Vicky Pattison swears by this £34 thickening hair serum to help her hair grow

Vicky Pattison has always given us serious hair envy for her thick, shiny locks, and it turns out this £34 hair serum is the secret to keeping her hair healthy and giving it volume Whether she's kept it long or gone for a dramatic chop, Vicky Pattison's hair has always been enviably thick, healthy-looking and shiny. The presenter is known for her glossy dark mane, and in a recent Instagram post she finally shared the products she uses to keep it looking so voluminous and healthy. Sharing her holiday beauty must-haves, Vicky pointed out that she always uses the Pitta Growth Serum from Champo, even going as far as to keep it in her poolside tote during her recent romantic getaway to the Maldives. Mentioning some of her fave products, Vicky wrote: 'Also loving me Champo for hair growth.' The £34 hair serum has been specially designed for those experiencing hair thinning or loss, and helps prevent shedding whilst making it look visibly thicker and fuller. It's packed with ingredients known for boosting your hair growth, including caffeine, tetrapeptides and ayurvedic haritaki extract. These all work together to instantly volumise your roots for that full-bodied look, whilst stimulating your scalp to encourage new, healthy and strong hair growth. Plus the Pitta Growth Serum is non-greasy and anti-dandruff, leaving your hair with an enviable shine without looking lank or weighed down. According to a survey done by Champo, 90% of users had less hair loss, which is some pretty impressive results especially if you feel like you've already tried everything. It's also suitable for every scalp and all hair types, including coloured and treated hair. To get the best results, it says you need to use the Pitta Growth Serum daily, but it's up to you whether you want to do an all-over treatment for general hair growth, or if there are specific areas you want to target. For all-over treatment divide your hair into three sections and apply it to a clean and dry (or at least towel dried) scalp. Apply two to three drops to each section and use your fingertips to massage it into your scalp before styling it as usual. If you just have a specific area you want to treat, follow the same process and apply one to two drops and massage into the area. It's said you should see improvements in your fullness and fallout in around 12 weeks as long as you stick to your daily use. There's several other serums around that have also been touted as having great results, including UKLash Hair Growth Serum which is £40 for a 50ml bottle, compared to the £34 price tag for a 30ml bottle of Vicky's Pitta Growth Serum. You can also get a more budget-friendly option with the Grow Gorgeous Hair Growth Serum Intense, which is £28 for 30ml. Vicky Pattison shares candid snap of her 'belly hanging out' after flaunting her figure in skimpy red bikini while holidaying in the Maldives

Vicky Pattison shared a candid snap of her 'belly hanging out' as she revealed the reality of returning home from holiday after her getaway with Ercan Ramadan. The former Geordie Shore star, 37, and her husband Ercan jetted off on a lavish holiday to the Maldives where she shared a slew of stunning bikini snaps. However, Vicky also shared a more realistic behind the scenes look at her life as she posed in a slouchy T-shirt with her stomach out, wearing a £650 hair growth helmet. She captioned the post: 'Awwww home sweet home.... I absolutely LOVED our holiday... but how nice is getting home as well? To your comfy old clothes, your own bed and your favourite snacks? 'Just being able to let it all hang out while in your period pants with your belly hanging out like Winnie the Pooh in the comfort of your own home is a TOP feeling isn't it?!! 'Also, big shout out Mother Nature for giving my my period the day I travelled home... cheers lass!' The photo displayed quite the contrast between those shared by Vicky while on holiday, with the former I'm A Celeb winner sporting a glamorous look in a red bikini, which highlighted her stunning figure. But she had received backlash after posting the steamy snaps, with one fan taking to the comments section writing: 'God doesn't she love herself', with Vicky promptly hitting back: 'And what gave you that impression?! Or can you just not stand to see a confident woman?' She then shared two throwback snaps and revealed it has taken her years to get to the happy place she is at now and to 'finally feel comfortable in my own skin'. She wrote: 'After years of hating what I saw in the mirror.. being told I was 'fat' or being offered 'shape up' features in mags, or being criticised for being too small, always being convinced I just was worth nothing more than a number on a scale.. it is a monumental moment for me, or any women when she gets to say - I'm actually content. 'Now don't get me wrong, this didn't happen overnight. It took years of fad diets, weaponising exercise, counting berries & never ordering what I wanted off a menu to get here. 'I decided there had to be more to life.. or at least I wanted more anyway. I grew up, I fell in love with a nice man who has loved me at a number of different sizes & shapes over the years & I embraced balance. However one fan took to the comments writing, 'God doesn't she love herself', prompting Vicky to hit back, 'And what gave you that impression?! Or can you just not stand to see a confident woman?' 'I know my body will look a bit different at the end of this holiday & that's ok.. because I enjoyed myself- I ate nice things with my husband & drank cocktails & I LIVED! 'I'm finally comfortable in my own skin.' Vicky told her 5.5million fans that they should be able to post whatever they want and despite not always feeling confident on the 'rare days' she does she's going to enjoy it and not let others ruin that. She continued: 'I'm not saying I'm confident all the time (Christ in a cardigan who is?!) In fact sometimes I'm downright crippled by insecurity & pulling every bit of myself apart. 'I stare in the mirror & tell myself my nose is too big, I'm starting to look old & that I have no arse & no matter how hard we try as women to be positive, embrace who we are & silence that nasty inner critic. They're always there. Nagging away at our happiness. 'So on those rare days when I wake up & I feel quite good about myself.. there is not a chance in hell I'm going to let some silly little man change that. 'Because let's have it right, this isn't about me 'loving myself', it isn't about any woman 'loving herself'- which we should all try to do more of by the way- this is about how a secure & confident woman can make CERTAIN men feel. It makes them feel small, intimidated.. it makes them feel less. But who gives a f***' The TV personality concluded by telling fans to 'love yourself' and enjoy sharing photos no matter what others say. Vicky told her fans that they should be able to post whatever they want and despite not always feeling confident on the 'rare days' she does she's going to enjoy it and not let others ruin that She added: 'So continue to take up space, post your glam pics, your posey holiday snaps, nights out with the girls- whatever it is! Because learning to like yourself, let alone even love yourself after a lifetime of conditioning yourself otherwise is hard & you deserve to! 'In a society that thrives on us hating ourselves.. do something rebellious & love yourself'. Fans took to the comments to praise the reality stars wise words as many said 'isn't loving yourself what it is all about'. They wrote: 'And isn't that the goal - to love ourselves???; Like loving ourself is a bad thing!! It's the goal! Bloody shout it from the rooftops when we get there! I am; 'Take up space babe. This is the heart of it it's ANARCHY XXX; being content & happy is what everyone deserves to feel xx; 'Always love yourself you are beautiful inside out; So worthy!; AND???? Why can't we; If you don't love yourself, how can others ? X'.

Vicky Pattison thanks £22 flattering maxi dress for ‘giving curves I don't have'

Vicky Pattison's holiday wardrobe has featured plenty of amazing dresses so far, but one in particular has been a big hit as she thanked it for 'giving me curves I don't have When it comes to choosing which outfits to bring with you on holiday, the best pieces to pack are the ones that are comfortable, easy to wear, and make you feel ultra confident. If you're in need of some holiday outfit inspiration, Vicky Pattison seems to have curated the perfect selection of clothes for her trip to the Maldives that have all had fans begging for outfit details. Thankfully Vicky has been sharing all of her outfit details with fans, and one of her stand out dresses was a chocolate brown maxi dress that she wore to head out for a luxurious dinner. Considering how beautifully fitting the dress is, we were expecting a designer price tag – but it turns out that not only was Vicky's Chocolate Wrap Detail Maxi Dress already affordably priced at £28, but it's now even cheaper, down to £22.50 in the PrettyLittleThing sale. Vicky shared a photo of herself wearing the PLT maxi dress on her Instagram stories, where she wrote: 'This dress gave me curves I simply do not have… so thanks for that' before linking to the dress so her followers could also shop her look. There's no denying that the Chocolate Wrap Detail Maxi Dress is perfect for both creating the illusion of curves and enhancing ones you already have thanks to its cleverly placed draping. It features an asymmetrical neckline with an off the shoulder strap, creating a flowing shape around your neck and chest. The waist is also accentuated with a wrap detail which knots at the side, which creates the appearance of curves much more than a simple straight up and down dress. The fabric of the Chocolate Wrap Detail Maxi Dress also lends itself to that figure-flattering fit, with its slinky jersey material hugging your body in all the right places whilst still flowing nicely. Whilst its chocolate brown colour is perfect for a sophisticated look, it does also come in five other colours, including cream, black and pink. However, the sizing is limited, with only sizes four to 12 available and no plus size option on the PrettyLittleThing site. But don't worry, because we found plenty of other gorgeous options with a wider size range, including this Dark Brown Cowl Neck Draped Midi Dress from New Look which comes in sizes six to 22. It's also on sale, down to £26.99 from £35.99 and has a similar draping around the waist and hips to create a flattering shape. It also has a side slit and V-neckline, with a midi length hem which makes it the perfect cool and comfortable pick for holidays. ASOS also offers a slightly more covered-up option, with its £36 chocolate brown Cap Sleeve Wrap Front Maxi Dress which has a more laid-back, classic look. Alternatively Omnes' Nova Tie Back Dress in Chocolate is £95 and available in sizes four to 24 and 13 different colours, with a more minimalist fit.
