Shimla: Roads were still blocked, and power and water supplies remained disrupted in many parts of Himachal Pradesh on Wednesday. According to the daily status report of the State Emergency Operations Centre (SEOC), a total of 344 roads remained blocked in the state on Wednesday, with the highest number, 232, in the disaster-hit Mandi district. A maximum of 113 roads are still to be reopened in the Seraj region of Mandi district, where flash floods caused the maximum damage earlier this month on July 1. Overall, 169 transformers were not working, and 230 water supply schemes remained affected throughout the state on Wednesday.
