'Biohacker' reveals how life past 150 years will soon be 'inevitable' with data-driven health changes

Living 150 years could not just be possible – it could soon be inevitable, according to human biologist and biohacker Gary Brecka. "If you're alive in five years, I believe it will be your choice whether or not you want to live to 120 to 150 years old," Brecka told Sean Hannity in a new installment of Fox Nation's "Sean" podcast. "I truly believe that." Brecka – a longevity expert who helps optimize human performance – joined Hannity for a no-holds-barred, hour-long discussion on what it takes to push past human limitations. Modern bioscience, artificial intelligence and early detection are moving so quickly, he said, they're already paving the path toward massive life extension. "Big data doesn't lie," he said. "It has no agenda. Artificial intelligence can take voluminous amounts of data – 700 trillion independent variables – and create an actionable result." What's coming, he predicted, is a future where A.I. and big data "circumvent" the system and people will be able to literally control their own fate, choosing how long – or short – they would like to live. "It'll be your choice if you want to live 220, 250 [years]," he said ambitiously. Brecka has worked with elite athletes and celebrities, including UFC President Dana White, helping them extend their healthspan and reverse concerning health issues through custom, data-driven protocols. In White's case, Brecka says he multiplies his projected lifespan from just 10 years to nearly 40 by reversing metabolic syndrome – a cluster of conditions like hypertension, insulin resistance, high triglycerides, etc. that increase a person's risk for heart attack, stroke or Type 2 diabetes. The transformation included a complete lifestyle overhaul: a diet change, red light therapy, breathing exercises, tailored exercise and ice water immersion helped White get his life back on track. During the podcast, Brecka also revealed what he believes to be the most underrated key to longevity: connection. To hear more about Brecka's transformative plan and the secrets to living a long, healthy life, subscribe to Fox Nation and stream the latest episode of the "Sean" podcast today.

‘It's coming': Tom Homan ‘convinced' US will see major terror attack, blames lax Biden border policy

Donald Trump's Border Czar says he's 'convinced' that a '9/11 or worse' will soon strike the US as a result of former President Joe Biden's immigration and border policies. The bombshell from Trump's right-hand-man in immigration, Tom Homan, came during Fox News host Sean Hannity's most recent segment after Hannity openly pondered, 'What did we learn from 9/11?' and expressed concern about the possibility of a major terror attack. Hannity cited this week's antisemitic terror attack in Boulder, Colorado, where a man who was in the country illegally allegedly injured 12 people by using a makeshift flamethrower and molotov cocktails. The suspected firebomber, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, is a 45-year-old Egyptian national who entered the country on a tourist visa in 2022, sought asylum and later obtained a work permit from the Biden administration, according to the Trump administration. But the accused's work visa expired this past March, meaning he was no longer in the US legally. Hannity eventually asked, 'if we don't find these people soon, we're at risk of a 9/11 or worse?' referencing an opaque amount of undocumented migrants in the US. 'It's coming,' Homan said before pausing briefly. During the previous administration, around 2 million so-called 'gotaways' were not apprehended by border patrol agents, Homan argued. 'These 2 million known gotaways scares the hell out of me,' he said, claiming some of that disputed figure could be terrorists. 'I'm convinced something's coming unless we can find them.' Homan, who President Trump has assigned to oversee the implementation of his controversial mass deportation plan, theorised that millions of migrants were going to great lengths to avoid detection. 'Why did 2 million illegal aliens pay more to get away?' Homan told Hannity. 'They could have paid half of what they paid to cross the border, turn themselves into border patrol agents, get released that same day, get a free airline ticket to the city of their choice, get a free hotel room, get three meals a day, plus free medical care and work authorisation.' 'Two million people paid more to get away,' he argued. 'They didn't want to be vetted. They didn't want to be fingerprinted. Why?' 'This scares the hell out of me and I've been doing this for 40 years. It should have scared the hell out of every American what the Biden administration did.' Homan described the 'gotaways' as 'the biggest national security vulnerability this country's ever seen' and predicted US authorities may be searching for them 'for the next ten years.' Homan added, 'even through the legal process, the Biden administration was bringing people unvetted' and 'handing out work visas like they're candy.' Late last month, the US Supreme Court handed President Trump a major victory Friday in his immigration crackdown, giving his administration the green light to revoke the legal status of half a million migrants from four Caribbean and Latin American countries. The decision puts 532,000 people who came from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela to the United States under a two-year humanitarian 'parole' program launched by former president Joe Biden at risk of deportation. And it marked the second time the highest US court has sided with Trump in his aggressive push to deliver on his election pledge to deport millions of non-citizens through a series of policy moves that have prompted a flurry of lawsuits. The administration's struggles with determining exactly who is and is not wanted in the US were made apparent late last week when the president assured Chinese international students in the country that they would be fine amid his crackdown on foreign students. Trump's administration this week said it would specifically target permissions for Chinese students in its latest broadside against US higher education. But when asked what message he would send to Chinese college students in the country, Trump insisted: 'They're going to be OK. It's going to work out fine.' 'We just want to check out the individual students we have. And that's true with all colleges,' he told reporters. The softer tone followed a judge's decision on Thursday to extend a temporary block on Trump's bid to prevent Harvard from enrolling international students. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio previously vowed on Wednesday to 'aggressively' revoke visas to students from China. Rubio has already yanked thousands of visas, largely over students' involvement in activism critical of Israel's offensive in Gaza, but also over minor traffic violations and other infractions.

Comer May Drag Biden Before Committee on Cognitive Cover-Up

The GOP-led probe into the alleged 'cover-up' of Joe Biden's cognitive decline may soon ensnare the former president himself. Kentucky Rep. James Comer, chair of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, told Fox News host Sean Hannity that he would be 'open to' bringing the former president to testify before the committee. On Wednesday's edition of his eponymous show, Hannity, the host expressed doubts about whether it would be worthwhile to interview the president given his cognitive state. 'I would have to argue, probably not,' Hannity said. 'We're going to see who was giving the directive to sign these,' Comer said, referring to Biden's use of an autopen. Comer has alleged that Biden's use of an autopen is evidence of his cognitive decline. 'If everyone says it was Joe Biden, then I'm certainly open to bring him in,' he added. Comer first announced the committee would investigate what he called a 'cover-up' of the president's mental state earlier this month after a flurry of reports alleged Biden had shown signs of cognitive and physical decline both during and before the 2024 presidential campaign. Since beginning the probe, Comer has frequently taken issue with Biden's use of an autopen to sign pardons and other executive documents in the final months of his term. Autopens—machines that recreate signatures on a person's behalf—are not illegal and were used by former President Barack Obama before Biden took office. Comer told Hannity earlier this month that Biden's 'heavy use of the autopen' was evidence the president 'wasn't capable of making decisions.' Beyond Biden himself, Comer said he'd consider interviewing Biden's immediate family, including wife Jill and son Hunter Biden. The committee is currently focused on questioning members of the former president's staff, including the three former staffers and the former director of Biden's Domestic Policy Council. Comer told Hannity that Biden's former chief of staff, Ron Klain, is a 'very good bet' when it comes to who else the committee will tap for questioning. Comer launched the 2025 probe shortly after Axios published an audio clip in which the president appeared to struggle to recall dates and other information while answering questions in a 2023 special counsel interview about classified documents that he'd stored at his private home. However, Comer had expressed interest in investigating Biden's alleged 'cover-up' long before the Axios clip surfaced. In July 2024, just one week before Biden dropped out of the presidential election, Comer subpoenaed three of the president's staffers, whom he alleged had created a 'protective bubble' to conceal his cognitive state from the public. The staffers never testified, and Comer later said the White House had 'obstructed' and 'defied' his subpoenas. He has since requested transcribed statements from them as part of the new probe. After submitting the subpoenas in July, Comer wrote in a press release that 'President Biden is clearly unfit for office, yet his staff are trying to hide the truth from the American people.' The committee has also requested a transcribed statement from Biden's physician, Dr. Kevin O'Connor. Comer told Hannity he believed O'Connor was 'definitely not telling the truth about Joe Biden's health.' Because a fellow Republican, Texas Representative Ronny Jackson, previously served as White House physician under presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump, Comer says Jackson will advise the committee on questions to ask of O'Connor.

Report: MSNBC's ratings drop after new primetime lineup debuts

Viewers are fleeing MSNBC just weeks after the liberal network debuted a new primetime lineup in a bid to salvage tumbling viewership. So far this month, MSNBC dropped 41 percent in the primetime demographic and 34 percent in the total day demo compared to May 2024, MediaIte reported. It's a stinging blow for Jen Psaki who on May 5 took over for Rachel Maddow during the 9pm timeslot from Tuesday to Friday. Maddow, who's been the top host on the network for years, previously said she had faith that Joe Biden 's former press secretary would do even better than her in the role. Maddow temporarily returned as the five-night-a-week primetime host to cover President Donald Trump 's first 100 days in office, but has since retreated to anchoring only on Mondays. The latest ratings for 'The Briefing with Jen Psaki' came on May 22, when it failed to crack the coveted 1 million viewer mark . Sean Hannity's show on Fox News, which also airs at 9pm, had 2.3 million total viewers that night. The show is the official replacement for Joy Reid's former program, The ReidOut, which was canceled in February following her inflammatory social media posts and poor ratings. The Weeknight, which airs at 7pm, had just 707,000 viewers on May 22, but only 56,000 of them were in the key demographic. The show has an average of 770,000 viewers, which is 36 percent lower than the 1.2 million that watched MSNBC at 7pm this time last year. Psaki has also presided over a long term loss in eyeballs. Her show has averaged 973,000 total viewers since it premiered, a 46 percent drop from the average of 1.82 million who were watching her timeslot when Maddow was hosting during the first 100 days of the Trump administration. Psaki's numbers are also down 20 percent from the average of Alex Wagner, who hosted the show last year while Maddow was anchoring on Mondays. Even Maddow herself is failing to keep audiences interested. Her Monday program averaged 1.8 million total viewers since MSNBC launched its new shows, which represents a 24 percent dip from last year when she pulled in 2.4 million viewers. CNN is also lagging far behind Fox News, but all of its shows, with the exception of Abby Phillip's at 10pm, have been beating MSNBC in the key demo. Fox's 'The Five' remains its most popular show and the most popular in cable news overall, averaging 3.77 million viewers a night this month. Fox is the only network of the big three to put up year-over-year ratings gains in May. Its shows saw a 21 percent increase in total viewers, and a 22 percent jump in the key demo. The tumbling ratings at MSNBC - plus the decision by Comcast executives to spin off the network into a new publicly-traded company - has caused turmoil amid its ranks. Election night darling Steve Kornacki announced in April that he would quit his role at MSNBC, instead sticking only with NBC News. The 45 year-old broadcaster will now devote his expertise to shows like 'Meet the Press,' 'Today' and 'NBC Nightly News,' as well as the network's streaming channel, NBC News Now.

Sean Hannity's show on Fox News, which also airs at 9pm, had 2.3 million total viewers that night. Psaki's show also performed dismally with the 25-54 key age demographic, only pulling in 55,000 viewers in that category. By comparison, Hannity had 210,000 viewers in the key demo. On May 5, MSNBC premiered The Weeknight, a panel show featuring Symone Sanders Townsend, Michael Steele, and Alicia Menendez. MSNBC could also soon lose Ari Melber, who has reportedly been meeting with rivals for new opportunities. This could involve the launch of his own media company. Melber hosts the 6pm show The Beat, which has been running since 2017, and is considered a ratings winner for the network. He also serves as chief legal correspondent and has amassed a healthy following on YouTube, which is a huge part of new MSNBC boss Rebecca Kutler's vision for the future of the flailing network.
