How former WWE star Torrie Wilson stays fit and sexy at 50 thanks to one simple secret
Former WWE star and Playboy cover girl Torrie Wilson is looking and feeling better than ever just days after celebrating her 50th birthday. The blonde bombshell, who was one of wrestling's biggest sex symbols in the 2000s, said that she's embracing her age with complete confidence. 'I just want to continue being the most fabulous version of myself and that obviously changes over time, but I'm still focused on the glam, the strength, the sexiness, and just living life to the fullest,' she told Torrie says that the secret to her flawless physique is strength training, which has been part of her fitness routine for decades. 'I've always been a weightlifter and I love working out, but I've had to change some of my workouts because things pop up as you get older,' she said. 'I've seen recently where some of my friends that are getting older, they have these injuries and they're like kind of just giving up on working out because they can't do what they used to do, and and I'm like, "Dude, you can't just stop!" You've gotta evolve.' Torrie tries to work out five or six days a week, with lunges and leg presses being her go-to exercises in the gym. 'I love lifting heavy weights because as we get older we love muscle mass at a rapid rate, and to me, when you're frail, you're old, so I'm just building muscle for the next decades,' she explained. The former fitness model says she isn't 'super restrictive' when it comes to her diet, and prefers to just focus on eating healthy and organic foods without overthinking it. 'When I was in high school I was anorexic and then bulimic for a short time, so I don't want anything to do with anything that's too restrictive,' she stressed. 'I basically just listen to my body and try to eat healthy instead of focusing on calories and all of that,' she continued. 'The biggest thing I focus on is just trying to get enough protein in the day.' Fans can get a look at Torrie's gym results and a lot more on her Passes page. The WWE Hall of Famer recently joined the subscription-based app, which has been billed as a PG-rated alternative to OnlyFans. Torrie tries to work out five or six days a week, with lunges and leg presses being her go-to exercises in the gym 'What I love about Passes is that it gives me a chance to get to know my subscribers or fans better than on social media, where you have so much noise coming at you,' she said. 'I've had people come up to me and say, "You'd make so much money on OnlyFans!" But I don't wanna do anything nude and I feel like people expect [OnlyFans] to go there,' she continued. 'I love that Passes is a cleaner platform so people aren't gonna come on there expecting [nudity],' she added. Torrie started out in wrestling in WCW, before joining to WWE in 2001 after the company bought out both WCW and ECW. During her time at WWE, she become one of wrestling's biggest sex symbols and covered FHM magazine, as well as Playboy magazine twice. For her second Playboy cover, she teamed up with fellow WWE vixen Sable, who she was in a memorable on-screen feud with. Wrestling fans will also remember Wilson's iconic feud with Dawn Marie, which involved her real-life father Al playing himself on the show.
