Thames Valley Police (TVP) officers wanted to speak to him in connection with an incident of rape and assault in June.
Since then, the force has been growing concerned for his welfare and has now released a new image.
Alongside Friday's fresh appeal, TVP has wanted the public not to approach Mr Farndon if spotted.
Detective Inspector Richard Allmond said: 'We are releasing this new image of Robert and are still urgently appealing for the public's help in locating him.
