Nothing Bundt Cakes fan favorite returns — but not for long. Here's what to know

A Nothing Bundt Cakes fan favorite is back in the bakery case, but it won't stick around. Pineapple upside down cake bundtlets arrived Monday, May 19, at participating Nothing Bundt Cake shops nationwide, according to the Texas-based bakery chain. The pop-up flavor, available through June 1, is baked with pineapple juice, a pineapple ring and cherry halves. It's then topped with cream cheese frosting and drizzled with caramel sauce, a product description says. A spin on the classic dessert, Nothing Bundt Cakes' pineapple upside down bundtlet was introduced in 2024 as a pop-up flavor in its 'Taste of Summer Collection.' It joined other limited-time flavors including churro dulce de leche and almond wedding bliss. 'We drew inspiration from our guests, our bakery owners and even my personal favorite cake flavors to create recipes that capture the essence of summer in every bite,' Claire Jessen, vice president of culinary for Nothing Bundt Cakes, said at the time. Pricing information wasn't immediately available, though some shops may charge extra for the seasonal treat, according to the bakery's website. Pineapple upside down cake bundtlets are available to order in-store and online, while supplies last. Find your nearest Nothing Bundt Cakes here.
