Artem Chigvintsev Drops $915K On New Purchase After Nikki Garcia Divorce Payout

is making moves, both personally and financially, following the finalization of his divorce from . Nearly two weeks after details of their settlement were made public, Artem Chigvintsev made a major purchase in California, signaling a fresh start as he looks ahead to the next chapter of his life. The 42-year-old "Dancing with the Stars" pro has purchased a new home in Napa, California, for $915,000, per Us Weekly. The 2,395-square-foot property features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and scenic views of nearby mountains, offering a fresh start for the newly single dad. The real estate move comes nearly two weeks after details of Chigvintsev's divorce settlement with Garcia were made public. The former couple, who share 4-year-old son, Matteo, officially settled their divorce out of court in November 2024 following a turbulent split. As The Blast previously reported, Garcia agreed to pay Chigvintsev $3,500 per month in child support and a lump sum of $200,000, with half to be paid immediately and the remainder due by the end of 2025. 'Divorce has to deal with the paper, the contract you signed during marriage. The day of marriage, at the court before marriage, whatever,' Garcia said during a May episode of her 'The Nikki & Brie Show' podcast, which she hosts with her sister. 'So, our settlement is what everyone saw. Yes, I had to give him $200,000. Spousal support, alimony.' Brie Garcia then quipped, 'That's what happens when you're the breadwinner.' The exes will also split holidays with their son. No further information regarding their custody arrangement was disclosed. Chigvintsev's new home is located just a few miles from the house he previously shared with Garcia, keeping him close to Matteo. A rep for the dancer tells Us Weekly, 'Mr. Chigvintsev's sole focus and highest priority remains the well-being of his son. With that in mind, he will not be providing any further comments regarding this personal matter and respectfully requests continued privacy for both himself and his son moving forward.' Chigvintsev and Garcia filed for divorce in August 2024 after an alleged physical altercation in Napa. Garcia claimed that Chigvintsev began yelling at her after she asked him to make their son Matteo's English muffin a bit crispier, accusing her of making Matteo a picky eater and refusing to let her speak. In her declaration, Garcia stated that she tried to defuse the tension by stepping away to load Matteo's belongings into the car. "I just wanted to get Matteo out of the house until Artem cooled off," she wrote. "I grabbed Matteo's shoes and told Matteo it was time to put his shoes on.' Garcia claimed that as Chigvintsev continued yelling, she became so overwhelmed that she threw their toddler's shoes at him, which hit his leg. She admitted it was a lapse in judgment, but emphasized the shoes were lightweight and couldn't have caused harm. Also in her divorce filing, Garcia alleged that a heated argument escalated when Chigvintsev became furious, grabbed their son Matteo, and ran upstairs. She followed, fearing for Matteo's safety, and said Chigvintsev tried to block her from entering their son's room. According to her statement, she managed to push the door open slightly and saw Matteo looking frightened. Artem then allegedly tackled her, pinned her to the ground, and later forced her into the bathroom, pressing on her chest until she felt like she was suffocating. Garcia claimed he stopped when he saw the panic in her eyes. When police arrived, Matteo reportedly told them, 'Daddy hurt my hand.' At the time, Chigvintsev was arrested and booked on a felony domestic violence charge. He was released on bail the same day. Both parties filed restraining orders against each other in the weeks that followed, though they were later dropped. Despite the headlines, both Chigvintsev and Garcia appear focused on co-parenting their son and moving forward with their lives separately. The new home marks a significant step in that process for Chigvintsev as he begins this next chapter, with Matteo at the center of it.

Hugh Jackman's Friend Weighs In After Deborra-Lee Furness' 'Betrayal' Statement

Hugh Jackman's longtime friend has shared an update on the actor after his ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness blasted their split as a 'traumatic journey of betrayal.' Appearing on Thursday's episode of Australia's 'Ben Fordham Live' radio show, Gus Worland weighed in on Furness' comments that described a tumultuous ending to her marriage with Jackman. Worland, a TV and radio personality, said he's been close to Jackman since the pair attended kindergarten together in 1973. 'It's not just [Furness'] statement, but just the last couple of years have been difficult,' Worland said. 'One thing that I've been really strict on, or disciplined on ... is to let them do what they've had to do.' Furness, 69, filed for divorce from Jackman, 56, on May 23 after the pair initially announced that they were amicably separating in 2023. The former couple, who share children Ava and Oscar, had been married for 27 years after tying the knot in 1996. In a seemingly 180 move from the couple's 2023 announcement, Furness this week shared a scathing statement with People. 'My heart and compassion goes out to everyone who has traversed the traumatic journey of betrayal,' Furness told the outlet, adding the split was 'a profound wound that cuts deep.' Speaking on the radio show, Worland said, 'No one wants anyone to go through what they've been through, and, of course, they go through everything publicly because of the type of people and the fame that they have.' Worland then gave an update on how the 'Deadpool & Wolverine' star has apparently been doing amid the messy divorce. 'I was over in New York with [Jackman] just last month, and he's fine. He is going along well. He's moving on with his life, and I hope that Deb does as well,' he said. Noting that the couple were together 'a long, long time,' Worland added that his priority is making sure that Jackman and Furness' kids 'get through this.' 'I just go to the kids and go, 'What can we do to make sure that they're going to get through this as well as possible?'' said Worland, who added he and Jackman are godparents to each other's first children. Jackman has been romantically linked to his former 'Music Man' co-star Sutton Foster, 50, since earlier this year. Foster and Jackman went public with their romance in January after they were spotted holding hands on a dinner date in California. Foster and Jackman's PDA-filled night caused a stir online, considering a source claimed to Us Weekly in November 2024 that Foster and Jackman's relationship is the 'reason Hugh and Deb got divorced.' Rumors had circulated that the two Broadway stars became close while starring in the musical revival. The insider claimed there was 'an affair and overlap' but that many people on Broadway 'kept it quiet.' 'A lot of people on Broadway knew, and we kept it quiet because both of them are so nice and great people,' the source alleged. 'Everyone respected their privacy. But there was an affair and overlap.' Meanwhile, Foster filed for divorce from her husband, Ted Griffin, in October 2024 after 10 years of marriage. Deborra-Lee Furness's Net Worth Post Hugh Jackman Divorce

It took almost two years of somewhat messy negotiations, but Deborra-Lee Furness officially filed for divorce from Hugh Jackman on May 23. And if you're wondering what the financial situation have been verrrry complicated thanks to Hugh's absolutely enormous net worth. Here's what we know. Soooo, Hugh Jackman is rich. We have a full breakdown this way—though there's some discrepancy. Namely, that Celebrity Net Worth says Hugh has $120 million in the bank, while the Daily Mail says it's more like $250 million. The top notes? According to the Daily Mail, everything was "ironed out behind the scenes" ahead of Deb filing, and a source had this to say: Another insider added that "They have worked out the details in advance and everything is ironed out in terms of a settlement, alimony and the expenses for the future of their children. They are amicable and they are both fully committed to being the best parents that they can be." A source told Us Weekly a while back that "Their lives were so interwoven, so it's an extremely tricky and gut-wrenching process dividing everything up and figuring out who gets what in terms of assets and finances. That's what they need to work out. The [divorce] filing will be formalized in due course, but before that happens, their aim is to come to an agreement. They're determined to [do this] as amicably as possible." Apparently the Wolverine star was less than thrilled about Deb's statement re: her "traumatic journey of betrayal" and feels like it was unfortunate timing. Per a source, also in the Daily Mail, "Hugh knows that he cannot change anything, and it is unfortunate that Deb feels the way she did given the fact that he caved in to all of her divorce requests." The couple reportedly spent $21 million for a NYC apartment in 2012 and then sold it for $39.8 million. They also own a property in East Hampton (which they rents for $500,000 a season) and an additional $21 million penthouse in NYC. It's unclear how these properties were divided up in the divorce, but there's obviously a lot to go around! According to Celebrity Net Worth, she has $70 million in the bank—though it's unclear whether this amount takes the divorce settlement into consideration. Either way, note that Deb is also an actor with a lifetime of credits to her name, so she's been generating her own income this entire time, thank you very much!

Chase Chrisley Praises Donald Trump For Freeing His Parents From Federal Prison

Todd and Julie Chrisley are headed home, thanks to a presidential pardon from Donald Trump, and their children couldn't be more excited about the news. During an interview with Us Weekly, Chase Chrisley praised God and President Trump for freeing his parents and allowing their family to be reunited. "I am grateful to God and extremely grateful to President Trump and his entire administration," the reality star told the publication. "I'm beyond thankful to finally have my parents back home and my family together again!" He also shared a similar sentiment on Instagram, posting a picture of his parents side by side. "God is so good! Our rocks are back!! Thank you to Mr. President @realdonaldtrump @potus for making a remarkable decision and bringing our family back together! We love, support, and thank you, Mr. President! God bless you and your entire family! Continue to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!" he captioned the post. Todd's oldest son, Kyle Chrisley, who has had a contentious relationship with his father over the last several years, also opened up about his father and Julie being set free in an interview with E! News. "I'm ecstatic," Kyle revealed. "Truly. I just found out a little bit ago, and I still just can't believe it." The 33-year-old also praised his sister, Savannah Chrisley, who has been a vocal advocate for their parents since they were indicted on criminal charges, for sticking by their side. "I know Savannah had been working at this for so long, and she never gave up," Kyle said. "So I'm just grateful to her and to President Trump for making this happen for my dad and Julie." "I know they can't wait to get home and just be with family," he added, "and I'm going to remain hopeful that another reconciliation is possible." Although Kyle hopes for a reconciliation with his father, Savannah seemingly shut down that idea during a 2024 interview. "My dad has every reason not to speak to Kyle," she said. "Just because it's your child doesn't mean that you have to accept abuse. It doesn't mean you have to accept manipulation and hate and all these things." She also slammed Kyle for allegedly trying to use their father for "fame [and] attention." The 27-year-old added, "What I don't process well is having Kyle play the victim to life circumstances he's created. What I don't do well with someone who has abused people his entire life, now trying to play victim, trying to get people to feel bad for him." Aside from the family drama, Savannah had nothing but positive things to say about the president for bringing her family back together. "For the past two and a half years, I've done everything in my power to fight for my parents' freedom and bring them home. This moment is the answer to countless prayers, and I am beyond grateful to President Trump for seeing the truth and restoring my family. This administration does not hand out favors. It examines the facts and stands up for what is right," she said. "Today is a victory for our family, but the fight against wrongful convictions and injustice within our prison system is far from over. I will continue to use my voice and platform to advocate for those who do not have one." The news of President Trump's decision to pardon Todd and Julie, who, according to prosecutors, conspired to defraud Atlanta banks out of more than $30 million in fraudulent loans, made headlines when his phone call to Savannah was shared online. During the call, Trump told Savannah and her younger brother, Grayson Chrisley, how "terrible" their parents' situation was before sharing the good news. "But it's a great thing because your parents are going to be free and clean, and I hope we can do it by tomorrow. Is that okay?" Trump said while sitting in the Oval Office. He continued, "We'll try getting it done tomorrow. So give them, I don't know them, but give them my regards and wish them wish them a good life."
