surgically repaired or something. Love to see it.' Another added: 'This might be the best he's ever looked? Wow.' 'Good to see him looking better, I don't even care what he did to make it that way,' wrote a third. A fourth added: 'Looking good per usual.' Zac's appearance has changed a lot in recent years and he has often been the target of cosmetic surgery rumors. But in 2022 he told Men's Health Magazine his face had been transformed by an accident he suffered in his home. He said he slipped on a pair of socks while running, and he smashed his chin into a granite fountain. Zac said after the injury the masseter muscles on the side of his face and jaw then 'compensated' for his injury by growing in size, and he denied ever having surgery. He added: 'The masseters just grew. They just got really, really big.' Zac said he was unaware of the plastic surgery rumors until his mother called to ask if he had gone under the knife. 'If I valued what other people thought of me to the extent that they may think I do,' he told the magazine, 'I definitely wouldn't be able to do this work.' In December last year he again sported a different look when he was seen on the set of his upcoming thriller Famous. At the time, he appeared to have a wider jaw and more angular facial features.

The film follows a reality television judge who is taken hostage on air by a disgruntled man who blames him for his life spiraling into incarceration. In a photo taken from the set, Zac posed alongside a member of the crew backstage. Dressed in a blood-spattered white vest top, he flashed his huge biceps and fake tattoos. Zac also appeared to debut a more mature hairstyle, with visible salt and pepper color coming through on the sides. And viewers were quick to point out that his jaw looked more chiseled and that he looks 'happier and healthier.' It didn't take long for the photo to circulate on social media, where fans obsessed over his good looks. A fourth added: 'Looking good per usual.' Zac's appearance has changed a lot in recent years and he has previously been hit by cosmetic surgery rumors. However, he has insisted the masseter muscles on the inside of his face and jaw 'compensated' for his injury, leading to his changed shape and has denied going under the knife. In December, Zac was seen sporting a very different look when he was seen on the set of his upcoming thriller Famous. At the time, he appeared to have a wider jaw and more angular facial features. He maintained he had a nasty accident at home that caused the transformation in his face However, in 2023, Zac looked unrecognizable as he promoted his film, The Iron Claw. At the time, many questioned what the child star had done to his face, however, they were reminded of his previous shattered jaw. In 2022, Zac featured on the cover of Men's Health Magazine, and explained what happened to his face. In the interview, he revealed that he had a nasty accident at home that caused the massive transformation in his face. The star recalled how he slipped on a pair of socks while running at his home - causing him to smash his chin into a granite fountain. Zac said that when he was injured, the masseter muscles on the inside of his face and jaw then 'compensated' for his injury causing them to grow in size - hence his remarkable transformation. He added: 'The masseters just grew. They just got really, really big.' The High School Musical star also claimed to not know that he was a huge talking point on social media and had in fact gone viral for his different-looking jaw, until his mother called to ask if he had gone under the knife. 'If I valued what other people thought of me to the extent that they may think I do,' he told the magazine, 'I definitely wouldn't be able to do this work.'

'Girls Trip 2' may relocate from Ghana to another African country
LOS ANGELES, March 11 (UPI) -- The next Girls Trip may be moving, according to star Regina Hall. Screenwriter Tracy Oliver previously said she was writing Girls Trip 2 to send her quartet of women to Ghana, but Hall said recent revisions may relocate the sequel. During a Zoom interview with UPI for her new movie O'Dessa, which will post next week, Hall gave a Girls Trip 2 update with more detail than she told Jennifer Hudson on her talk show last week. "I heard that it may not be in Ghana actually," Hall said. "They've since moved. I know Tracy and Kenya [Barris] are writing it." Oliver told UPI Afrochella inspired her to set the sequel in Ghana. Hall said the writers are still developing a girls trip to Africa, depending on which country is feasible for filming. "But I do know it is in Africa which is a continent so that doesn't narrow it down a lot," Hall said. "I do know that it's somewhere in Africa. It probably has a lot to do with where they'll set the infrastructure up which makes me think South Africa. That's my feeling." 2017's Girls Trip starred Hall, Tiffany Haddish, Jada Pinkett and Queen Latifah as four friends traveling to New Orleans. Their raunchy comic adventure challenges, but ultimately heals, their friendships. The original film opened at No. 2 behind Dunkirk with $30.4 million on its way to grossing over $115 million in the United States and Canada.
