Tejasswi Prakash Recalls Tough Times: ‘Earning Money Was The Most Important Thing'

In a recent podcast with Nayandeep Rakshit on his YouTube channel, Tejasswi Prakash opened up about her early days in the industry and revealed that she faced significant financial struggles. Tejasswi Prakash Said Making Money Became Her Priority 'I was at a space in my life where earning money was the most important thing. But it was never at a point where I had to see situations 'just to make money'. It has always been ethical. Somehow, I got to be an actor, which I enjoyed doing. And the money hardship is also solved. But at no point do I take this journey for granted," Tejasswi Prakash said. Recalling those early days, Tejasswi revealed that she had made a personal decision: the day she began earning, her mother would no longer need to work. 'There was no need for her to continue because there was house help," she said. Tejasswi Prakash On Her Parents' Sacrifices 'Dekha jaye toh kami nahi thi but jab bhi hume koi cheez cahiye hoti thi, hume dikhta tha ki ek cheez na hoke hume vo dila rahe hai (If you look at it, there was no shortage, but whenever we needed something, we could see that even if that specific thing wasn't there, they still managed to get it for us). There have been sacrifices made, which is why we never felt deprived, and that's not a situation I want to find myself in," she added.
