Kylie Jenner delights fan with details of her boob job two years after finally confessing to surgery
Kylie Jenner revealed the exact details of her boob job to a fan on TikTok on Monday, two years after admitting she'd had it done following years of denials. The star, 27, finally came clean on the reality TV show The Kardashians in July 2023, when she spoke to her pal Stassie Karanikolaou about getting it done at the age of 19, ahead of the birth of her first child Stormi. She spent years saying her expanded bust was due to padded bras, periods, or weight gain. But TikToker Rachel Leary uploaded a video and asked directly: 'What it is that you asked for when you had your boobs done?' She added Kylie had had the most perfect, natural boob job ever!' and called her chest 'perfection'. She captioned her post: 'Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner, I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully.' Rachel admitted that she hadn't expected Kylie to see her TikTok, let alone respond, so she was stunned when the star replied. Kylie spilled the tea on the procedure, revealing the size, profile and surgeon as she wrote: '445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.' An ecstatic Rachel replied: 'KYLIEEEEE!!! you are the best THANK YOU!!!!', while other fans were quick to praise her for helping out. Kylie's plastic surgeon Dr Garth Fisher is famed for being the man behind many of the Kardashian and Jenner family procedures. He's largely known for performing Kris Jenner's pinnacle facelift on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The board-certified surgeon also did Kourtney Kardashian's breast augmentation and removed a tumor from Khloe's face. He even gave a pre-transition Caitlyn Jenner a revision facelift, which was also featured on an episode of KUWTK. Caitlyn gushed after the procedure: 'Garth Fisher is genius. Nobody would really know I'd had anything done!' Dr. Fisher also helped actress and reality star Lisa Rinna achieve a more natural pout after she'd had permanent silicone lip fillers in the late 1980s. Earlier in his career Fisher was Hugh Hefner's go-to surgeon and performed boob jobs on Playboy magazine's many models, centerfolds, and Bunnies. In the 2023 episode Kylie told Stassie: 'I got my breasts done before Stormi. Within six months of having Stormi – not thinking I would have a child when I was 20 – they were still healing. 'I had beautiful breasts, like natural t**s, just gorgeous, like perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with. 'I would recommend anyone who was thinking about it to wait until after you have children. But yeah obviously I have a daughter too. I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19. 'I mean, she's the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be like the best mom and the best example for her and I just I wish I could like be her and do it all differently, because I wouldn't touch anything.' Kylie Jenner's BFF Stassie Karanikolaou finally admits she had BBL but reveals major regret over procedure
Kylie Jenner 's best friend Stassie Karanikolaou has finally admitted that she had a BBL surgery to greatly enhance the size of her derriere when she was younger. She appeared on Bravo Bri's podcast where she said the number one question she's been getting for the past 10 years is has she had plastic surgery and 'a** implants'. Stassie, 27, said she was pretty sure she revealed her BBL - a Brazilian Butt Lift - on an episode of Call My Daddy. At the time she knew she had to say something but she didn't want to come right out and say it. 'So I think I said literally "I moved things around,"' causing Stassie and Bri to giggle. 'I don't have a** implants and I don't think it's anything I can hide at this point, yes I have a BBL. I moved fat around.' Stassie also admitted to having a breast augmentation prompting Bri to say 'Well you look fabulous.' Stassie responded: 'Thank you, I just got them done a week ago.' She then got serious, saying, 'Obviously I got this done super young. It's something that I regret and I think that's why it's been so hard to talk about for so long.' She admitted that she's actively been trying to fix her BBL, saying, 'I literally have another surgery in a week to try and reduce the size of it a little more.' Stassie said they size of her BBL has been affecting her for years and she wished she didn't feel the way she did when she had it done. She felt like it was necessary because of the pressure put on women to conform to certain beauty standards that change over time. 'Do not surgically change your body for a trend and just know that its only going to be relevant for a little bit. 'Anyone else that knows me knows this is something I've been trying to do for a long time.' Kylie and Stassie have been friends for a long time after meeting through mutual friends when they were 13 and hanging out at a book store, Karanikolaou revealed on an episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast released in 2022. Since then, they have remained close and constant friends through their steady rise to fame. When Jenner celebrated her 27th birthday last summer Karanikolaou was present to party with her and was even featured on her Instagram post declaring that she had the 'best birthday ever.' During the same podcast appearance, Karanikolaou also got candid about getting plastic surgery at a young age. She opened up about the specific procedures she's had done but denied getting any work done on her backside. 'I have not had butt implants. The only implants that I have are in my t*tties,' she said. 'And I'm not saying that I haven't done other things and I haven't, you know, moved some things around or whatever the case may be. 'But I just feel like I was at a point in my life when I was younger and I felt like my lips needed to be big, my boobs needed to be big. 'Everything ... my butt needed to be big,' she said at the time. About her decision to get candid, she also stressed the importance of being open about cosmetic enhancements. 'There's such a stigma in plastic surgery and I feel like whether you say that you've done it or whether you don't say you've done it, people are going to find a way to say something about it and like make it a negative thing,' she said. 'No one needs to tell anyone anything if they don't want to.' However, she continued to open up about the 'taboo' subject and explained that the very first procedure she had was lip filler — but 'not at a good place,' she said. Since then, she said she continues to receive negative comments about her appearance on social media and even once in real life when she was vacationing in Greece. When a stranger told her she was 'full of plastic,' she said it upset her. 'I wanted to start crying,' she said. 'I don't want to look plastic. I don't want to look fake.' Afterwards, she said that she started revising her work to look 'more natural.' She also mentioned beauty standards and how they change like trends but noted that she has no regrets even though she wants a different look nowadays. 'I wouldn't say regret. I would say I've gotten stuff done that I didn't like the result but not regret," she said. 'At the time I wanted it and for the time I liked it. But I have taken it back.'
