Salt Lake's Tower of Terror film fest returns this fall
The Salt Lake Film Society's annual Tower of Terror at Broadway Centre Cinemas returns next month with 14 classic films and modern hits, featuring serial killers, demonic forces and monsters. State of play: Tickets go on sale to the public Aug. 19, but Red Carpet Club members can buy their tickets now. Scary movies will screen every weekend starting Sept. 12 through Halloween. For "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," member sales open on Sept. 9 and to everyone else on Sept. 16. Experience David Lynch's iconic films on the big screen
The Salt Lake Film Society will pay tribute in April to the work of the late-filmmaker David Lynch. Context: The visionary director, known for his dark and illusive films, died in January. He was 78. How to watch: Broadway Centre Cinemas will screen his popular movies throughout April, with two showings planned for each film. Tickets are available online.
