Penny Lancaster put on a chic display as she enjoyed a girls' day out in central London on Saturday. The TV personality, 54, looked incredible in a plunging black and white polka dot midi dress, and boosted her height in matching heels. Penny added a denim vest over the top and a black crossbody bag, while accessorising with gold jewellery and her glasses. Rod said he was 'absolutely flabbergasted' because he had no idea that his children were going to be attending the ceremony, much less giving him a warm introduction. 'I thought you had recorded it earlier!' he said of their introduction.

"I'm doing seven concerts in Vegas and then I am everywhere around the world. "I'm playing Athens, Germany, three nights in Buenos Aires, two nights in Rio, it goes on and on and on. "It keeps me fit. You have got to be fit to do it. "I would probably die if I didn't do it. I have seen so many guys that have to give up their career and retire and they have got nothing to wake up in the morning for. "I don't know what they do with themselves. They must get up and go 'What do I do today? Down the betting shop? Have a drink?' I don't know." Woody (Wood) I do a lot, just recently, because we're going to do Glastonbury together. "Elton, sometimes, you know, birthdays, but nowhere near how we used to, I think probably because he doesn't drink anymore, and Woody doesn't drink, and I still do. They stay away from me. Bad influence." He also told the podcast: "I've done it (Glastonbury) before. I did it in 2002 but this is on the legend stage. "I was only supposed to play for an hour and a quarter, but I've asked them 'Please, another 15 minutes' because I play for over two hours every night and it's nothing, but yeah, looking forward to it."
