Vivid Seats is the New York Post's official ticketing partner. We may receive revenue from this partnership for sharing this content and/or when you make a purchase. Featured pricing is subject to change. The pop festival of the year is almost here. Starting Thursday, July 31, Lollapalooza will launch their annual long weekend at Chicago's Grant Park. This iteration of the long-running alternative festival — which began way back in 1991 — may be its most mainstream yet with household name hitmakers Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo and Gracie Abrams atop their bill. Advertisement However, those that write off the multi-day musical extravaganza due to this powerhouse trio at the top of the lineup are missing out on a diverse array of acts the fest has booked. They include former Odd Future frontman turned headliner Tyler, The Creator, country stalwart Luke Combs, EDM party-starters Rüfüs Du Sol, heavy rockers Korn (for the first time since 1997) and K-Pop icons Twice (the first female K-Pop group headliners in the fest's history). That's just scratching the surface. A$AP Rocky, Sierra Ferrell, Dom Dolla, Cage The Elephant and The Marías are just a few of the other major artists scheduled to grace Grant Park. Advertisement And, yes, Rebecca Black aka the woman who brought the world the indelible radio staple 'Friday' will be there as well. OK, maybe this really is the greatest pop festival of all time. In total, over 170 performers will bring their singular live shows to the four-day fest. If this sounds like the Lollapalooza for you, last-minute single and multiple-day passes are still available. At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on four-day passes was $630.65 including fees on Vivid Seats. Advertisement Single-day passes start at $192.11 including fees (which just so happens to be the O-Rod/Korn day). How much do tickets cost to see Michael Urie in ‘Oh, Mary!' on Broadway?
Vivid Seats is the New York Post's official ticketing partner. We may receive revenue from this partnership for sharing this content and/or when you make a purchase. Featured pricing is subject to change. One of Broadway's freshest comedies is reinventing itself. Starting Monday, Aug. 4, Cole Escola's two-time Tony Award-winning and box-office record-breaking show 'Oh, Mary!' will feature a mostly all-new cast. The players are 'Rupaul's Drag Race' season five winner Jinkx Monsoon stepping into the titular Mary Todd Lincoln role, 'Shrinking' star and 2025 Emmy nominee Michael Urie (Mary's Teacher), 'The Big Sick's' Kumail Nanjiani (Mary's Husband, making his Broadway debut) and 'American Fiction's' Jenn Harris (Mary's Chaperone, her first show on the Great White Way). Actor Tony Macht, who originated the part of Mary's Husband's Assistant both on and off Broadway, will reprise his role through Sept. 28. There's no word on who will succeed him yet. Advertisement If you want to see this brand-new ensemble in the raucous production about the lives of the Lincolns in the days leading up to the President's assassination where the First Lady becomes a 'madcap, cabaret-obsessed alcoholic,' tickets are available for all upcoming 'Oh, Mary!' shows at New York City's Lyceum Theatre. At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find seats for any one Monsoon/Urie/Nanjiani/Harris production in August and September was $117 including fees on Vivid Seats. Other shows in those two months start anywhere from $119 to $251 including fees. In the event you want to see original stars Conrad Ricamora, James Scully and Bianca Leigh (and Escola's Mary Todd replacement Tituss Burgess), they'll take their last bows on Saturday, Aug. 2. Advertisement $128 including fees is the cheapest seat we could find for any one of their performances. '…the Great White Way has not witnessed a comedy this funny, or a comedic star turn this dazzling, in at least a decade,' The Post's theater critic Johnny Oleksinski raved in his glowing four-star review of the 80-minute comedy. 'I recommend wearing a loose-fitting shirt, should your howls pop a button,' he added. Vivid Seats is the New York Post's official ticketing partner. We may receive revenue from this partnership for sharing this content and/or when you make a purchase. Featured pricing is subject to change. Country music is coming to Cardinals country. On July 18-19, Morgan Wallen will headline two huge concerts at Glendale, AZ's State Farm Stadium as part of his ongoing 'I'm The Problem Tour' in support of his recently-released fourth studio album with the same name. He'll be joined by special guests Miranda Lambert and Ella Langley on night one; Brooks & Dunn and Ella Langley will open for him on Saturday. At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on seats for the two evenings of shows start at $140 including fees on Vivid Seats. Floor seats start at $383 including fees. Fans Wallnuts can expect the chart-topping crooner to perform approximately 25+ songs at all gigs. Based on our findings at Set List FM, he took 26 songs to the stage at his most recent concert in Miami. That included fan favorites like 'I Had Some Help,' 'Last Night' and 'Cowgirls' among others. Advertisement 'The set gained fresh momentum about halfway through, when Wallen and guitarist Dominic Frost hustled through the crowd, high-fiving fans as along the way, to a smaller stage at the opposite end of the field,' The Cap Times reported in a review of his recent Madison, WI show. 'There, they delivered an intimate, three-song acoustic performance for fans in the far end zone…the stripped-down mini-set was the high point of the night, with crowd-favorites like Wallen's cover of Jason Isbell's 'Cover Me Up,' 'I'm a Little Crazy,' and 'Sand in My Boots' — anthems that encourage singing along, which fans were more than happy to oblige.' 'The Way I Talk' Morgan Wallen new music On May 16, Wallen dropped his gargantuan 37-song (!) fourth studio album 'I'm The Problem.' Advertisement The nearly two-hour record features gritty ditties (the titular 'I'm The Problem,' 'Revelation,' 'Lies Lies Lies'), emotional ballads ('I Got Better,' 'Superman,' 'Just In Case') and steamy club bangers ('Love Somebody,' 'Miami,' 'What I Want' with Tate McRae). For our money, the true highlights here though are the rousing 'Dark Til Daylight' and 'Working Man's Song.' They're both anthemic epic singalongs you won't be able to get out of your head. Now all you need is a pickup truck to blast them out of all summer long. To hear for yourself, you can find 'I'm The Problem' here. Morgan Wallen special guests Advertisement As noted above, Wallen is bringing a pair of country-fried opening acts to kick off each of his Glendale gigs. To make sure you're familiar with all three acts' sounds, here's each artist's most-streamed track on Spotify: Brooks & Dunn: 'Neon Moon' Miranda Lambert: 'Drunk (And I Don't Wanna Go Home)' Ella Langley: 'you look like you love me' Morgan Wallen controversy Advertisement While Wallen is a bona fide star, his ascent to the top hasn't come without a few hiccups. In fact, his Wikipedia has a whole section labeled 'Controversies.' Just a few of the 32-year-old's most notable scandals include an arrest for public intoxication and disorderly conduct (May 2020), partying maskless in a bar at the height of the pandemic (October 2020), and using racial slurs on camera (February 2021). Following his racist incident, Wallen donated $300,000 to the Black Music Action Coalition. He was also banned from a number of award shows. Most recently, Wallen 'was charged with three felony counts by the Metro Nashville Police Department after a chair he allegedly threw off the roof of the six-story Chief's bar landed on Broadway near two police officers,' according to the NY Post. On a lesser note, he also walked off the set of 'SNL' during the show's goodnights this past March. 'I was [just] ready to go home,' he said on the Sundae Conversation podcast. His now infamous post-episode Instagram Story read 'Get me to God's country.' Country stars on tour in 2025 Get your Stetsons ready. Robert Plant announces 2025 tour with Saving Grace, two NY shows. Get tickets
Vivid Seats is the New York Post's official ticketing partner. We may receive revenue from this partnership for sharing this content and/or when you make a purchase. Featured pricing is subject to change. Robert Plant just laid down fall 2025 roots. The former Led Zeppelin frontman announced he'll be playing alongside the four-person acoustic band Saving Grace at theaters, opera houses and music halls all over North America this October and November. Early on in the 14-concert run, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer will headline a pair of New York concerts. First up, he hits Brooklyn's Paramount Theater on Wednesday, Nov. 5. Shortly after, the 'D'yer Mak'er' singer is slated to rock Port Chester's Capitol Theatre on Saturday, Nov. 8. 'These are sweet people, and they are playing out all the stuff that they could never get out before, Plant, 76, said about in a press release about his backing group that he first started performing with in 2019. 'They have become unique stylists, and together they seem to have landed in a most interesting place.' In addition to the quick trek, Plant and Saving Grace are releasing a new album on Sept. 26. Appropriately titled 'Saving Grace,' the ten-song LP will feature Moby Grape, Blind Willie Johnson and the Low Anthem covers. Prior to hitting shelves, the group dropped the atmospheric, almost Zeppelin-esque lead single 'Everybody Sings,' a reimagining of Low's 2005 classic. The two sound quite different from one another; Plant and co. are far earthier while the indie rocker's take is far more industrial. Fans can purchase tickets for all upcoming Robert Plants shows on sites like Vivid Seats; the official on-sale for the 'Saving Grace Tour' is Friday, July 18. Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand. They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event. Robert Plant tour schedule 2025 A complete calendar including all U.S. and Canada tour dates, venues and links to buy tickets below. Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening On top of the Plant tour, Zeppelin fans can catch the second leg of Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening Tour celebrating the 50th anniversary of the seminal 1975 album 'Physical Graffiti.' To see if there's a show near you, you can find Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening 2025 calendar here. Robert Plant set list While it's likely this tour will take a different direction — since Plant is playing with a new band after all — we decided we'd dig into his Set List FM archives to see what he played at a solo 2019 show for an idea of what might make up the bones of this upcoming outing. And, yes, a couple timeless Zeppelin tracks made the cut. 01.) 'Gallows Pole' ([traditional] cover) 02.) 'Turn It Up' 03.) 'Black Dog' (Led Zeppelin song) 04.) 'In the Mood' 05.) 'Going to California' (Led Zeppelin song) 06.) 'Carry Fire' 07.) 'Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You' (Joan Baez cover) 08.) 'Little Maggie' ([traditional] cover) 09.) 'Fixin' to Die Blues' (Bukka White cover) 10.) 'What Is and What Should Never Be' (Led Zeppelin song) Encore 11.) 'Bluebirds Over the Mountain' (Ersel Hickey cover) 12.) 'Ramble On' (Led Zeppelin song) Robert Plant new music Ahead of the Sept. 26 release of Plant's 12th studio album 'Saving Grace,' he and the band Saving Grace dropped the aforementioned lead single 'Everybody's Song.' Although the high-pitched yelp that made Plant famous has become a bit gruffer and raspier over the years, the indefatigable spirit is still deeply embedded within his voice that makes it unmistakably Robert Plant-ian. Over Zeppelin-esque 'Battle of Evermore'-like mandolins — that wouldn't sound out of place over a 'Game of Thrones' battle — the jolly collaborators deliver a truly foreboding track. It's sweeping, epic, intimate and much heavier than Plant's detour into bluegrass these past few years. If you'd like to hear for yourself, you can find Robert Plant's interpretation of Low's 'Everybody's Song' here. And, as a bonus, here's the track list for 'Saving Grace' (his first album since 2021's 'Raise The Roof' with Alison Krauss and first solo effort since 2017's 'Carry Fire'): 01.) 'Chevrolet' 02.) 'As I Roved Out' (traditional folk song) 03.) 'It's A Beautiful Day Today' (Moby Grape cover) 04.) 'Soul Of A Man' (Blind Willie Johnson cover) 05.) 'Ticket Taker' (the Low Anthem cover) 06.) 'I Never Will Marry' (The Carter Family cover) 07.) 'Higher Rock' 08.) 'Too Far From You' 09.) 'Everybody's Song' (Low cover) 10.) 'Gospel Plough' Some tracks were previously performed by Memphis Minnie, Martha Scanlan and Sarah Siskind. Saving Grace In 2019, Plant formed the group Saving Grace. Members include Suzi Dian (vocals), Oli Jefferson (percussion), Tony Kelsey (mandolin, baritone and acoustic guitar) and Matt Worley (banjo, cuatro and acoustic and baritone guitars). The band was originally supposed to hit the road in 2020 — they announced their tour on March 3, 2020 (!) — but their jaunt was promptly canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Their music is typically comprised of 'songs that span Plant's diverse tastes and influences, notably his lifelong passion for British and American folk, spirituals, and traditional blues.' At the time of publication, the group is on tour in Europe with shows booked in France and Spain. Classic rockers on tour in 2025 Against all odds, many of the hard-partying, rule-defying gifted rock Gods of the '60s and '70s are still going hard into their septuagenarian and octogenarian years.
