The Glasgow influencer has amassed 985,000 subscribers on YouTube and 1.3million Instagram followers over the years. Since having her daughter Romy almost two years ago, she's admitted that her own self-care time has become more limited. In a recent video, she revealed the "toddler mum makeup" routine she swears by - and other parents are loving it. She joked: "All the people that said 'good luck getting your makeup done when you've got a toddler', you were right. But I figured it out. "I've got a makeup bag, it's called my Go Bag, and I have figured out a makeup that takes like four minutes and it's really nice. "I'm going to cheat today because Romy's not here, but just know that when I do this makeup, I'm usually wrestling my daughter from stealing all my things. "I remember doing makeup with Romy in her carrier, a tiny wee baby, a sleeping baby. And I was like, look at me. Yeah, obviously it was f***ing easy [then]." Jamie started off with a pricey £135 BIOEFFECT EGF serum which she hailed as "absolutely bonkers" for how good it is, although we're sure a cheaper alternative would suffice. For foundation, she then "keeps it really light" with her own-brand Skin Nova Complexion Balm mixed in with serum. I'm a 34-year-old mum and tried the unrecognisable make-up trend - people say I look like a new person "It turns into this kind of watery tint, but it is so good", she says. "It is so sheer, which makes it really easy. Just fresh and nice and it feels obviously like skincare." Next, she adds concealer to "wherever she needs it" for some extra coverage before patting on cream bronzer to give her face some dimension and a blush balm to "add radiance to her cheeks". She adds: "I bring it right up, like really close to under my eyes and it hides eye bags." Jamie then adds her Nova Glow Liquid Light highlighter before turning her attention to her eyebrows with a Benefit brow pencil to "sketch in" the missing parts at the end and a brow gel to set them in place. She continues: "And then I've just been wearing mascara and because I don't have any other eye makeup on, I just do a really nice coat that gets them looking long and dark, but not massive." Nearing the end of her routine, Jamie then adds some lip balm and liner. She says: "It's not fussy at all, is it? It's just really nice. "I really do think it's all in the cheeks and the lips. And a little bit of setting spray. "No matter how much makeup you're wearing, setting spray makes all the difference. "And then sometimes a powder, sometimes I don't. If you love powder or you're oily, go for it. "If you're not, leave it. But that's the makeup. So fast and easy. It looks really lovely." "This is my toddler mum makeup. I hope it helps the toddler mum in need. "I love doing this makeup at the weekends, especially when we're out doing activities and things and we're getting family photos because I do like having something on, but I'm not really arsed about it being glam." Toddler mums react Jamie's makeup tutorial racked up more than 490,000 views. One mum gushed: "This look effortless and stunning!!" A second wrote: "I've recently discovered the go bag too! Simple stuff but I know what I'm grabbing." 3 Jamie Genevieve is a famous makeup artist from Glasgow Credit: GETTY A third added: "As a mum of 3 children one being 4 this is EVERYTHING! Thank you on behalf of all mums. I'm getting up 4 mins early." And a fourth said: "Not even a mum and I'm stealing these tips for quick and easy work makeup!" Other mums shared their own tips for getting ready with a toddler around. One said: "I used to give my daughter a make up bag with empty products in it and that uses to help haha." Meanwhile, another revealed: "I give my daughter a mirror and clean makeup brush and boom we do it together. I'm able to do make face." Jamie was working on a beauty counter at Debenhams in Glasgow when she started posting on Instagram and YouTube. She eventually quit her shop job to focus on her social media channels full time and travels the world promoting herself and her products. Taking her success to the next level, Jamie sold a minority stake in her beauty brand Vieve for £5.5 million. Only founded in 2020, the cosmetics line promotes veganism and cruelty-free products.
