27 Products Reviewers Say Are "Cooling"

An ice roller for those days when you really want to stick your head in the freezer — this is way more comfortable and convenient. Roll it anywhere you need some cooling relief, and you can even use it to help reduce puffiness under your eyes on tired mornings. An adjustable mister to turn your outdoor space into a cooling oasis in the middle of a brutal August day. Just connect it to a hose, twist the flexible design to either stand on its own or wrap it around a pole for extra support. It claims to cool the surrounding area by 20 degrees, so you can finally give that personal fan a rest. Neutrogena Hydro Boost Body Moisturizing Gel Cream that's practically designed to be used in the summer — it's lightweight and fast-absorbing! The fragrance-free formula includes a hydrating dose of hyaluronic acid, and reviewers say it feels cool to the touch when applying. A pair of cooling slippers with built-in gel packs that'll have you feeling like you just stepped foot in the North Pole. They're designed to be wide enough for swollen feet, so you can rest assured that these will fit the night after you wear your new way-too-tight-but-oh-so-cute shoes for the first time. Burt's Bees After Sun Soother because it's peak picnic-at-the-beach season. This will save the day when you forget to apply SPF on one of your summer adventures — the soothing blend of aloe and coconut oil will help calm your skin in no time. Or Solarcaine Aloe Sunburn Relief Spray with lidocaine to help provide fast soothing relief for all my fellow sunburn-prone sun lovers. It'll gently cool your skin when you spray it, help prevent itchiness, and lightly hydrate thanks to the aloe and vitamin E. It's also perfect to use on insect bites if you also happen to be bite-prone. A super sleek and adorable handheld fan you can easily fold up once you've cooled off. You can also use the handle to prop it up as a space-saving desk fan for the days when your office is super stuffy. Oh, and did I mention it triples as a flashlight and portable battery charger?! Or a hands-free, rechargeable neck fan that'll transport you to your favorite place in the world: indoors with the AC blasting. Ok, maybe it's not as cooling as AC, but reviewers say it's kept them cool while doing everything from cutting the grass to waiting in long lines at Universal Studios. OR! A clip-on portable fan to make you feel like you're carrying your very own personal cooling system with you all day. You can clip it to your waistband to enjoy an upward stream of air, or use the neck strap to bring it even closer to your face. No matter which way you use it, everyone around you will be super jealous. OR!!!!! A flexible rotating fan with bendable legs so it can stand on its on or wrap around everything from a treadmill to a baby's car seat. It has three different speeds to accommodate various levels of drench, and it even has a built-in LED light for late-night walks. A pack of moisture-wicking Fruit of the Loom underwear to keep you dry and stop any sweat stains from becoming visible. Reviewers say they're stretchy, breathable, cool to the touch, and comfortable enough to sleep in. And a pack of Hanes boxers with X-Temp cooling technology that adjusts to your body temperature to keep you cool, even when the sweat starts pouring in places you didn't even know you could sweat. The stretch fabric also helps the leg bands stay in place, meaning you'll be protected from any uncomfortable chafing. A pack of cooling towels to help keep you a bit more comfy on those unbearable hot days when you're out and about. All you have to do is soak them in water and wring them out — they'll stay cool to the touch for up to three hours while wicking away sweat. You can wear it around your neck, tie it around your wrist, wear it as a headband, or place it anywhere else you need some sweet cooling relief. Or a stylish cooling bandana if you're looking for a wearable solution to your hot-weather woes. Just wet it, wring out the excess moisture, and wrap it anywhere you could use a bit of a cool down. It's also made with UPF 50 fabric, so it's perfect for helping prevent the dreaded back-of-neck sunburn. WellPatch migraine/headache patches that stick directly to your forehead to help provide some soothing comfort when you feel a headache coming on, or if you just need a little refresh on a super long day. You don't even need to keep these in the freezer — just remove them from the pouch and stick them on! Or a stretchy, Shark Tank-famous ice beanie — it'll not only provide some 360 cooling relief, but is also long enough to cover your eyes. So basically, you just found your brand new favorite sleep accessory. Plus, some reviewers say it helps them when they feel a migraine coming on. And!! A cooling eye mask with a reversible design. Use the plush side as a super soft eye mask when going to sleep, or pop it in the freezer and use the other side to let the cooling gel beads help you forget everything you hate about hot weather. An oscillating tower fan for anyone who is determined not to touch the AC until absolutely necessary. Reviewers say it's super quiet, so your partner or roommate won't give you the side-eye every time you turn it on. There's also a special nighttime setting that slowly decreases the fan speed while you sleep, which your body temperature will greatly appreciate. A sweat-wicking tank made with "ice silk" material that's basically any heavy-sweater's best friend: it's cool to the touch and dries quickly. Reviewers say it's super soft and allows just enough breeze to flow through. And an instantly cooling T-shirt for the days when you feel like sweat is simply inevitable. The HydroFreeze X fabric is designed to wick away moisture and disperse it through the fabric so that it dries super quickly. Prepare to buy many of these — it's your new go-to summer shirt. A wildly popular 400-thread count cotton sateen sheet set so soft and cooling, you'll never throw them off you in the middle of the night when you suddenly get overheated. Bonus — reviewers say these hold up super well after repeated washings with very few wrinkles and no shrinkage! Or a pure linen set so buttery smooth you'll roll around on it like a dog going carpet swimming. It's designed to absorb moisture without feeling wet to the touch, so if night sweats come to pay you a visit, they'll be quickly whisked away with barely a trace. A super lightweight blanket for all my fellow hot sleepers who still like the feeling of curling up under sheets. It's made with "Arc-Chill" fibers that transfer moisture from the skin, and reviewers say you won't wake up covered in sweat! And a set of pillowcases made of the same Arc-Chill fabric so you can stop flipping your pillow over every few hours just to find the comfy side. The silky smooth material that's super gentle on your skin and hair, so you can wave goodbye to waking up with bed head! A set of blackout curtains — trust me, you'll want these on those early summer mornings when the sun feels like it burst through your window like the Kool-Aid Man to personally wake you up. Oh, and they also help reduce ambient noise by up to 30%, so they'll drown out the garbage truck when it barrels through at 6:2tooearly in the morning. A wide-brimmed bucket hat with two *built-in solar-powered fans* — yes, you read that correctly, there are literal fans in this hat!!! You also get a mesh panel for ventilation, a built-in sweatband to absorb sweat, and the fabric is UPF 50+ for extra sun protection. If you mean business when it comes to staying cool, this is a necessity. A creamy shower gel from UK-famous brand Dettol that's practically made for summertime — it helps protect against 99.9% of odor-causing bacteria AND includes menthol for a refreshing, icy-cold sensation on the skin. It claims to cool you by 5 degrees Celsius (that's 41 degrees Fahrenheit!), so your shower is basically about to become the ultimate respite from the grueling heat.

Surprising new report shows most common way visitors get injured at Disney World... and it can happen to ANYONE

When you go to Disney World you expect the worst of your injuries to be sore feet from all the walking or maybe some sunburn. No one can anticipate a serious injury at the Happiest Place on Earth, especially if they're in overall good health. But according to a new report, there's a surprising way that people have gotten hurt at the beloved theme park, and it could easily happen to anyone. Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services recently released data that detailed every single injury report from theme parks in Orlando, Florida, from the last year, including Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Busch Gardens, and Legoland. The information revealed that a number of guests at Disney World have been injured by simply tripping while getting on or off a ride. On April 22, 2025, the report said that a Disney World attendee fell while exiting Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin and 'injured her right leg.' And on March 31, 2025, another guest plummeted while getting off the Mad Tea Party ride and 'injured her leg.' In addition, on January 17, 2025, a person took a spill while getting off the Frozen Ever After ride and 'injured her ankle,' while someone hurt their hip due to a fall while exiting the Prince Charming Regal Carrousel on November 21, 2024. A similar incident occurred on Journey of the Little Mermaid on October 4, 2024, and again on the Tomorrowland Speedway on August 18, 2024. In total, there were six injuries all from people taking tumbles while getting on or off ride vehicles in the last year. Last September, the theme park made headlines when a five-year-old boy, named Ernesto, suffered from a cardiac event during the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind ride. Around 20 seconds into the ride, his mom Christine Tagle said in a Facebook post that the youngster passed out, and 'through the whole ride she couldn't wake him up.' The panicked mother said she 'screamed for help' as soon as the rollercoaster ended, as staff members sprang into action and shocked him with an automated external defibrillator (AED). First responders arrived at the scene and continued CPR efforts, until Ernesto was taken to hospital via helicopter, his father added in a post to Instagram. Thankfully, Ernesto survived the terrifying ordeal, which his parents said was down to the quick thinking of his mother, staff members, an off-duty EMT couple and paramedics. Following 'test after test' to determine why Ernesto passed out on the ride, it was later found that he suffers from a genetic heart condition - catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia, or CTVT - that flared up during their family trip to Disney World. Thankfully, based on the new report, that seems to be the most dramatic event to occur at Disney World in the last year. Other recent reported injuries at Disney World include a guest who felt faint after riding Star Tours – The Adventures Continue, someone who experienced shortness of breath following Peter Pan's Flight, and a rider on Alien Swirling Saucers who had seizure-like symptoms. In addition, an 87-year-old guest with an undisclosed pre-existing condition lost consciousness after riding Dinosaur at Animal Kingdom. There were also reports of arm pain, abdominal pain, and chest pain, as well as multiple guests complaining of nausea. The takeaway is - make sure you're extra careful when getting on and off the rides next time you're at Disney World. Daily Mail has contacted Disney World for comment.

Halloween Horror Nights Welcomes ‘Five Nights At Freddy's' And WWE

Halloween Horror Nights unleashes all-new haunted house 'Five Nights at Freddy's.' Iconic titans of terror, Five Nights at Freddy's and WWE's The Wyatt Sicks, are heading to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. The immersive houses for both massive IPs will feature at both Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort. Fans of Five Nights at Freddy's, or FNAF as it is also known, will venture through an all-new haunted house inspired by the 2023 hit film, following in the footsteps of Mike, played by Josh Hutcherson in the movie, after he take as the night security guard in the abandoned themed entertainment center, Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. That's where terrifying chaos ensues. As brave ticket holders find their way through the corridors, they quickly learn that nothing is what it seems. As they move through the building, they will "encounter the supernatural and become lured into the black heart of an unspeakable nightmare," coming face-to-face with full-scale replicas of the eerie characters from the film - Freddy Fazbear, Chica, Bonnie, Foxy, and Mr. Cupcake. They will stalk guests as they pass through recreations of classic scenes and locations such as the security room and the showroom where the characters performed. Much like Xanathar in the Dungeons and Dragons: Secrets of Waterdeep experience during Universal Studios Hollywood's inaugural Fan Fest Nights, FNAF's larger-than-life characters have been created in collaboration with Jim Henson's Creature Shop. They also masterfully produced the animatronics and costumes for the fan-favorite film, so it doesn't get more authentic than that. Blumhouse's Five Nights at Freddy's movie, based on another widely popular videogame IP that inspired a hit movie, grossed $291.49 million at the worldwide box office in 2023. The sequel will land in theaters on Friday, December 5, 2025. WWE Enters The Halloween Horror Nights Ring When fans have taken a break after scaring themselves silly in Five Nights at Freddy's, they can head to WWE Presents: The Horrors of The Wyatt Sicks. That's where they will "go head-to-head with Uncle Howdy in an experience that not only features The Wyatt Sicks but honors the legacy of Bray Wyatt." Fans will already be aware of this, but for those who aren't, with its portrayal of dark and twisted characters, the five-strong crew has quickly emerged as one of the most disturbing and disruptive groups in WWE history. Those nightmarish figures are going to manifest at Halloween Horror Nights this spooky season. According to a release, "horror fans brave enough to travel through the light of the lantern will find themselves transported into the maniacal minds of The Wyatt Sicks, where each member reigns supreme within their horrific domains." "There, Uncle Howdy, together with Ramblin' Rabbit, Mercy the Buzzard, Abby the Witch, and Huskus the Pig, will be waiting to take bloody retribution on a world that has abandoned them. Along the way, guests will be stalked by the eerie presence of The Fiend, Bray's sadistic alter ego, who looms within the shadows and beckons them to let him in." Five Nights at Freddy's and WWE Presents: The Horrors of The Wyatt Sicks are the final two haunted houses to be announced for this year's bicoastal event. Both join an incredibly strong offering that fans are already predicting will be a vintage year for the seasonal scarefest that traditionally draws visitors from around the world. Nightmares Come Alive At Halloween Horror Nights Among the previously announced nightmarish experiences is a blood-soaked haunted house inspired by the gory Terrifier film franchise. It'll feature supernatural entity Art the Clown terrorizing the fictional town of Miles County, New York, and torturing his victims in creative but cruel and "sickeningly sinister ways." Promising "an unfathomable level of gore," guests can expect "a grisly haunted house oozing with a new sense of terror." Elsewhere, legendary slasher icon Jason Voorhees is the star of Jason Universe, which sees the seemingly indestructible killer from the Friday the 13th franchise get his own haunted house at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. The all-original experience will take guests back on "a vengeance tour through the summer camp to see where it all began, from the creaking floorboards of Jason's ramshackle cabin to the decaying main lodge and the eerie forest that offers no refuge for his victims." Also featuring at this year's Halloween Horror Nights is a house inspired by Fallout, Prime Video's acclaimed smash hit show. Ahead of the series' second season premiere, the immersive Fallout attraction will transport fans into iconic scenes and put them face-to-face with their characters on a journey from Vault 33 to the Wasteland. Terror returns in 'Scarecrow: Music by Slash' and 'Monstruos 3: The Ghosts of Latin America' at ... More Universal Studios Hollywood. Fan Favorites Get A Terrifying Refresh At Halloween Horror Nights In Hollywood In terms of original mazes not based on IPs, two fan-favorite mazes evolve this year. At Universal Studios Hollywood, 2022's Scarecrow: The Reaping gets a revamp and a new name, returning as Scarecrow: Music by Slash. Set to a soundtrack created by the rock icon, his seventh consecutive year providing a score for a Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights haunted house, Mother Nature "seeks vengeance on the homesteaders for their sins of the past that will be carried out by farmland scarecrows, mute witnesses who have become the guardians of destruction for anyone who crosses their path." Meanwhile, La Llorona headlines the final entry in a trilogy of terror, Monstruos 3: The Ghosts of Latin America, a haunted house with a narrative based on Latin American folklore. In addition to the legendary Weeping Woman, the Colombian female boogeyman, the sharp-toothed La Muelona, and the horse-headed La Siguanaba will also feature to scare the bejesus out of visitors. We're now in gushing distance of Halloween Horror Nights. It kicks off at Universal Studios Hollywood on Thursday, September 4, 2025. However, Universal Orlando Resort gets the ball rolling a little earlier on Friday, August 29, 2025. Tickets are now on sale.
