Victoria Beckham warns there will be 'tears' in new tell-all Netflix series

Victoria Beckham has warned there will be 'tears' in her upcoming tell-all Netflix documentary. The former Spice Girl is set to lift the lid on her daily life as the founder and creative director of her self-titled beauty and fashion brands. However, it's also likely to get personal, too, the mother-of-four has revealed in a new interview. 'To be honest, I wasn't sure anybody would really want to see what I do every day,' Victoria told Bloomberg UK, revealing it was her husband David Beckham, 50, who convinced her to do the documentary. Victoria has thought 'long and hard' about it, but figured now was the time to do it. 'I've been very defined by a four-year period in my life when I was in the Spice Girls, and I am so proud of that. But with that came all the preconceptions,' she said. She explained how now – with 20 years of fashion designing under her belt – she feels 'confident enough' in her brand that she can talk about the 'struggles' of her business candidly, without worrying about what damage it could cause. Asked if the documentary gets emotional, she said: 'There are tears. And it did occur to me the other day, what am I going to think when I see those tears on a huge screen? Or on an iPhone? To be completely honest, I am in the hands of the editor now.' Quizzed on whether David will be in the documentary, Victoria said he was filmed along with her children as they are a 'huge' part of her work and life, but she doesn't know what will make the final cut. This comes after reports of a feud between David and Victoria and their eldest Brooklyn Beckham. There have been rumours of fallouts ever since Brooklyn, 26, married Nicola Peltz, 30, three years ago, and speculation has mounted over the past few weeks after he was absent from David's big 50th celebrations. A source told Metro that Brooklyn is keen to patch things up with his father and was sad not to attend his big bash. And an insider explained that Victoria was desperately hoping her son will 'come around'. 'She's hoping Brooklyn will come around and see things for what they are,' they said. 'They've always been a close-knit family and seeing how things are now has been devastating for Victoria and David.' Then Brooklyn appeared to make a dig at his parents, as he shared a video of himself and Nicola on Instagram with a caption vowing to always 'choose [her]'. He wrote: 'My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you're the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby.' A source told Metro that Brooklyn's words have brought the rift back into the spotlight. 'Victoria is upset that things have escalated to this point. Brooklyn has made his position clear in his recent post and that has left both herself and David heartbroken,' the insider shared. 'They will always be there for Brooklyn, and as Victoria said in a recent interview, she's a brilliant mum to her children – they all mean the world to her. A source close to Brooklyn told Metro: 'It's sad that a simple statement of love and appreciation for his wife is being manipulated into something that it isn't.' VB's Netflix debut comes after the huge success of David's series about his life, simply titled Beckham, in which Victoria stole the most iconic moment. More Trending In it, she can be heard telling the camera about her 'working class' upbringing, before David pokes his head around the door and says, 'Be honest!' 'I am being honest,' replies the ex-popstar, before David asks: 'What car did your dad drive you to school in?' View More » After much back and forth, Victoria eventually admitted: 'Okay, in the 80s my dad had a Rolls Royce.' Got a story? Biggest hint yet that Spice Girls will reunite as Geri Halliwell drops huge clue feud with Mel B is over

See what hint Geri dropped that has fans excited spice back Biggest hint yet that Spice Girls will reunite as Geri Halliwell drops huge clue feud with Mel B is over GERI Halliwell-Horner may have just lifted the lid on the news Spice Girls fans have waited for, and that the girl group is reuniting. The pop star took to Instagram to wish her fellow Spice Girl, Melanie Brown, a happy birthday. 4 Geri Haliwell Horner wished Mel B happy birthday with a throwback pic Credit: Instagram 4 The two Spice Girls have reportedly been in an on-off feud for years Credit: Splash News "Happy 50th birthday @officialmelb wishing you a very wonderful year ahead," Geri captioned the post, alongside a vintage photo of the pair in their Spice Girls heyday. Rumors have been circulating for months that the Spice Girls are planning a reunion tour, and Geri's post seems to show the rift between her and Mel B may be healed. The pair have had a tumultuous relationship over the years, including last year when Mel B jokingly wished Geri a "happy 75th birthday," with unflattering photos of her to Instagram. Mel B's post was likely poking fun at rumors that went around during the Spice Girls that Geri had lied abotu her age and was in fact, much older than she'd admitted. Geri was also unhappy with Mel B when the latter revealed the pair had hooked up early in the Spice Girls career. She told Piers Morgan's Life Stories in 2019: 'We were best friends. It just happened. Have you ever done that?' Geri had previously she "didn't like the lesbian thing," on an interview with Howard Stern. Speaking to the US shock jock DJ back in the 90s, Geri decided against naming Mel and simply said her lesbian experience was with "a famous woman". She said: 'I had lesbian sex once. I realised quickly I was not a lesbian. I don't mind boobs but the other bit is not my cup of tea. 'I didn't like the lesbian thing. It is part of experimenting. I was drunk at the time.' Spice Girls set for 2026 global reunion tour – But will Victoria Beckham join? The pair did reunite last year to celebrate their fellow Spice Girl, Victoria Beckham's 50th birthday, where the entire group came together to recreate the iconic dance from their song, Stop. As for a potential Spice Girls reunion, their bandmate, Melanie Chisholm, gave an update on its likelihood. The Sun told earlier this month how they are planning a massive tour in 2026 to celebrate 30 years since debut single Wannabe was released. Mel C revealed certain members have needed more 'convincing' than others, with Victoria Beckham currently not set to take part. She is expected to keep out of it just like she did with their sell-out 2019 reunion tour, but Geri Halliwell-Horner has also needed some persuading, which is why she is meeting with the band's manager Simon Fuller in Miami. Speaking on the No Filter with Kate Langbroek podcast, Mel C said: 'Next year is a big year for us and we have to acknowledge it in some way. 'So we are talking about what that's going to look like and for me, Melanie, I know for sure, and Emma [Bunton], we'd be back on stage. But sometimes other people need a little bit more convincing.' 4 One of the reasons for the rift is allegedly because Mel B revealed her and Geri had slept together Credit: Getty - Contributor 4 Mel B made the confession on Piers Morgan's former interview show Credit: ITV

Victoria Beckham's X-rated joke before calling son Brooklyn 'most handsome man'

Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham went viral after making a hilarious X-rated joke at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in 2013 Many years before the ongoing Beckham family feud, Victoria Beckham slipped up while on stage at the 2013 Glamour Women of the Year Awards when she made an X-rated joke in front of her then-teenage son, Brooklyn. As she stood at the podium to collect an award, she was left mortified after adjusting the microphone and telling the audience: "Oh, I have to raise it. That doesn't happen often." The former Spice Girl slapped her hands over her mouth upon realising her blunder and added: "Oh my god, I didn't even mean that!" as the crowd laughed. She then apologised to Brooklyn: "I'm so sorry Brooklyn, I'm so sorry. They told me to be funny but that was completely off the cuff!" ‌ ‌ In a sweet tribute to him, she later said: "Thank you to Brooklyn, my date tonight and the most handsome man in the room, even though he's avoiding his homework." Over a decade on from the iconic speech, it has been revealed it was from a time Victoria 'heavily relied' on Brooklyn while husband David was away for work before their family feud unfolded in recent months. The family have always been close, with the Beckhams consistently taking to social media to pay tribute to one another. ‌ Brooklyn and Posh Spice were close before, things changed since Brooklyn, a former aspiring photographer, met Nicola Peltz in 2019 at Leonardo DiCaprio's Halloween party. They married three years later and, last month, Brooklyn and Nicola missed David's 50th birthday celebrations, which cast the spotlight on the family conflict. ‌ In recent days, Brooklyn caused a stir when he seemingly shared whose side he's on by posting 'I'll always choose you' in a post gushing about his wife. However, it's been said Brooklyn was Victoria's 'rock' throughout his childhood and she 'really relied' on him before he went on to marry his socialite wife. In Daily Mail's Beckham Breakdown: Inside the Family Feud, Katie Hind said: "They were absolutely inseparable and I remember she took him to the Glamour Awards in 2013 as her date. ‌ "She got up on stage and paid tribute to him and said he was the most handsome man in the room. She really relied on Brooklyn and he was the man of the house and he very much lived up to that while David was away and I think at the time they were having difficulties in their marriage." She added: "They had moved back to London, David was away and Brooklyn was a real rock for her."
