Riyadh – National Agricultural Development Company (Nadec) recorded an annual rise of 2.56% in net profit to SAR 218.68 million during the first half (H1) of 2025, versus SAR 213.21 million. Nadec reported sales amounting to SAR 1.84 billion as of 30 June 2025, up 11.79% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 1.64 billion, according to the financial results. The earnings per share (EPS) edged up to SAR 0.72 in H1-25 from SAR 0.71 a year earlier. Income Statements for Q2-25 In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, the company achieved profits valued at SAR 115.26 million, marking a 3.02% YoY jump from SAR 111.88 million. The revenues grew by 5.11% to SAR 830.47 million in Q2-25 from SAR 790.06 million a year earlier. Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the Q2-25 net profits climbed by 11.44% from SAR 103.42 million in Q1-25, while revenues shrank by 17.89% from SAR 1.01 billion. The earnings per share (EPS) went up to SAR 0.98 in H1-25 from SAR 0.88 in H1-24, according to the interim financial results. Likewise, the clients' deposits recorded an 8.20% year-on-year (YoY) rise to SAR 123.92 billion in the first six months (6M) of 2025, compared to SAR 114.53 billion. Assets jumped by 11.43% to SAR 161.90 billion in H1-25 from SAR 145.29 billion in H1-24, while the investments climbed by 25.10% to SAR 28.63 billion from SAR 22.89 billion. Financials for Q2 In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, Bank Albilad logged net profits amounting to SAR 765.80 million, an annual leap of 14.16% from SAR 670.80 million. Dividends The board members announced cash dividends after Zakat of SAR 675 million, equivalent to 4.50% of the bank's share capital, for H1-25. Riyadh – Ayyan Investment Company has generated net profits worth SAR 384.26 million in the first half (H1) of 2025, against net losses of SAR 104.26 million in H1-24. The earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 3.83 at the end of June 2025, versus a loss per share of SAR 1.29 in the same period a year earlier, according to the income statements. Meanwhile, the revenues shrank by 49.50% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 4.55 million during January-June 2025 from SAR 9.02 million. Financial Results of Q2 In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, Ayyan Investment also swung to net profits of SAR 17.78 million versus net losses of SAR 48.35 million in Q2-24.
