'In that scene, when he says, 'I got admission,' and his sister asks, the way Rajini sir says, 'I told the truth,' in a close-up shot, really amazed me. I was surprised by how he acted as if he was talking to the audience," he added. Fahadh Faasil also shared that he had learned Tamil through Tamil friends from Coimbatore and had enjoyed many Tamil films. Furthermore, he also opened up about working with Rajinikanth in Vettaiyan, saying, 'TJ Gnanavel approached me about playing a different role in the film Vettaiyan at the very beginning. But I chose the role of Patrick because I clicked with it after hearing the story. Since this decision was a last-minute change for TJ Gnanavel, he had to make some changes. I didn't want the story to affect me, so I went with it as written," he said. Fahadh Faasil also mentioned that in-person conversations help him decide which roles he'll take on. On the work front, Fahadh Faasil recently had his latest release, Maareesan, with Vadivelu. He has several upcoming films, including Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira, Don't Trouble The Trouble, Patriot and Karate Chandran.
