'The Sandman': Netflix announces Season 2 titles, bonus episode

The fantasy drama based on the Neil Gaiman comic book series will end with a two-volume season in July. The first six episodes of Season 2 will premiere July 3, followed by five more July 24. Netflix announced Tuesday that the series will conclude with a final bonus episode July 31. Episodes include "Season of Mists," "The Ruler of Hell," "More Devils Than Vast Hell Can Hold," "Brief Lives," "The Song of Orpheus," "Family Blood," "Time and Night," "Fuel for the Fire," "The Kindly Ones," "Long Live the King," "A Tale of Graceful Ends" and "Death: The High Cost of Living." Season 2 takes its inspiration from Gaiman's Season of Mists, Brief Lives, The Kindly Ones, The Sandman: Overture, and the stories "Tales in the Sand," "A Midsummer Night's Dream," "The Song of Orpheus," Thermidor" and "The Tempest." 12 final chapters of THE SANDMAN await. The hotel only opened its doors in Glasgow city centre in 2023 but has been praised by members of the public and expert judges alike. A luxury hotel in the heart of Glasgow is celebrating a major industry accolade after being crowned Scotland's Best City Hotel at the 2025 Prestige Scottish Hotel Awards. Sandman Signature Glasgow Hotel, which opened its doors in summer 2023 on West George Street, took home the top honour at the eighth annual event, which recognises excellence across Scotland's hospitality sector. Despite only being a part of Scotland's biggest city for two years, the 179-room spot has been praised by punters and industry experts alike. The public-voted awards, backed by a panel of judges, highlighted outstanding service and guest experience from across the country. In addition to its win as Best City Hotel, the four-star Sandman was also Highly Commended in the Best Pet Friendly Hotel category, a nod to its warm welcome for guests travelling with their furry companions. The hotel shared the news with its followers on social media, writing: 'We're overjoyed to announce that Sandman Signature Glasgow Hotel has been named Scotland's Best City Hotel at the 8th Annual Scottish Hotel Awards 2025! Part of the Canadian-owned Sandman Hotel Group, the Glasgow property is the brand's fourth in the UK, alongside Aberdeen, Newcastle, and London Gatwick. The Glasgow site has quickly made its mark. Set within the iconic Pegasus House, the hotel underwent a four-year transformation before opening. Today, it features 179 stylish rooms spread across ten floors, with modern touches and premium facilities designed for both business and leisure travellers. Guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, a well-equipped fitness centre, and two event spaces. The stylish four-star venue, which opened in Summer 2023, is located on West George Street in the city centre.
