2026 Toyota Tundra Gallery: See All The Updates Up Close

Toyota has just announced a few updates to its Tundra pickup for the 2026 model year. Although there's nothing quite as attention-grabbing as Ram bringing back the V8 to the 1500, the Tundra still receives some desirable additions for the new year, including a new color, an optional lift kit, and changes to the seats on specific trims. The sporty and capable TRD Pro trim is now available with a new blue color called Wave Maker, which is also new for the Sequoia TRD Pro this year. A TRD 3" Lift Kit and Tow Tech Package is now available to spec with the TRD Rally pack, which should give the big truck even better off-roading capabilities. Regardless of the trim, 2026 Tundras now all get a 32.2-gallon gas tank instead of the 22.5-gallon tank equipped to certain models. That means fewer refill stops. Platinum and 1794 TRD Off-Road Package models are now available with power running boards. Elsewhere, the SX Package gets upgraded 20-inch alloy wheels. A hybrid version produces 437 hp and 583 lb-ft, and while RWD is standard, 4WD is available. The Tundra ranks as the longest-lasting light-duty vehicle you can buy. The classy but expensive Capstone remains the 2026 Tundra's top trim, and it now gets upgraded leather seats with a Shale Premium Textured finish. Here we can see the new Capstone seats in more detail, including the little perforations. This trim gets heated and ventilated seats in both rows. The Capstone is not the only Tundra to enjoy interior updates. Limited models now get genuine leather instead of SofTex upholstery, in either black or grey, while Double Cab models now have air vents for those seated at the back. The rugged TRD Pro still comes with a red interior. A new option for this trim, inherited from the Tacoma, is ISO Dynamic-type seats that are more comfortable when off-roading. Toyota sticks with a standard eight-inch touchscreen or a larger 14-inch unit on upper trims. Providing added convenience is wireless operation of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The 1794 Edition remains a classy choice for 2026 with its wood inserts and brown interior. Copyright 2025 The Arena Group, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

Toyota Revamps Corolla Cross for 2026: See What's Changed

Toyota has introduced its 2026 Corolla Cross today, and we're here to get you up to speed. A key change for the 2026 production year includes a revised front fascia with a color-matched grille for the hybrid and a wide, rugged grille for the gas-powered model. The exterior also receives new 18-inch alloy wheel options with a dark gray finish on the XLE and a black finish on the XSE, a new Calvary Blue paint, and an optional two-tone Calvary Blue with Jet Black Roof configuration on the SE and XSE. The redesigned console area is complemented by last year's newly introduced 10.5-inch infotainment display, which carries over. Comparable compact SUVs in the 2026 Corolla Cross's segment include the Honda HR-V, the Hyundai Kona, the Chevrolet Trailblazer, and the Mazda CX-30. However, as of now, the Trailblazer is the only vehicle in this lot with 2026 specs on its manufacturer's site. While not yet fully released, the 2026 Trailblazer's specs highlight an 11-inch standard infotainment display topping the Corolla Cross' optional 10.5-inch touchscreen and an available set of larger 19-inch high-gloss Black machined-aluminum wheels. Still, you'll get better mileage with the 2026 Corolla Cross, which, unlike the Trailblazer, offers three true hybrid grades with up to a manufacturer-estimated combined 42 MPG. Hybrid 2026 Corolla Cross trims also have standard all-wheel drive (AWD) across all versions, a new bumper, and a net combined horsepower rating of 196. Toyota's three gas-powered 2026 Corolla Cross grades offer up to 32 combined MPG and are available in AWD or front-wheel drive (FWD). The inside of the 2026 Corolla Cross has seen quite a few changes from the previous model year. The front console features a new design optimizing storage and a sleek Portobello interior color with the XLE trim. Unlike last year's version, Toyota offers the Cold Weather package with a heated steering wheel and heated front seats as standard within the XLE AWD and Hybrid XSE grades, but optional in the LE AWD and SE trims. This 2026 compact crossover SUV's hybrid grades include the S, SE, and XSE, while the internal combustion engine (ICE) variants come in L, LE, and XLE trims. The cabins of the L, LE, S, and SE interiors contain durable fabric-trimmed upholstery, while SofTex synthetic leather is in the XLE and XSE. The 10.5-inch infotainment display is standard within the XLE and XSE, but optional with the Multimedia Upgrade for the LE and SE. Otherwise, you'll receive an 8-inch touchscreen. While the hybrid 2026 Corolla Cross grades produce 196 net combined horsepower, the gas-powered version delivers 169 horsepower. Those who want to move up from the standard six-speaker setup can opt for the nine-speaker JBL sound system, available on the XLE and XSE. All trims have standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which carries over from last year. Toyota reports that its 2026 Corolla Cross's TNGA-C platform gives the SUV handling akin to that of a car, further solidifying its crossover status. This car-like feel is primarily attributed to the chassis and available suspension types, such as sport-tuned suspension on hybrid grades. Toyota brought meaningful updates to the new Corolla Cross, even if some are less noticeable. The most apparent changes are the revised front fascia with refreshed grilles, eye-popping exterior color, and fresh available wheel designs. Still, drivers will likely appreciate more subtle touches like the redesigned center console's emphasis on space. Whether you select the hybrid or ICE version, you'll receive quality fuel economy, but the hybrid better distinguishes itself in the increasingly crowded compact SUV segment with its more robust powertrain.
